• Alicia (8/5): The stay was good, just the communication was poor from eeception - The carpark roof was very low. Most cars wouldn’t be able to fit. I suggest putting a height Min in the notes when advertising. We were told the place we book for 2 wks wasn’t available on our way from NSW to QLD, this was sent via a text.

• Leonora (5/5): Location was really good, bed was comfy and the couch were comfy. We loved how it was oceanfront however the rain was co - 1) Ensuite room fan did not work due to a flat battery. 2) Tv remote wasn’t working properly and the signal wasn’t that great for tv 3) had internet modem but couldn’t access as there were no password to be found.for mobile access 4) first bedroom it had no light the remote for the light did not work at all 5) undercover parking was too tight not much room for cars to move around 6) bathroom sink could’ve been better and towel rack was not big enough to hang two towels after showering.
• Areta (7/5): Beautiful view and nice beds, but apartment needs renovations - Loved the view, and the apartment was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The ocean breeze coming through the apartment was lovely, but the bedrooms could use an air-conditioner in them for the hot nights as the ocean breeze doesn't quite reach down the back where the bedrooms are. The pool is beautiful, and looking out in the ocean from the pool was lovely. Unfortunately, we couldn't swim in the ocean as there were too many blue bottles and blue buttons (jellyfish). When we arrived in Burleigh Heads to pick up the keys from Burleigh letting and Co on James street, Burleigh heads, we forgot the time difference between NSW and QLD, so when I called to see if the apartment was ready, the receptionist (forgot her name but it wasn't Alana as she was lovely) but the other girl was rude and not welcoming at all. I asked if we could check in early, and she said it was not possible as the cleaners just picked up the keys. It was 10.45am there time. Checkout is 10 am, so why did it take 45 minutes for the cleaners to pick up the keys when I requested days ago to have an early check in. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the real estate agent. It took 3 hours for the apartment to be cleaned while we had to go to the local shopping mall with 5 kids waiting. The receptionist never called me to let me know the apartment was ready. I rang at 2.10pm to see if it was ready and the receptionist, same rude girl, said yeah the keys just got dropped off. When we picked up the keys, her customer service was next to none, just rude and looked at me like I was nothing. The apartment was not cleaned very well at all. Dust on every window and all window blinds, and when you and your child are asthmatics, this is not good. Shower screens and tiles were not cleaned. The en-suite bathroom was destroyed, needs renovating asap, and the smell in there is unbearable. Ceiling in 2 bedrooms were damaged from water leaks so mould is growing, and has a smell, which isn't good for our health. The kitchen was disappointing, not only needed to be renovated but didn't have simple items like a salad bowl, sharp cutting knife for steaks, and to cut fruits. Didn't have any supplies like salt and pepper. 2 garbage bins supplied for a 3nt stay. The oven we never used and was not cleaned at all. Absolutely disgusting.
• Bree (9/5): Neat apartment in great location - Great price & location right on the beach, walking distance to Nobby’s Surf Club which had great meals and friendly staff. Apartment was tidy and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Apartment would benefit with some furniture on the balcony and air conditioning. The kettle didn’t work and there was no fly screens on the windows facing the beach, so we couldn’t open these to allow the breeze in for safety reasons. Overall we still had a lovely time and would stay again.
• Mohd (1/5): Worst experience - Great location Poor service, when I first day checked in to this house no one do the cleaning from previous guests, dirty bathroom and kitchen and no one change the bed . You should give at least 2 keys for your guest also you should change your main door keys . And do deep cleaning sometimes. Luckily I make a complaint to booking.com and they fix my problem and call the cleaner . They come but we felt uncomfortable when they around but they did clean much better then before . Also you need to get the key and return the key from third party which is take 10 min drive to their office .
• Kristi (4/5): Great size and position.. not so great apartment. - Fantastic location, large 3 bed 2 bath on oceanfront Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean, dust and grime on all windows and blinds etc, the apartment is in need of a lot of repairs/ maintenance, the fridge was tiny and leaked out of the bottom and barely kept food cold, numerous cockroaches and ants found throughout stay, holes/ dents or marks on pretty much every wall with one having the cornice falling down. We didn’t realise it had no air con but that’s on us for not checking and assuming, but the patio was closed in by a screen with no furniture to sit out there anyway. The bathrooms are in desperate need of repairs and renovation, even missing tiles etc
• Joanna (10/5): Absolutely loved the location, loved that the apartment was connected to the beach. By far the best location we’ve staye - Stunning view looking out to the beach.

• Nicholas (10/5): Great retreat for family's big or small - Location was superb. Didn't have heating, extra toilet paper or an iron and ironing board.
