• Tracy (10/5): Peaceful, serene. I stayed away from the crowds on the beach and trekked east. - Everything!! A prime location, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent! I would definitely come back again and tell my friends about this wonderful little slice of heaven on the SW coastal side of Crete. I liked it all!

Keine Erreichbarkeit von der Rezeption, die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber, der Abfluss hat gestunken, die Unterkunft hat gewirkt, als ob alles schon für den Winter weggeräumt ist. Der Pool war dreckig. Bei Kontaktsuche über Booking, kam zu erst eine Antwort, die meine Fragen nicht beantwortet hat und dann keine mehr.

• Chris (3/5): Best located rooms for Elafonisi, very disappointing service and accommodation. Not recommended. - Best position for Elafonisi beach, with car parking and a pleasant outdoor environment. The only staff member we met was very friendly, and tried his best. Well laundered sheets and pillow cases. Never asked for name or booking reference, seemed surprised to see us, no room seemed to be allocated. Therefore, room not ready on arrival at check in time. Had to wait for an hour before we could move in. Stained mattress and no mattress pad/ protector. Management did not reply to booking.com messages. Never managed to get the Wi-Fi password, so no WiFi No in room cooking facilities just a kettle and 2 glasses. No cups, plates, knife etc. Room nor serviced during our stay, albeit a short one. The onsite restaurant was closed, so had to go elsewhere to eat. Fortunately, good restaurant next door was open.

• FRANCOISE (6/5): Décevant - Excellente situation, très belle piscine. Chambre très rudimentaire, pas conforme aux photos. Beaucoup d’interrupteurs qui n’allument rien d’autre qu’un vieux lustre (2 ampoules sur 6 sont présentes). Salle de bain très restreinte sans rideau autour de la douche (tout est détrempé, y compris le WC). Pas de WIFI disponible (en panne?). Impossible de faire fonctionner la (très petite TV) : 2 commandes à distance avec des piles qui s’échappent et ne servent à rien. Le restaurant (qui n’accepte que du cash car panne d’internet) était fermé lors du Check-out alors qu’il était sensé être ouvert à 8h30. Pour terminer, serrure de la porte très capricieuse et demandant beaucoup de doigté et de chipoterie.
• Glen (10/5): - Great location, clean and comfortable room, excellent onsite restaurant with beautiful sunset views of the beach. We got up early and had the whole of Elofonisi beach to ourselves, which was a very special experience. We will definitely stay again.

• Carrie (4/5): Beautiful environment to experience the beach but comes with some sacrifice - Location is amazing! Closest you can get to the beach! BUT do it Room smelled of sewage often The towels were like Brillo pads Mattress was hard Yet! The pool was refreshing and clean and the view was beautiful. The proximity to the beach is unique and therefore worth sacrificing the other things for a night or two but know it’s not luxury- but neither is the price. Plus the relaxed Cretan vibe is lovely to experience. The tavern managing the space was lovely, good tavern food and kind had working people working there too. We especially connected with Randy. • Barbara (3/5): Schlechte Unterkunft in guter Lage - Super schöne Lage, sehr nah am Elafonisi Beach. Gut um morgens früh oder spät abends den Strand ohne die hunderte von Menschen zu genießen, die circa ab 10 Uhr kommen Da gab es mehrere Sachen: Am Anfang wurden wir in ein kleines, extrem stinkendes Appartement geführt. Da wären wir nicht geblieben. Wir sind rückwärts wieder raus. Uns fiel zum Glück noch auf, das wir etwas anderes, größeres gebucht hatten. Das war viel kleiner. Die Dame im Restaurant wusste erstaunlich schnell, was nicht stimmt und was wir beanstanden (das war komisch)…das nächste Appartement war größer, mit Küche, die aber nicht als Küche bezeichnet werden kann. Es gab nichts, nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine oder Zucker oder ein bisschen Salz. Keine Pfanne, kaum Geschirr. Die Matratze knallhart, die Kissen viel zu dick und fest. Der Fernseher ist nur Attrappe, es fehlen Kabel und selbst die Batterien in der Fernbedienung, keine Glühbirnen in den Lampen. Es gab tatsächlich nur eine einzige! Die Dusche hat keinen Spritzschutz, das Wasser der Toilette läuft ständig durch, auch mitten in der Nacht etc…Wir haben nur zwei Nächte gebucht, es hätte auch eine gereicht.

We stayed in room 6 and the smell was disgusting, the bed was hard, kettle but no cups, TV smaller than my computer monitor and a dysfunctional bathroom with old ragged towels like sandpaper. Everything except the location.

Beautiful pool and the attached restaurant has unbeatable views over Elafonisi. Room was very basic, poor lighting, (bulbs blown, wires hanging out of what were light fixtures over bed), broken towel rail and has only glimpses of the sea from the front porch rather than real sea view.
• Sharon (5/5): buono per soggiorni brevi - - la struttura è in una posizione comodissima, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia Elafonissi - il parcheggio è comodo evitare di dover sostare in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento della spiaggia - la piscina è confortevole, e utile quando in spiaggia tira troppo vento - l’aria condizionata è utile - il ristornate vicino alla struttura è buono e ha una bellissima vista - purtroppo, non offrono un servizio di pulizie, a differenza di altre strutture, quindi è il luogo ideale solo per soggiorni brevi; per soggiorni lunghi si accumulerebbe troppo sporco (non c’è un pattume, al di fuori di quello che trovate nel bagno) - l’appartamento è molto piccolo rispetto a quello che ci aspettavamo, ma tutto sommato aveva il necessario per dormire e lavarsi. quello che ci è dispiaciuto notare è che diversi servizi che millantano di offrire, in realtà non ci sono: la tv non funziona, il bollitore è posto di fianco a dei bicchieri (senza il necessario per lavarli, quindi li utilizzeresti con i germi del cliente precedente) e non offrono nulla da poter usare con esso (tisane, ecc.). inoltre, dicono che l’appartamento sia insonorizzato, ma non è vero, noi sentivamo tutti i nostri vicini, come sicuramente loro avranno sentito noi

• Robert (5/5): - La chasse d’eau n’a pas arrêté de couler tout au long de la nuit et une odeur pestilentielle a envahi la chambre . La chambre avec balcon et vue s’est transformée en chambre avec terrasse avec vue très limitée .

Très bien localisé avec accès rapide à la plage et aux commodités (restaurants, commerces). Le logement n'était pas des plus propres (cafards rencontrés dans la salle de bain). Les sanitaires étaient également très humides, pas aérés avec une odeur assez déplaisante. Le confort de la literie peut être amélioré.

The on-site restaurant served amazing food with beautiful views, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities, which made our stay comfortable.Overall, it was a great experience and we’d love to return overall had a decent experience. However, one major issue we faced was with the kitchen facilities. The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary vessels and utensils, which made it quite difficult for us to cook our own meals.It would be great if the management could improve the kitchen setup by providing basic cooking vessels, pots, pans, and essential utensils. This would make the stay much more convenient for guests who prefer self-catering.

Puikus atsiveriantis vaizdas ir visus trūkumus atperkantis baseinas - taip gera buvo atsivėsinti karštą vasaros dieną ir grįžus iš paplūdimio. Pavalgyti galima šalia esančioje kavinėse. Jei wifi yra, tai neįmanoma naudotis. Virtuvėje ir įrankių, ir indų trūko. Bet keliavome ne maisto gaminti, ir ne internetu naudotis. O saulės ir vandens pramogoms tai yra tobula vieta.

Kein Wlan Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand aus dieser Anlage ein kleines Paradies machen.

Schöne Pool und gutes Essen im Restaurant. Man kommt über die Schranke nur wenn man gebucht hat. Sonst muss man von den öffentlichen Parkplätzen laufen. Nichts, entsprach unserem Vorstellungen.

• Michele (9/5): Manca poco per migliorare - La camera era molto bella ed accogliente. Si tratta di un complesso di casette indipendenti che si affacciano in un cortile con piscina. La piscina è veramente fantastica e un toccasana dopo un giorno al mare sotto il caldo e le strade rocciose che portano alla spiaggia. È possibile utilizzarla anche la sera, dopo cena. Da sola merita un due punti sul voto totale! Mancavano piccole cose che effettivamente sarebbero facili da includere, ad esempio una scopa, uno straccetto per asciugare le stoviglie, qualche stoviglia in più e la tendina per doccia.

Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam. Ordentliches Bad mit schöner großer Dusche. Sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt. Zimmerausstattung war nicht üppig, aber alles, was man nötig ist, ist vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.

They've got a hairbrained thing going these days where the parking is way away from the beach making it a dreadful walk to the beach. There's a racket going on and someone is benefitted from the parking situation.

Personale gentile e disponibile, lo stesso che gestisce la taverna panorama dove si mangia bene e si gode della migliore vista di Elafonissi. È il secondo anno che ci torno con tutta la famiglia.

• Anna (7/5): Beautiful location, but terrible drainage system (bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell) - The hotel has a great location with a stunning view of Elaonissi Beach and a nice swimming pool that was almost always empty. Unfortunately, the awful smell was a real downside. There was a horrible odor coming from the bathroom (probably due to the drainage system), and at times it spread throughout the room. The hotel staff explained it was due to the wind, but on the first night it was so strong that I seriously considered sleeping outside…
• brooke (2/5): Give it a miss - The location to the beach was great. There were a few things that made our stay uncomfortable and we actually ended up leaving a night early. The major thing was that there was no WiFi despite advertising that there was, and we did not have any service besides WiFi. Also, we did not have a blanket on the bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no reception to ask for help, only someone who worked at the restaurant who seemed quite uninterested. We stayed at 8 different hotels in Greece on various islands, and I would go back to any of them, besides this one. When I reached out about leaving a night early due to lack of Wifi as we needed it for an important call, they never responded.

• Marco Bertani (7/5): - Posizione. Vivono di rendita perché di meglio non c'è, a Elafonissi. Da fuori le camere e il cortile sono davvero belli esteticamente. Wifi non funzionante per i tre giorni di soggiorno e nessuno che si è scusato o ha avvisato. Televisore non funzionante. Condizionatore in posizione abbastanza infelice (dritto contro chi dorme da un lato del letto). Camera non silenziosa. Assenza quasi totale di comunicazione con staff (incontrato donna di pulizie per caso nel cortile, non avevo idea di quando sarebbe venuta) (non rispondono a mail o domande, e le indicazioni date nella mail di presentazione-automatica credo- basata su Google Maps è pure sbagliata nell' indicare il ristorante dove "accolgono" gli ospiti).

• Eugen (10/5): War ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Sonnenaufgang am Elafonisibeach - Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und gemütliche Zimmer (Küche nicht genutzt) Waren aber auch nur eine Übernachtung. Mit Kinder top… da Pool vor dem Zimmer. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant und sehr schöne Lage mit Ausblick. Frühstück im nahegelegenem Restaurant war sehr lecker. Beim Duschen wird das ganze Bad nass. Kaum Ablagefläche.

• Margarita (8/5): Eine Nacht nah am Paradies - Die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Elafonisi Strand ist so Mega, da man die Möglichkeit hat diesen Ort auch ohne Massentourismus zu erkunden. (In der Früh und spät abends). Die Betten fanden wir bequem, konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Badezimmer war dagegen nicht so. Die Türe ließ sich fast gar nicht schließen nur durchs schleifen am Boden. Kein Platz am Waschbecken für Zahnbürste etc. Und die Dusche hat kein Vorhang oder ähnliches, so dass fast das ganze Bad (klein und eng) unter Wasser stand. Deshalb gibt es auch Abzug bei der Bewertung.

• Clio (5/5): Mediocre hotel at best but, with the closest access to the beach. - Closest hotel to the Elafonisi beach. Different rooms provided and incorrect facilities description than mentioned on the website. Room had a fridge, water heater and two chairs outside, while the website mentioned a kitchen and a balcony. AC - barely works at full power. Bathroom - tiny, cramped and persistent horrible smell like SEWER ( changed 2 rooms).

No había presión en el agua, ni en el grifo ni en la ducha. El baño expulsaba olor a alcantarilla y era bastante desagradable. Nos fue imposible conectar el wifi.

• Claudia (8/5): Ottima posizione ma poca cura verso il cliente - Posizione ottimale vicina alla spiaggia, immersi nella natura e nel silenzio con vista spettacolare. Camera confortevole e caratteristica con accesso indipendente e ampia veranda. Ottimo il ristorante della struttura sia per cibo che per posizione con vista impagabile. La criticità più grande riguarda il bagno della camera: piccolissimo e con grave mancanza di un box doccia che avrebbe evitato l’allagamento completo del piccolo bagno ogni volta che si usava la doccia. Camera buia (funzionavano 2 lampadine su 6). La reception coincide con il punto cassa del ristorante, personale poco disponibile e talvolta infastidito dalla presenza dei clienti del villaggio. Per richiedere la pulizia della camera bisognava lasciare le chiavi in reception, che non venivano poi riconsegnate al cliente ma lasciare nella serratura della porta della camera, permettendo quindi l’accesso a chiunque.
• Gabriella (7/5): OK - Good location with a view of the sea. It's the last hotel before the walk to the beach. Very nice pool, although small, usually empty, so you could have it more or less for yourself. The restaurant Panorama had pretty good food & a nice view as well. Some of the staff were nice, a couple others less so, particularly a woman usually at the reception desk who I never saw smile once. The room was not cleaned even once during my 4-night stay (had 2 reservations. 1 for 3 nights, 1 for 1 night) No towels changed, floor not swept, trash not emptied (only 1 small trash bin in the tiny bathroom), so I emptied my trash myself in the bin by the pool which was overflowing by the 3rd day of my stay. There was a rather incongruous large, brown refrigerator (like you would have at home) in the room with a kettle & 2 glasses. Nothing else. Fortunately I had bought a souvenir mug before coming to Elafonisi & used that for instant coffee. Very old & uncomfortable wicker chairs outside with no cushions (the rooms after the pool seemed a bit more modern, but I didn't see the inside). The water pression seemed to get very low in the evening so the shower wouldn't work. You only had running water like in the sink because there wasn't enough pressure to use the shower. I wouldn't stay in Elafonisi again, but it was good to see the quiet after the massive hords have left at the end of the day. The rooms are overpriced but I guess you pay for the location. The incessant stream of tourists starts early in the morning though. All the sunbeds at the beach are taken by 9-9:30 am.

Ci sarebbe qualche miglioramento da effettuare per alcuni piccoli dettagli della camera (doccia ed altre piccole manutenzioni) ma sono sicura che piano piano tutti i dettagli saranno sistemati dalla gentile proprietà

• Ellie (7/5): Greta location but overpriced - Excellent location close to the beach with spacious parking which can be a challenge in Elafonissi otherwise. Loved the pool option for the kids. Spacious and very clean apartment. Hugely overpriced for what it is taking clear advantage of the popular location. Similarly overpriced and poor quality taverna although the staff there is lovely. The room had basic decoration and a very outdated bathroom to not match the price at all.

Nelle 3 notti di soggiorno non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani e non è stata fatta pulizia anche se ci avevano detto che veniva fatta a giorni alterni. Menù della taverna poco vario

• Marie - Laure (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel pour profiter du site d'Elafonisi sans la foule qui y pose sa serviette. Ça vaut le coup d'y passer une nuit pour la vue et le privilège de profiter de ce site le matin de bonne heure. A partir de 10h30, c'est fini! Belle piscine, personnel sympathique. Nous avons pu récupérer notre chambre à 14h. Le prix de cet hôtel est excessif. Les équipements de la chambre sont sommaires. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Manque de parasols pour la piscine.
• Sofia (7/5): Posizione eccellente, rivedrei l’arredamento, veramente datato e poco curato. - La posizione è straordinaria, il luogo più vicino alla spiaggia. La piscina carina, temperatura perfetta per godersi il tramonto. Il parcheggio anche è molto comodo. La camera odorava di fogna, probabilmente l’odore veniva su dal bagno. Abbastanza sgradevole.

• Elena (6/5): Μας ξέχασαν. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ ωραία, η καλύτερη της περιοχής. Δεν είχε καθημερινή φροντίδα του χώρου, αλλαγή πετσέτες μπάνιου και γενικά καθαρισμό του χώρου διαμονής., 3 μέρες δεν εμφανίστηκε κοπέλα για καθαριότητα.
