• Natalia (10/5): Wyśmienicie - 10/10 — wszystko było perfekcyjne! Apartament był piękny, bardzo czysty, komfortowy i w świetnej lokalizacji blisko centrum miasta. Wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było w pobliżu. Gospodarz był absolutnie niesamowity — bardzo miły, pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Pozwolił nam nawet zostać dłużej w dniu wymeldowania, za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni. Naprawdę cieszyliśmy się pobytem i na pewno wrócimy ponownie. Gorąco polecamy! ✨

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt. Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone i zgodne z opisem. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Lokalizacja również na plus. Zdecydowanie polecam ! Nie mamy żadnych uwag – wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania.
• Tibor (10/5): Csak ajánlani tudom. - A repülőnk reggel 8-ra érkezett, kértem a tulajdonost, hogy esetleg korábban ott hagynánk a csomagjainkat, azonnal beleegyezett. 12- kor pedig már az apartmant is átvehettük. A ház nem a legjobb állapotban van, de az apartman szuper. A belvárosban van, minden fontosabb hely néhány perc sétára. Ugyanakkor a lakás csöndes, nem hallatszik be az utca zaja, s tökéletes a sötétítés. Reggel teljes sötétség, de amikor kinyitom az ablakot, ezerrel süt be a nap. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes, az apartman tágas és jól felszerelt. Béreltünk autót, s minden este sikerült 100m-es körzetben ingyenes parkoló helyet találni. Semmi.
• Edyta (10/5): Polecamy!! - Super lokalizacji. Dosłownie kilka minut od centrum. Super kontakt z gospodarzem. Ze względu na późną godzinę lotu mieliśmy zorganizowany odbiór z lotniska. Nasz kierowca od Antonio (gospodarza) przywiózł nas na miejsce. Pomógł wejść do środka i udzielił wskazówek. Czekał na nas czyściutki apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Bardzo polecamy!!

• Andrea (5/5): Es war ok aber wir würden diese Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen - Die Unterkunft ist sehr Basic gehalten. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und wir hatten nur ein dünnes Bettlaken als Decke. Dass heißt wir haben die ganzen Tage nachts gefroren. Die Lage war gut und man konnte alles fussläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft leider nicht geputzt und das Laken hat so gestunken das es noch vom vorherigen Gast gewesen sein muss. Außerdem wurde das Bad auch nicht geputzt und urinflecken waren auf der Klobrille eingetrocknet. Wir kontaktierten direkt den Besitzer welcher umgehend die Putzfrau bestellt hat. Sauberkeit und die Heizung welche nicht funktioniert hat

Arata exact ca in fotografii, ambele spațioase, cu mobilier modern, curat, baile foarte curate, living cu bucătărie si toate facilitățile, recomand cu încredere. Antonio ne-a raspuns la toate solicitarile,, am gasil in apartament apa si madeleine. Bine poziționat, in centrul vechi, ne-am simțit in siguranță. Totul a fost in regula!
• chiara (9/5): Super consigliato per un soggiorno nel cuore di Catania! - Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in totale relax. L’appartamento è piccolino ma fornito di tutto il necessario! La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, gli spazi puliti e la cucina è fornita di tutti gli accessori base per poter cucinare nella struttura. Antonio è stato molto gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo! Siamo stati molto bene, grazie!

• Honcharova (9/5): Советую здесь останавливаться, очень уютно и комфортно. - Хорошая квартира с современным ремонтом, было все что нужно, хоть дом и старый пошарпаный, но в городе все такие дома, это норм. Хозяин угощал местными пирожными и шампанским, он живет в соседней квартире. В душе забитый сток, хозяин пробил, но вода все равно задерживалась. Но это мелочи.

El apartamento es cómodo, luminoso y las habitaciones amplias. El anfitrión ha sido amable y ha respondido a nuestras consultas con rapidez. El apartamento está en un segundo piso, en una casa muy antigua, de escaleras altas y sin ascensor.

• Éva (7/5): Jól felszerelt, központi helyen lévő lakás. - Központi helyen van, könnyen elérhető busz és vonat pályaudvar. Szállásadó kedves, rugalmas és segítőkész volt. Kértünk és kaptunk is plusz törölközőket. Távozáskor maradhattunk tovább a szálláshelyen, mert délután indult csak a gépünk. Szállásadó intézett taxit az érkezésünkkor. A lakásnak nincs utcára néző ablaka, nem lehet rendesen szellőztetni, dohos szag van a lakásban. Nem jó a csatornarendszer, sokszor jött vissza a szag és más is a wc-ből. Ez sajnos az épület adottsága, nem a szállásadó hibája. Nincs mikro a konyhában, ez szükséges lenne. Takarítás lehetne precízebb.

L'appartamento è molto carino con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni (di cui uno piccolino in camera) e una cucina attrezzata. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Bisogna attenzione un po di piu la pulizia

• Mateja (10/5): Excellent séjour - L’établissement était très bien situé près du centre avec une vue magnifique sur le monastère. Les chambres sont spacieuses même pour une famille de 4. Le propriétaire était très gentil et nous a attendu devant l’établissement ce qui était génial.

Gdy przyjechaliśmy w lodówce czekały butelki z wodą poza tym słodkie przekąski co naprawdę było miłe szczególnie, że przylecieliśmy ok. 11 p.m. kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Klucze do mieszkania czekały w skrzynce, więc późna pora nie była problemem w zameldowaniu. Mieszkanie dosłownie 5 minut spacerem od katedry i centrum Katanii.

There are small terraces in every room, and they are absolutely charming. Every morning we were woken up by the song of swallows. Everything is very tidy and we are very satisfied. We were delighted to find Nespresso capsules and cookies waiting for us. Antonio is wonderful and an excellent host — he helped us a lot and even arranged transportation from the airport for us because we arrived late. We highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend this place. - The apartment is clean, comfortable, decent size bedrooms with own bathrooms, very private property with sweet little balconies. One glass windows that do not prevent the noise of the street coming into the apartment.

There was a "waste" in the toilet, although it was communicated with the host and he said it's a mistake from the cleaning person, but it still puts doubt into the cleanliness of the apartment especially since the washing maching needed cleaning as is made our clothes dirtier than what they originally were.

Host changed our room , when I pointed out that I had booked room with balcony. Easy switch over within first 48 hours , very impressed . Would certainly book again .. Only thing missing from apartment was a toaster, and could do with few more bits of cutlery.

Close to the city centre. The host was very friendly and communicative. He let us stay another night when our flight got cancelled. The drainage system was a bit clogged and a weird smell came from the shower drain.

• Maja (10/5): I would always stay here - The apartment is perfectly located, renovated in a modern way, well furnished. You can walk to main piazza in 8 minutes. It is quiet and safe neighborhood. I loved the minimalist décor. Apartment is spacious and fully functional. The host is so kind, attentive and responsive that it was almost unbelievable! I would always choose to stay here and don't have absolutely anything that I would like different.
