- Clayton (7/5): - Nice

- Bergeson (3/5): Poor - Not much of anything There were no places to park at all and ai am handicapped so it was very hard for me, the door was locked to the entryway and there was no directions on what to do or how to check in and it was at 10:00pm some stranger that was staying there let us in but we stood there for a long time until someone else staying told us we had to call the phone to get someone to come open the gate up front, when we once got someone the person was really nice but just getting checked in and spending 30 minutes to find a place to park was ridiculous. Cost was quite high booking through you guys especially for 8 hours only cause I had surgery the next morning, didn’t offer a early breakfast so my spouse had nothing to eat. In The room there were only two towels so we each got one towel a piece and I had to shower twice the night before and the in the morning so I had to dry off with a wet towel. There was one roll of toilet paper, no shampoos or conditioner or even soap thank god we brought our own. The pitched was a nice touch but it had no plates, silverware, glasses or pans or anything to cook with if you need it. Only one side of the bed had a night stand so the other person had to sit their phone and drink on the other side of the room. It was a waste of a $100+ dollars we paid through you guys for an empty plain room with nothing. Disappointing for sure. I probably wont stay there again but if I did I would book through them directly and not through booking.com cause their rate was much much less expensive then what you guys charged.
- Tina (1/5): The most uncaring and rudest staff. - On the night we checked in, upon entering our room, there was no sheet on the bed. While trying to ask the staff for sheets, we were told we could find sheets downstairs in a drawer in the lobby. The staff also told us that they were not there to assist us after office hours, unless it was an actual emergency. However, upon checking into a hotel wanted, everyone does expect to have sheets on the bed. This hotel seems to think it’s OK to not have sheets and as a paying customer, you should take care of it yourself. Which is exactly what we were told. We travel a lot for work. We are gone from home 10 months out of the year at a minimum. This was the first time we have ever stayed at a Woodsprings and will never stay at another one. Even the manager when I spoke with him seemed to think that this was ok or at least that’s how things were portrayed to be since it’s an extended stay hotel. Although like I said upon checking in to any hotel, Weather extended stay or not we and you should expect to have the appropriate linens on your bed and available if needed.

- Richard (7/5): OK? - Great and friendly staff. Clean No coffee maker or any there for that matter. No generic continental breakfast.

- Lori (10/5): Amazing stay - The accessibility to the restaurants , stores , Medical district Door slamming as people were leaving out for work or checking out at 5 am..
- Amber (1/5): Wouldn't recommend - The front desk employee was amazing. Our bed had a bug in it. And there was also a bug on the floor. The bed was awful. Not comfortable and squeezed everytime you moved. Sheets were scratchy and the toilet didn't flush. Oh and the TV didn't work. We left and went to a different hotel
- Penaflor (8/5): I had a lovely stay with my dog in this accommodation. Would definitely be staying here if I go back into the area - They allow dogs and the staff were considerate about it. The room was clean The exhaust in the kitchen wasn’t strong enough
- Allison (1/5): Not good - This place was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The front desk made us wait until 3 to check in due to the rooms being cleaned which was fine. He gave us a room that was completely dirty, on a noisy floor and trash left in the hall. The new room was on the first floor to which a manager continuously tried to bust in. Luckily I had the safety measure pushed on the inside. My sister and I were sleep and not properly dressed. Even with me telling her to hold on she kept trying to enter and then stated she had the wrong room when I addressed her at the desk. The persons above us kept being loud and I went to the front desk to say something about everything that had happened, remind you this all happened within the first 3 hours of getting the room. The front desk said there wasn’t a manager on the weekends and I would have to wait until Monday to speak with someone. The hotel did not state it didn’t come with any dishes, silverware or anything. The stove randomly stopped working and you have to pay $10 to call and get help from someone bc nobody was there. This has been the absolute worst experience being at a hotel and we will not be returning.
- Morales (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - Customer service was great everything was friendly and nice
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davis (8/5): Very good - Staff! All Good!
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jazmyn (6/5): Pleasant - Clean No amenities, loud door slamming all night
- Shaunte (4/5): Disappointing - The assistant manager and the maintenance guy were great. They have excellent customer service I didn't like the fact that I had to move rooms because of a microwave and the room we had to move to wasn't handicap accessible. I also didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker. I really didn't like the fact that the room I booked on booking.com wasn't the room I got placed into but the assistant manager did her best. She was phenomenal. As for Ben. He could work on his customer service skills. I felt like I was being treated as I worked there and he didn't. He did nothing to accommodate us. If it weren't for the assistant manager and maintenance guy I would never return. The housekeepers were also great. Very clean rooms..I'm impressed with that.
- Haywood (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sharon (8/5): New and clean. Beds comfy. Good locations - This is a new clean hotel. Front desk staff was super friendly when checking in but after that the front desk was closed. We did not need anything but I think there was a number you could call if you needed assistance. If you plan to use the kitchen you have to bring EVERYTHING! There are no plates, silver, glasses or pans. We did not need to use the kitchen since we were visiting family but the kitchen had nothing to use like plates, glasses or pans.
- Augusta (6/5): Pleasant - The amenities in the room Getting to the hotel @9:30 and having to call customer service. So they could get some one to the front desk so we could check in.
- Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room No sofa bed in the room
- Saida (10/5): I will stay there again - The place is very quiet and clean. The main entrance door were not card access. Although they got the option for card access but it was not activated. doors were open all the times. But the area is safe.
- Mark (2/5): Cheap construction. Noisy. - Staff was nice Walls are paper thin, hear all conversations down the hall and room vibrates with neighbors walking. No breakfast.
- Stokes (1/5): Bad -
- Jim (7/5): Satisfactory. - Didn't have breakfast. a coffee maker in room
- Rob (10/5): Excellent hotel at an exceptional price! - The hosts were awesome! They even came to the room to help us with our tv!
- M (7/5): Good - It was clean and new. Full size refrigerator. No curtains to block out the light. Flashing smoke alarm strobe light right above the bed.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roukeya (2/5): Horrible, I wouldn’t recommend - Well maintained The bed was horrible, there were socks that wasn’t for us, hair in the bathtub, i think they didn’t clean the room for us. Bedsheets had a bad smell too.
- Jennifer (1/5): Bad -
- Jessica (8/5): Clean and comfy cheap no frills place to sleep. - Price cannot be beat. It was clean and comfortable. Guests are asked to dispose of their own trash in a dumpster out back which I found a little odd. I guess this may be one of the ways they help keep prices so low.
- Shawna (1/5): Bad - Staff was excellent!! Very nice, very helpful and very accommodating!! The room smelled like weed as soon as I opened the door and I knew I couldn’t stay there with my son. I went right back to the front desk and asked for my money back.
- Cheyenne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Theresa (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, everything in great shape, building and furnishings seemed brand new. Front desk was helpful and the vending machines well stocked. Would stay here again. I didn't understand it was an extended stay facility, so the lack of coffeemaker was a bummer, but that's my own fault for not researching further.
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (9/5): Superb - Loved it all but the one bed in room 215 was falling in on one side.
- Brewer (8/5): Very good - The full fridge and the microwave. The stove in the counter it is electrical would be easy to bump and not realize it is on. Plus would be easy to forget it is on I didn't even use it. Tried to keep everything away from it. Knowing that each room has one and people don't think the way I do. I wasn't surprised that the fire department had to show up because someone left their stove on.
You have to purchase a coffee maker.
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk staff Bonnie GOGE was one of the best front desk staff at a hotel I’ve ever encountered and I travel a lot. She was engaging very helpful. Very professional!. she made our one night stay wonderful. Also, the place was absolutely spotless.
- Vana (8/5): Very good - Very clean and affordable. Sorry there was not a hair dryer, not expected. You may want to tell people what is included in the room.
- Laurie (9/5): Great stay. - Love everything. Great location. Safe. Close to restaurants and stores. Friendly staff. Clean. Poor water pressure in shower.
- Carol (5/5): The value was great, but it is so new there are bugs to be figured out. Shower situation was bad - The rate was excellent and lots of food options near. It was new so very clean. The shower still had factory restriction nozzle, so showering was extremely difficult. The manager said they hadn't yet identified all the rooms they hadn't removed them. Should have been checked before the room was issued.
The TV could not live stream shows so could not watch news or live sports.
The fitness room treadmill quit suddenly during my run. I had to switch machines and then the motion light kept turning off as the sensor must be in the wrong area.
- Washpun (7/5): Good - The price No breakfast and no pots and pans in the room for the guest to cook with considering they have a kitchen in the rooms. It should come with cookware
- Jennie (5/5): It is a nice enough hotel for the price. Maybe consider what other guests you will be staying with for the cheap price i - It is a new hotel and the price was right. Full sized fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The location is great! This property is very bare bones. It would be perfect for an extended stay (but you will need to bring your own dishes, pots, coffee maker, utensils - or rent them from the front desk for $20-30). It is new and clean. It appears that there are some families that are staying here for an extended period or living here versus on the street because of the price point. My stay was on the first floor for two nights. The first night there was someone talking on the phone right outside my window and I could hear every word. The second day/night, I was in and out more often and the other guests were slightly intimidating. Every time I walked down the hall, I could hear a lady yelling at her family. I made sure I was on the phone when I got to the parking lot and stayed on until I was in my room. The first day the hall smelled like bleach. The second day, it smelled like weed outside and fish in the hallway. While this is a new hotel, the back entry door from the parking lot is broken, so anyone can enter.
- Marisela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kendra (9/5): Superb - Great experience and no issues!
- Eaton (10/5): Exceptional - Privacy
Big fridge I got the room I asked for at the end of the hall but it was a long way to walk with my Walker I didn't understand the configuration of your building when I asked but everything's good that one's on me
- Alexis (7/5): Good - Brand new and clean It's very loud (neighbors coming and going). There aren't any curtains on the windows so the room stays bright at night. You have to pay for kitchen utensils, pots, pans, ect.
- Desmond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Desmond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Washpun (9/5): Superb - The prices The room I was in the shower pressure was low
- Rylie (9/5): Superb -
- Vega (10/5): Excellent!! Excellent staff.. very clean quiet and convenient!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be return - It is brand new just opened last week…
I had a couple different conversations with 2 of the employees and both conversations were very helpful and informative and satisfactory I got charged the room rate and then an extra $100.. and when I called to ask what the reason was they couldn’t give me a definite answer other than.. they will look into it.. so if it was an extra charge for a deposit that’s understandable.. or if it was an over charge by accident that is also understandable.. as long as I was going to get it reimbursed.. I did end up getting reimbursed a full 24 hours later which is acceptable amount of time!! So overall very pleased with the outcome!
