Sehr vermüllte Umgebung, BAD mit Dusche in kleiner Badewanne renovierungsbedürftig, längere Wartezeit auf Wohnungsschlüssel

Nepatiko, jog bute buvo pilna nereikalingų asmeninių daiktų(suvenyrų, vazelių ir kt), susidarė įspūdis, kad kažkas savo butą išnuomojo trumpam. Taip pat nepatiko, jog darbuotoja, kuri priduoda butą, visiškai nesupranta angliškai, buvo sunku susikalbėti. Apie vietą, šalia autobusų stotis, bet pakankamai didelis triukšmas.
