- Marijana (8/5): Tolle Lage! - Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll, vor allem noch mit grasenden Kühen direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Whirlpool im Freien hätte eigentlich einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge, welcher aber leider von einer großen Pflanze verdeckt wird. Matratzen sind extrem weich. Die Haustüre hat eine große durchsichtige Fensterscheibe ohne komplette Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit und man könnte von draußen direkt aufs Bett schauen.

- Svitlana (10/5): - Це були справді незабутні враження! Брали номер із балконом та видом на гори — і це було найкраще рішення. Краєвид просто неймовірний: зелені пагорби, гори, свіже повітря та абсолютний спокій. У номері все дуже чисто, затишно та продумано для комфортного відпочинку. Атмосфера настільки тиха й релаксуюча, що ту тишу, здається, можна різати ножем, як масло. Саме те місце, де повністю перезавантажуєшся та відпочиваєш душею. Дуже теплі враження від перебування, сюди хочеться повернутися ще раз. Щиро рекомендуємо всім, хто шукає спокій, красу природи та справжній відпочинок.

- MJNWIT (9/5): Hier kommt man gerne wieder - Großes, ansprechendes Zimmer mit Landhausdielenboden. Fantastischer Ausblick auf Salzburg und die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage. 25 Minuten Fahrt ins Zentrum von Salzburg. Ein paar kleine Mankos, die man in Kauf nehmen kann und die uns nicht von einem neuerlichen Besuch abhalten würden, die aber auch mit geringem Aufwand zu beheben wären: Die Lüftung des innenliegenden Badezimmers transportiert die Feuchtigkeit nicht ab, daher Schimmelgeruch. Nachmittags, wenn die Sonne auf das Display der Schlüsselbox scheint, ist nicht mal zu erkennen, dass das ein funktionierendes Display ist. Man bringt am besten ein dunkles Tuch mit und wirft es über Kopf und Schlüsselbox, so wie bei antiken Kameras. Ein Hinweis, dass man den Pincode erst am Tag vor der Anreise bekommt, wäre hilfreich.

- Lankreijer (4/5): Teleurstellend - Veel faciliteiten, fijn bed. Ons verblijf is helaas erg tegengevallen. Na 21:00 uur was het onmogelijk om nog contact te krijgen met het hotel. We hebben een bericht gestuurd, maar daar is een dag later nog steeds niet op gereageerd. Pas nadat we opnieuw een bericht stuurden met onze bevindingen, kregen we een reactie — enkel een excuses, zonder verdere oplossing. Daarnaast hadden we vooraf om een kinderbedje gevraagd, maar dat hebben we niet gekregen. In de kamer troffen we onder het bed bovendien allerlei viezigheid aan: stof, sokken, pillen en papiertjes. Dit hoort absoluut niet bij een schone en verzorgde hotelkamer. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring, zowel qua communicatie als hygiëne.

- Jsi důležitá (4/5): Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität: Das Zimmer roch unangenehm, war staubig und die alte Terrasse mit dem wackelnd - Die Aussicht war wunderschön, auch wenn sie durch die wirklich hässliche und gefährliche Terrasse beeinträchtigt wurde. Ich schreibe wirklich nur ungern negative Bewertungen, aber hier halte ich es vor allem wegen der Kinder für notwendig. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer riecht unangenehm, und ich empfehle die Unterkunft nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Terrasse ist sehr alt, das Geländer wackelt und scheint jeden Moment zu brechen. Auf einer Seite fehlt das Geländer sogar komplett. Ich bin einmal in weißen Socken durch das Zimmer gelaufen, und sie waren sofort schmutzig. Am schlimmsten war für mich jedoch der furchtbare Geruch im Badezimmer, der sich im ganzen Zimmer ausbreitete. Wäre ich nicht so erschöpft gewesen, hätte ich sofort meine Koffer gepackt und wäre wieder abgereist. Mein Sohn ist Allergiker, und überall lag Staub, deshalb war selbst die Nacht sehr anstrengend. Ich bereue diese Buchung und bin froh, dass wir nur für eine Nacht geblieben sind.

- Nebojsa (10/5): - Najbolji smjestaj u kojem smo do sada bili. Oba apartmana su bila predivna i prostrana, sve je bilo čisto i uredno, kuhinja super opremljena, kreveti udobni, odlična rasvjeta. Apartman ima fantastičan pogled na prekrasnu prirodu, terasa i jacuzzi isto odlični. Na kraju nam je bilo žao sto ostajemo samo jednu noć, djeca su isto bila oduševljena i nadamo se da ćemo se opet vratiti.

Получаването на ключа беше лесно с кутия с код. Наблизо (с кола) има няколко ресторантчета и възможност за поръчка на храна за вкъщи. Няма надпис за името на хотелчето, затова се помотахме малко, докато го намерим. Останалото беше наред.

- dos Santos (8/5): - O quarto tinha um ótimo espaço e a vista é maravilhosa, local bem tranquilo O alarme do quarto disparou mas não havia alguém para atender, após uns segundos o alarme parou

Tolle Aussicht auf Salzburg Tolles Frühstück!! Tolles Bad Die Sauna ist unten im Hauptgebäude, genau wie Frühstück, man sitzt auf zu hohen Bänken (Beine hängen in der Luft) und schaut eine Betonwand an. Eine Dusche auf die man von der Sauna schauen kann. Raumaufteilung mit Liegewiese nicht gelungen, zu groß Das Essen am Abend war zwei Mal unterirdisch! Wurstsalat hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt Fischgericht war viel zu trocken Beide Fleischgerichte am Vortag auch nicht viel besser

В номере нет кухни она только в двух люкс номерах чего не видно при бронировании через booking

- Hana (9/5): - Velmi klidné místo s krásným výhledem. Využili jsme jen na jednu noc, abychom si rozdělili dlouhou cestu a byl to super nápad. Vše bylo připravené, čisté a uklizené. Snídani a ranní kávu jsme pořídili kousíček odtud v místní malé pekárničce Florian Gotzinger.

Wir hatten vorab schriftlich angefragt, ob ein Check-in nach 21 Uhr möglich ist – uns wurde ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass das kein Problem sei. Trotzdem standen wir um 22:15 Uhr mit drei kleinen Kindern vor verschlossener Tür. Niemand vor Ort, keine erreichbare Telefonnummer, keinerlei Hinweise zum weiteren Vorgehen. Nur durch puren Zufall haben wir einen anderen Gast getroffen – sonst hätten wir nicht einmal gewusst, dass der Hotel Rupertihof dazugehört. Dort hatte mein Mann dann Glück und traf jemanden, der uns letztlich geholfen hat, das Problem zu lösen. Erst gegen 23:10 Uhr waren wir schließlich im Zimmer. So stellt man sich einen familienfreundlichen Empfang definitiv nicht vor. Wenn ein später Check-in zugesagt wird, muss dieser auch zuverlässig organisiert sein – vor allem mit Kindern. Für uns absolut inakzeptabel.

There was no on-site staff, which came as a surprise and created a strange atmosphere. There were no amenities, like snacks or free coffee. And the air conditioning was not capable of keeping the upstairs room cool, so it was an uncomfortable night.

- Jeanne (10/5): Amazing stay in the mountains near Salzburg. - The room was really nice, with a nice view on the fields. It was not very big but enough for what we needed it, sleeping! Because the offered facilities were amazing, you don’t want to spend much time in the room anyway! The access to the wellness and spa areas, which are included in the room price, was perfect! But keep in mind, it is not located in the same building that the room (it’s a 5/6min drive) You can use the facilities on your day of departure, which is a real plus! Very well done for the organization, and the staff was very nice!

- Andrew (9/5): Near perfect stay! and have already recommended to several friends. - The location was perfect! roughly 25 mins from Salzburg which served perfectly for a drive to witness some of the Christmas events as well have dinner and explore. A gas station approx. 5 mins combine with a small grocery store was also a huge plus for anyone needing any items. Breakfast is located at a larger hotel approx 3 mins away, the food, service, and parking were perfect. We showed up 19 mins before breakfast ending and I had forgotten to purchase breakfast, however, they were incredibly accommodating in allowing my wife and I to sit and enjoy a delicious meal and pay afterwards. If you choose to travel here during the Krampus events next year, DO IT! We arrived as some local youth were conducting their festivities and got the first hand experience! The locations offered an in-door pool and a small coffee station in the lobby as well as other amenities. Radiators in the room meant we could control the temperature! this was an important piece for my wife and I as we do not like our rooms to be 20 celsius and not have windows or the ability to cool the room. The bathroom had more space. The bed was conformable and well dressed l. The room came with a TV, however, we did not use it. Wifi was free and the password is posted on markers within the hotel. Nothing. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel the most out of all our stays during this recent vacation. I would provide small advice: The road leading to the hotel could provide difficulty as it is a steep hill so ensure your vehicle is capable.
