It could have been cleaned just a little better, there were some long hairs around the bathroom and in the bed.

• ATHANASIA (10/5): - had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Naples! The location was perfect – close to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and give great recommendations about the city. I truly felt welcomed and at home. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!
• CHRISTINA (9/5): Bright and clean room - The building is in front of a square. The area is safe. There is 24-hour police presence. The Duomo metro station is about 400 meters away. The rooms are on the third floor. There is an elevator. We had a spacious balcony. The room was very clean. New furniture . Very good mattress. Salvatore is kind and willing to help us with anything we need. I recommend it. The hair dryer wouldn't plug into the outlet. There was noise at night with groups of young people in the square, but when we closed the balcony-door, we had no problem.

The bathroom, especially the shower, was clogged and the water would overflow, flooding the floor. The area is also not very nice, especially at night.

• Daria (10/5): Incredible host! - Everything was perfect. Room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet even if there was some noise on the street, it didn’t bother us. Bathroom was new and specious. Rosalia was such a nice lady, she helped us with everything - late check in, breakfast, tips. Very comfortable contact with the owner - she helped us with all the questions we had. Host and Rosalia made this stay really perfect :)
• Elly (7/5): Good, but would not choose to stay here again for reasons above. - Balcony was great for watching kids play soccer in the piazza below. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well. Nearby pizzeria was very good. Nearby fish market in Pizza Nolana was fun. We chose property for its proximity to the ferry terminal as we planned to travel onward by ferry. We were disappointed that the host would not let us leave our luggage at the property to pick up that evening. That was inconvenient. We were disappointed that there was no market in the piazza on the weekend. In retrospect the location was not particularly good for us. With the exception of the one good pizzeria the were no nearby restaurants open on the weekend. For other travelers these issues may not be relevant.
• Mariam (1/5): Stay away! - Dirty property! Bathroom and toilet was dirty! Also it wasn’t vacuumed. Rude staff there was this woman didn’t even speak in English she was knocking on doors at 09:30 asking people to check out. Her voice was waking us up every day which was horrible experience. Our check out was at 10:30 it was Easter and she told us it was okay to check out at 10:30 however her screaming voice woke me up at 09:30 in the morning. Stay away from this property! Location was okay.

• Ela (10/5): Elegant and safe place, good location. - Beautiful modern Appartement situated at the spacious piazza Mercato. It’s was conveniently located and peaceful. The room was spacious, it offered everything we needed for 3 night stay, AC, fridge, coffee… Bed was comfortable. Host Salvatore was friendly and supportive - he even came when we locked the key inside.

Very noisy at night and the building itself is old and look abandoned. When entering the building you ask yourself where are we. but the appartement is nice and modern

The apartment itself is a small room in a flat that was split and now it's a kind of a hostel. Looks good, but IMHO overpriced for such type of a property

• Rhoan (4/5): Not worth the price - room is clean with modern style but still too expensive for what it can offer. The room/unit is supposed to have 2 beds (1extra large double bed and 1single bed) and has a fold up bed included in the facilities. It only has 1 double bed and a very small fold up sofa bed. When the sofa bed will be set up, there will be no space in the room and only 1 chair to sit. Room is supposed to be 322ft but it looks smaller than it should be. No room service/cleaning and change of towels during our entire 8 days stay. Located in an old building. You can hear the noise outside. No iron, adapter and safety deposit box. No wardrobe/cabinet. slippers and bathrobes were given late. Slow shower drain. We requested to modify the booking and check out earlier than we booked because the unit only has one bed and not spacious enough for the fold up bed and the facilities were not as stated/described in booking.com but the owner refused and offered additional room with additional fee of 300 euros.

Allowed us to leave our bags after checkout. - Recently nicely updated rooms, very comfortable with terrace overlooking Piazza Mercato. Clean and modern. Only thing is if you are an early to bed person, the piazza is loud with kids riding motos and pub music below. But it quieted down late. Bring earplugs. No fault of the place, rooms have new double paned windows.
• Miranda (7/5): A good option for a stay in Naples, although we did have some problems. - Pros —- - The airbnb is well located if you’re interesting in being close to the port and train station to travel from Naples - The host is very kind and gave us her phone number; if we needed anything she was happy to talk. We really appreciated her kindness! - The room is clean and well-maintained - We appreciated the vending machine in room for midnight snacks - Although we never used it, there appears to be AC which would be great in the summer Cons —- - We had to wait on the sidewalk half an hour to be let into the building when we arrived - There were no check-in instructions and the host was initially unresponsive despite being aware of our arrival time - We were locked out of the room and had to wait for a locksmith, the locks on the doors are finicky. Make sure they explain to you how to use the doors when you check in. We had to call for assistance multiple times - It’s an incredibly noisy area — it was loud the entire night. A group of motorcyclists hang out in the piazza the entire night every night. Although it’s well-located geographically, the piazza is not a nice area - The bedroom we received looked nothing like the picture - The TV didn’t work - The shower occasionally leaks and wets the floor. There’s also a problem with the water temperature (only hot or only cold) Additional Note: The apartment is up many flights of stairs and you will need 10c coins if you need to use the elevator.
