Guest Reviews

- Liron (8/5): Very good - It was a good value, good price, the service wasn't the best but overall a comfortable hotel.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Andréa (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (1/5): Avoid at all costs - The window has no glass, it’s a hole in the wall with metal bars.
The mattress is just a metal frame.
The receptionist scammed us of a few dollars when paying because they chose their own rates ??
Super far from everything
- Taverna (9/5): Superb -
- Tonke (6/5): Pleasant - The room The staff couldn't speak english well
- Chris (5/5): Passable -
- Naftali (6/5): Pleasant - Bad location, the service was horrible.
Asked for another blanket, they told me they don’t have, after i insisted, they gave me. Disappointed.
- Samirishi (8/5): Satisfactory - I liked the reception area where i could prepare my tea with tge water boiler which they provided and a nice sitting area. I like the fact that they arrange both motorcycle rental and bus booking. The facilities are old. Door nobs and beds need to be replaced with modern version
- Ronnar (5/5): Passable -
- ថាវរិទ្ធ (6/5): Property is a bit out of the town center. - Decent price Staff...the guy just can't smile. Borderline rude in handling the transaction.
- Dave (7/5): A basic budget hotel with me frills. Rooms were large and the bed comfortable. - Location was close enough to most places. Water was occasionally turned off and wifi a little weak but overall ok.
- Kole (8/5): Very good -
- Mahendra (9/5): Superb -
- Yann (6/5): Correct for a one night stop in Pakse - The staff of the hotel finally manage to find a solution even if I had to lost my nerves. One of the reason was probably the language barrier. Despite a request on booking the 2 rooms were not side by side. Worst the 2 rooms were in two different building. With 3 children between 7 and 12 I couldn’t accept that.
The 2 rooms were different kind of rooms (this was the proposition from Booking not my choice) and couldn’t be therefore in the same building. However as my request was clear I could have had a message from the hotel underlining that my request couldn’t be completed and we would have manage to sort out a solution (take the same kind of room)
- Elizabeth (5/5): Passable -
- Suresh (8/5): Very good -
- Samuel (6/5): Pleasant - Had a fridge, TV and aircon Wifi wasn’t great at all
- Aurelia (8/5): Good hotel - The room was big, with AC, WiFi, a fridge and desk and it was clean. The staff was friendly. There was hot water downstairs (I prefer when the kettle is in the room but it's still ok). It was a bit far from the center but still ok : 20 min.
- Ramji (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Riley (5/5): Passable -
- Jennifer (7/5): Decent stay, affordable price. - Clean comfortable rooms. They gave us a bread roll each day which was enjoyable. Staff did not speak English very well so there were some misunderstandings, and a mix up with our booking.
- Georgia (5/5): Pleasant room but location isn’t ideal - - looks better than expected after reading the comments on here
- room was a good size and clean - hard to communicate with staff
- location not great. Too far from the centre
- no glass window in room just shutters so had lots of gaps. Had to use our towels to cover this
- no mosquito nets and there are lots around. Although, asked staff for one and they gave us a plug in anti-mosquito repellent
- thought it was pricey for what you get
- Lucy (9/5): Superb -
- Nico (7/5): Nice hotel, but unfriendly staff at the reception - The room was quite big, nice and well-equipped. Overall it could have been perfect... The receptionists made the stay bitter. They barely speak English, they never smile, they sometimes don't even look at us when we ask them something. But not all the staff was like this: the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. They hardly spoke English neither, but with a bit of enthusiasm and smiles, they made a better job than the ones at the reception.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - Staff very helpful and welcoming
- Van (3/5): Poor -
- Anja (3/5): Poor - Definitely book a room with aircon

Staff very helpful & friendly. Was not that clean, but it’s cheap!
- A.b... (8/5): Very good - First time in Lao with a warm shower 😀

- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Sam (1/5): Bad -
- Russo (3/5): Poor -
- Florence (7/5): Satisfying for a short stay - - Hotel is clean and cleaning staff is friendly
- staff arranged our next trip by sleeping bus.
- we rented a bike from their facility
- Following a misunderstanding (lost in translation! :(,we understood that we would be picked up at the hotel, so one staff member even showed us to the station by bike as we didn't know where it was - staff spoke very limited English :(
- initially, we were given a room which fan wasn't working
- fan room was hot at night
- the hotel isn't close to city center
- when paying in local currency, the hotel charges 22k/US, a higher rate
- Arnon (9/5): Superb - Staff very nice and good service Wifi very low
- Adrian (7/5): Cheap, not really cheerful. - Cheap enough, room was clean. Staff seemed barely capable of managing check in.
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing -
- Shyam (8/5): Very good - The property is very spacious . Room are good . There was no free water in the property .
- Kevin (4/5): Disappointing -
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Nancy (8/5): very clean and comfortable. get familiar with Google Translate - very clean and comfortable. good sized rooms. a weirdly upper class shower, it was luxurious the member of staff on desk spoke zero English so it was hard to communicate basic things such as booking details/name/room costs at check in. we got by via google translate but it was a struggle and it led to us being given the wrong room (a twin instead of double), but we got this sorted ok.
the room had no minibar as promised online. there is however a bar downstairs so I think this is a confusion on staff’s part, I assume caused by their problems with English. overall we communicated fine as long as you have Google translate ready when you approach the desk.
- Steven (6/5): Pleasant -
- Patarakamol (5/5): Passable -
- Rodion (7/5): Good -
- Naomi (10/5): Clean, comfortable, good value for money and friendly staff - Clean, comfortable and good value for money. was super convenient for out accidental nights stay in Pakse. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Romy (7/5): good value for money. they can keep your luggage during several days if needed - very clean. hot water and bed comfortable. quiet place as well not smiling staff
- Paul (1/5): not great. - nothing. Staff were very rude & unhelpful. The location is miles away from anything, we had to walk 20 minutes for food. The hotel is very outdated. glad we only stayed one night.
- Benson (8/5): Very good - The main guy was very helpful. The help did not speak English and did not understand what I was asking about.
