• barbara (10/5): - On se sent comme chez soi dans ce bel appartement. Tout confort, spacieux, une vue incroyable avec cette magnifique terrasse, idéalement situé. Ça ne peut que donner envie de revenir !

• Monika (10/5): - Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in bester Lage! Die Wohnung ist pico bello sauber und sehr sehr schön gestaltet. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut bis hin zur kompletten Mülltrennung. Auf Fragen erhält man rasch und freundlich Antwort durch die Betreuung. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick auf das Teatro Politeama und darüber hinweg bis zum Hafen. Ein Frühstückscafé oder Glas Wein am Abend ist dort wunderschön zu genießen. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort total wohlfefühlt in der Wohnung. Es gibt rein far nichts zu bemängeln.

• Tyrone (10/5): - Perfect location, apartment is WAY bigger than what it appears to be in the photos, pleasantly surprised. Aircons work really well and the apartment has everything you need, balconies are large and views are great.
• Julien (9/5): Very good ! - Check-in instructions were clear and precise. Appartment is big, very well equiped, and has wonderful terraces view on the big square. A huge "CONAD" billboard is present on the main terrace. This is quite sad because it's affecting the beautiful terrace.

• Leonid (9/5): It's a great location that I can recommend to those who wish to walk downtown Palermo. - Great location in the historic part of the city close to many tourist sites of interest. Building with video surveillance inside. Terrace and the views (however, we did not have the time left to use it). There was nothing that we disliked.
• Pe (7/5): Average stay - Spacious flat - tastefully decorated Good location. Air conditioner not working properly. Someone did come to fix but still not working properly after. No instructions left for apartment. Property is on 5th floor- someone left doors open for the very old lift and we had no option but to use stairs! Thankfully only once during our stay. Lovely view from balcony but spoilt by the big erected structure for an advertising sign on the balcony Small kitchen with no microwave or dishwasher and no space for draining board
• Tuncay (7/5): Good - Very good location, nice view from the front terrace, equipped well and comfortable bed. No personal contact any time to any one. „Welcoming“ was a bit strange . Pictures are a bit misleading, that view is only available from the main terrace, from the living room limited view. It was not bright enough as expected, due to the sloping roof . In some points ceiling was quite low. And it was very noisy in the building, we were wake up everyday by drilling and hammering at 7:30am until noon. ( stayed whole week)

• Carmel (8/5): The location is great - Great location. Spacious apartment. Great comfortable bed. unfortunately there was a terrible drain smell that came through the bathroom into the bedroom. The shower had hair from others. The cups and kettle was very dirty. The pillows in the bedroom were terrible. It was not possible to sleep comfortably.
• Paula (9/5): Fantastic position , great views very spacious and well styled apartment . - The view was fabulous , the apartment was in the roof space of the block and was very spacious , the terraces were very large and gave access to sunlight all day . There was nothing to dislike , if I was being exceptionally picky then a sunlounger on the terrace would of made a perfect addition , there was certainly room on either terrace for one .

• Beverley (9/5): Best sleep ever! - There are many things to like about this apartment. Location is fabulous, close to all the main sights, lovely terrace, spacious, super clean. But the bed...wow. It may be the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. And with the bedroom shutter down the room is pitch black, unbelievably good for sleeping. Will definitely be going back to Palermo and I will do my best to make it a time I can stay here again. If I'm being really picky, the pillows didn't live up to the comfort rest of the bed. I couldn't find a bin in the kitchen but that may have been me being useless!

• Mirjam (10/5): Exceptional - We had a splendid stay for various reasons. The apartment was very cosy and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed, got to iron my dress and all to go to a concert in Teatro Massimo. The balcony and the views to Politeama were breathtaking even on a rainy day and you could have a glimpse of the sea between the houses. The heating was on and the temperature was really lovely inside. The airport bus has a stop on the same square, so it's really easy to arrive. The arrival was really smooth and the staff very helpful.

The host Antonio was responding always very fast and he was extremely nice and helpful. Great value for money. Would love to come back!
• Maria (10/5): So perfect appartment exists and is located in Palermo! - This appartment was just perfect. Very spacious, with excellent location and this view from the rooftop is really amazing. It was close to nice restaurants but we also could cook in the very good equipped kitchen. Excellent for longer stay. We really appreciated helpful owners who provided us additional blanket (nights in January are cold). Ps. If you will reserve this place pay attention to the very old (and extremely beautiful) lift. Doors must be properly locked so other people living in this building can use the lift too :). Everything was perfect! Just hand shower can be repaired because some parts of it are loose.
