• Catherine (9/5): It’s our third stay at Lombard street, we will return again. - Spacious and spotlessly clean in a great location in the town centre. The sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable to sit on.

• Phil McCavity (8/5): - Lovely, spacious apartment with good facilities. Two very good bathrooms with excellent showers. The parking area behind the building could do with tidying up and the shopping trolleys removed.

• Marwaha (5/5): Apartment - It was spacious. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Sofa in living room was very uncomfortable as the springs were broken. As described in the advert it did not fulfill the criteria. Wifi wasn't working which means the tv wasn't working as we tried many times to connect but had no success. Two lots of coffee was out of date and we didn't realise until we had used it. Tea and sugar was fine. Toilet wasn't able to flush more than once until after about 20 mins. Headboard very loose on bed. We had landlord/staff knocking on the door 30 mins prior to us leaving saying a property inspection was needed of a fire door??? There was no fire door in the apartment. They had told us they will be back closer to checkout time hence we waited in the property which then they did not arrive. Eventually we went to see if they were around but then was told by the cleaner they had gone.

Very handy as we were staying to travel to the NEC and it was only a short drive :) Can't remember us having a problem with anything... Could've done with a few more bigger drinking glasses?
• Clive (5/5): Clean, smart apartment, looking the worse for wear, in serious need of replacement mattresses. - Good location. Clean. Sufficient for our purposes. I would imagine that at some point this was a very smart apartment, nowadays however it is looking the worse for wear. We could live with the cracked flooring, broken lamp shades, and doors that didn't shut, but the mattresses were just a mess of uncomfortable springs, and didn't promote restful sleep.
• Catherine (9/5): Well equipped, spacious, clean & comfortable apartment. In a superb central location - Great to see some board games and books provided for both adults & children. The iron & ironing board came in handy too and it’s not often you see a washer dryer in accommodation, good idea for long stays. Kitchen had everything you needed, including some cupboard essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc and cleaning things, washer up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, tea towels…we didn’t need to buy or take anything with us. Very happy, we’ve rebooked for Xmas time 😊 Couldn’t watch TV as the batteries were dead in remote. Not really important to us just didn’t have time to nip out your buy any.

• Jayson (10/5): Will book again - Good size rooms, good location to where we were heading. The room was slightly different to what was booked but still worked. Not much bad to say. Bedding covers were a little dated and needed more pillows
• Harpreet (8/5): nice apartment, some minor tweaks needed eg better mattresses. Overall impressed - Very close to lots of amenities, apartment was clean, well stocked, and pleasant. The mattresses in both rooms were so uncomfortable you can feel every spring. Minor repair issues eg front door handle keeps falling off. Parking space is very tight with overgrown brambles, needs clearing.

I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer - The apartment was clean and there were sufficient utensils and it was only around 10 minutes from my mother in Rowley Regis. It was great that we were able to take our dog with us. The surroundings were less than pleasant with broken glass outside and someone had been smoking in the corridor. The host was a bit uncommunicative, but said that they weren't getting messages sent via the Booking.com site. One evening, we couldn't get the heating on in the lounge, so it was pretty cold and I messaged Alex, but got no response..

I would highly recommend staying here. Was clean and spacious. Can honestly say everything was good. I would happily stay here again.

• Guest (9/5): the flat is clean and modem very happy - very good and modern showers was amazing the parking was a little doggy because round the back with my van overnight worried it may get broken into the barrier is broken
• Akosua (10/5): - The property were very quick to solve any issues , it was such a lovely apartment and it was beautiful inside well designed and furnished the hot water didn’t work and a kind lady came and checked on us not long after we let them go and it was working after . Over all I really recommend it was so cheap to get Ubers into town . The apartment was close to a shopping outlet center and there was loads of stuff there too.
• Levine (10/5): Perfect - Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious - everything was well communicated too. The only think was that the pans weren’t very good quality so cooking was a bit difficult, but that was a minor problem.
