• Jamil (7/5): Good and affordable stay in the center of TLV - Great apartment in the center of Florentin. Very private. Easy check in. Friendly staff, called me and gave me a bigger apartment than what I ordered/needed. Beds are comfortable. The apartment was clean. Everything went well. Clean towels. Very good kitchen with everything needed. There was even a nice yard with a table and bench. Living room had no curtains. The microwave plate had cracks in it. The yard floor was not clean. And the sofa in the living room had a bit of moldy smell.

• damian860402 (10/5): Tel Aviv solo traveler 31.07.25 - 24.08.25 - The apartment is in the center of the Florentin district. Restaurants, bars, clubs, and excellent public transportation are nearby. The main attractions and the beach are just a 15-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi was stable and strong, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. Hot and cold water were available non-stop, as described in the instructions. The bed was comfortable, and the TV worked well, including live TV and phone calls. The neighborhood is safe, and the apartment is modest but adequate. A large mirror creates a sense of space in a limited space. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in this apartment for over four weeks and felt comfortable, despite a few issues. Thank you! A problem with water spilling from the shower stall. The owner tried to help but was unsuccessful. However, he responded quickly to try and help. There are also flies in the bathroom, but they aren't bothersome. The refrigerator door doesn't close properly; you have to press it firmly. This is important to keep the food fresh. There's a keybox by the door, and someone was often there every day, and the acoustic issue meant I sometimes felt a lack of privacy. There are noisy neighbors on the patio, and pulling up the window blinds is a nuisance. However, these negatives are minor, and I definitely recommend this place for short or long stays (I stayed in this apartment for over four weeks).

Easy self check in. A bit noisy from the building “traffic” and inner court yard but super quiet at night and early morning
