Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Cristina (9/5): Comentando experiencia. - Que el departamento estaba aseado y era comodo con bastante luminosidad. Entiendo las normas del lugar, sin embargo quería comentar que nos pareció un poco rígida la respuesta al solicitar quedarnos un rato más en la piscina después de salir del departamento. Considerando que el horario de entrada es bastante tarde y el de salida más temprano de lo habitual en otros alojamientos, pensamos que quizá podría existir cierta flexibilidad en ese sentido. De todas maneras, reconozco que pudo haber sido un error de mi parte no fijarme con mayor detalle en los horarios antes de realizar la reserva.
Elena (4/5): Incomoda - Terraza Colchones con hongos, loza sucia, lámparas llenas de telarañas, todo con grasa y además se cortó el Internet por falta de pago.

BárbaraDennisse (1/5): Buen lugar para verano, pésimo para invierno - Ubicación excelente. La calefacción es insuficiente para la zona y sumado a la mala aislación térmica, no es el mejor alojamiento en otoño-invierno. Durante nuestr estadía se cortó la luz y no tuvimos respuesta o apoyo al menos en calefaccionar, por lo que tuvimos que pasar el día de cafetería en cafetería buscando calor.
