Garnet (8/5): Eine unkomplizierte, saubere und freundliche Unterkunft. - Die Betreiber waren telefonisch zu erreichen. Waren sehr Hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!! Es war super sauber und ein Zimmer hatte sogar ein Thema: Gleis 9 3/4….🤭 Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Straße, Somit konnte ich nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Maximilian (9/5): Tolle Alternative zu Hotels! - Eine tolle Mischung aus Hostel und Hotel. Ich habe im Letzten halben Jahr mehrfach für eine Nacht dort geschlafen und jedes einzelnen Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und komfortabel! Das Bad teilt man sich am Flur, es sind zwei sehr schön ausgestattete vorhanden und ich hatte nie ein Problem mit Überschneidungen. Beide Bäder waren immer sehr sauber. Das Ankommen durch mehrere Türen und eine Baustelle im Erdgeschoss war beim ersten Mal kurz verwirrend. Ist aber letztendlich überhaupt kein Problem gewesen!

Kunze (9/5): Modern-gemütlich und zentrumsnah - Der Zugang zur Wohneinheit und dem Zimmer ist unkompliziert mit Schlüsselkasten. Das relativ kleine Zimmer ist modern-gemütlich eingerichtet, das Lichtkonzept außergewöhnlich. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, sodass die Zuggeräusche gedämpft sind. Das Badezimmer war super sauber und ebenfalls modern eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad sind separat abschließbar. Die geräumige Küche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, macht aber einen guten Eindruck. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 5-10 min erreichbar, Lebensmittelläden und Bäcker befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Es war alles super!

Advertising a €100 “Superior Suite” without a private bathroom is misleading and deceptive to customers.

Susanne (8/5): - Alles war sehr sauber, auch die Gemeinschaftsbäder. Einrichtung modern und neu. Lage war für uns perfekt. Schlüsselübergabe über Schlüsseltresor hat sehr gut geklappt. Aus unserer Sicht zu teuer insbesondere dafür, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsbäder gibt (2 für 4 Zimmer). Der Zug hält genau vor dem Fenster (nur selten), dies könnte stören, wenn man mit geöffnetem Fester schläft. Im Bad wären Papierhandtücher oder ein Händetrockner gut, (wenn man nur auf Toilette gehen möchte). Im kleineren Bad funktioniert die Verriegelung sehr schwer, man bekommt sie von innen nicht gut auf. Da immer alle Türen abgeschlossen werden sollen, ist der ausgeschilderte Fluchtweg im Brandfall z.T. nicht sichergestellt (Es fehlen z.T. Panikschlösser. Bitte ändern Sie dies unbedingt, es gibt auch Schlösser, die von außen verriegelt bleiben, wenn man sie benutzt hat. So ist sichergestellt, dass trotzdem niemand von außen einfach zu den Zimmern kommt).
florian (3/5): - naehe zu meiner wohnung in brahmsstrasse, wo ich nachts gemobbt werde gespensterpension. absolut kontaktlos. man sieht keinen menschen. nicht mal ein waschbecken ist im zimmer. klo und waschgelegenheit auf der jenseitigen gangseite. die lampen haengen so niedrig, dass man sich den kopf anstoesst. ist mir 2mal passiert

Slobodan (8/5): Ziemlich schick und modern - Die moderne in Holz ausgewählten Möbel. Sehr schick. Die Küche ist geräumig und hatte auch alles. Mehrere Gäste und ich inkl. haben es in der Beschreibung nicht sofort erkannt, dass das Bad und die Küche mit den anderen Apartments geteilt werden.
