• Alice (10/5): Highly recommend - 10/10 would recommend. Place was in SUCH a good location. It’s compact but has everything you need. Host was very helpful. Bed was on the firmer side (as sine reviews mention) but wasn’t too bad and I still slept well!

• Elena (8/5): Un chez-soi agréable à Shanghai. - Micheal est un hôte charmant, dévoué à ceux qu’il accueille, proposant des conseils très appréciés et très bons pour les restaurants et la visite de la ville. L’appartement est un chez soi agréable, bien placé et très bien équipé. Le manque de fenêtre est à noter, ainsi que le manque d’insonorisation.

• Igor (10/5): Nice place in the heart of Shanghai - This is small but convenient apartment located in the city center just several meter from the subway. Location is excellent, this subway station is a hub connecting 3 different lines. You can get to a lot of places just go straight without changing lines. (And much more just walking). A place is located inside the historical area French concession. Host is super nice person with a great English who can not only provide accomodation, but also give you a lot of information from the local. Just fyi place has no windows (only a small one in a bathroom) and located from the backside on the ground level. But Michael made his best to provide everything you need for comfortable stay in Shanghai.

The apartment is small but practical and fresh, and it it is indeed in a good position. Actually, everything was fine. The apartment is small but it does not really matter, as we spent all the time exploring the city. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working at some point due to weather conditions (but the landlord managed to help us anyway).

• David (9/5): Excellent value for a crazy good location. Perfect for my wife and I on a long stay. - Location is exceptional just steps from subway Line 1/10/12, Pakrsons, and iapm. Can walk to foreigner hangouts on Donghu Rd. I stayed for a month, got a gym membership nearby and had many options for food, coffee, etc. Local host was very responsive and provided a number of extras. Clean, quiet, and no significant smells. We just moved out down the street to a more expensive local hotel chain and it's dirty, noisy, and smells. Shower is small. I'm averaged size and it was a bit of a challenge. Windows: there is one that is covered with a sheet in the bedroom, and there is one in the bath which has a fan in it that is constantly running (which is a good thing for air circulation). So just be aware that it's basically a small closed in hallway with little natural light. I like no light, it's good for sleeping in late. :)
• Mery (7/5): if they upgrade the matress to a real one would be perfect - nice clean apartment with very good location. doesn’t have kitchen but they provide microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery and plates. you have heater, bed warmer, wash machine and dryer. the bed was super uncomfortable, you can feel the wood, almost no mattress (they just use a thin one). very difficult to have a properly rest.

• Klaudia (10/5): Exceptional - Super nice and friendly owner, very responsible. He also provided free sim card for your phone also water, and some food ect. I can check even earlier and check out later. They have electric door key as well.
