• Julijana (10/5): Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut - Die ruhige Lage aber dennoch nah genug an der Stadt und am Strand.
• Veronika (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Auch die Lage war für uns ideal: ruhig, da etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber nur etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Sofia war hervorragend. Sie hat uns eine Liste mit sehenswerten Stränden und empfehlenswerten Restaurants geschickt, auf der ihre persönlichen Favoriten markiert waren. Wir haben viele davon besucht und keine einzige Empfehlung bereut! Sofia war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns alle wichtigen Infos zur Unterkunft gegeben, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei unserer Ankunft warteten kleine süße Aufmerksamkeiten auf uns, und nach fast jeder Reinigung lagen frische lokale Backwaren auf der Küchentheke – eine wunderbare Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, Sofia macht ihren Job wirklich mit Herz und Seele!

Мы спросили ее где можно еупить свежую рыбу, так она ссозвонилась с рыбаками и понашему заказу купила отличнейшую рыбу! Море в этой части острова не такое проздачное и красивое как на севере.

• Juliette (9/5): Helemaal top!! Zeer net appartement. - Alles was zeer netjes, mooie inrichting en met fijne details, zoals de nougat op een schaaltje en het water in de koelkast. Ook fijn om even te kunnen wassen, het wasmiddel staat voor je klaar. Winkeltje meteen om de hoek. En het belangrijkst. De communicatie met Sofia verliep vlekkeloos. Beach om de hoek en de strip van Kavos op loopafstand.
• Andrei (10/5): Locație excelentă !!! - Am fost un grup de 4 cupluri și am avut închiriate 4 studiouri. Totul a fost absolut perfect! Camerele au fost foarte curate ( curățenie în fiecare zi ), spațioase și dotate cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Locația este excelentă, aproape de plajă și de taverne, dar suficient de liniștită pentru a te odihni bine. Gazda, doamna Sofia a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă , mereu disponibilă să ne ajute cu informații și recomandări. Ne-am simțit minunat și recomandăm cu mare drag această cazare oricui vrea să petreacă un sejur reușit în Corfu. Cu siguranță vom reveni!
• Alessandra (10/5): Bellissima vacanza - Bellissimo appartamento con tutto il necessario, e un servizio di pulizie giornaliere. Posizione ottima in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Sofia è stata gentilissima e bravissima, ci ha consigliato sia spiagge che ristoranti e ci faceva trovare anche dei dolcetti.

Sofia et son équipe sont des hôtes d’exception, très attentionnés, pleins de bons conseils et adorables ! Le petit plus : un petit chaton adorable vit là :) Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !
• Tymoteusz (10/5): Clean, comfortable apartment with a lovely host. - The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, while still being just a short walk (about 1 km) from the lively town center with restaurants, shops and bars. The host was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Having free parking was a great bonus, and the terrace with chairs was perfect for relaxing in the evening. We would definitely come back!

Es gab eine ausführliche Erklärung zur Unterkunft und in der Unterkunft waren Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Es gab auch Wasser und Instant Kaffee sowie Tee. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Jederzeit wieder.

• Hannah (10/5): War ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. - Sehr modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Strand in der Nähe, Stadt nicht weit entfernt. An- und Abreise mit dem öffentlichen Bus ist etwas mühsam, da man von der Busstation noch 20 Minuten bis zur Unterkunft gehen muss.

• Andrin (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft um sich vom Alltagsstress zu lösen und den Urlaub zu geniessen - Unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Kawa war rundum gelungen. Das Apartment ist mit viel Herz eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin: schnell, unkompliziert und unglaublich zuverlässig. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben. Auch die Lage hat uns begeistert. Etwas außerhalb von Kawa gelegen und direkt am Meer, bietet die Unterkunft eine wunderbare Ruhe, die man im Zentrum nicht unbedingt findet. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hervorragend, und wir würden die Unterkunft ohne Zögern weiterempfehlen.

The place is beautiful and well taken care of, but what really stands out is the incredible level of cleanliness – absolutely spotless. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to make the stay even more enjoyable. A great bonus is the laundry facilities, also kept in excellent condition, very clean and hygienic – truly convenient for travelers. Highly recommended: welcoming, tidy, and managed with great professionalism.

• Civelek (10/5): Sauberes Familienunternehmen, dass mit Herz geführt wird! - Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft hat sich außerordentlich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Alle zwei Tage gab es frische Handtücher, was für eine Apart-Unterkunft nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Nichts auszusetzen. Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
• Kerri (10/5): - Everything. Far enough from the main strip that you could avoid it (like we did!). Sofia was a truly exceptional host. We have stayed in 4 locations on the island (Celestial being out first!) including Afionas, Sodari and Kassiopi. This was by far our favourite! Close to a great pool, some interesting beaches, the hike to the Monestry, Lefkimmi (with a stunning beach 20min walk down the canal) and a visit to the local Vineyard (Pontiglio). Also, Demitri at the Rose Tree was a lovely man, we ate there twice as he was just around the corner. Again, Sofia could not do more for us, such a beautiful lady. We only stayed for 3 nights but would love to have ended our stay on the island there. We will stay here again...and again and again! Thank you :) The south of the island has much more of a 'lived in' feel and rustic qualities. We felt so at home here.

• Carla (10/5): Es war angenehm ruhig und privat gelegen sowie fußläufig zum Strand - Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, sodass die Unterkunft immer ein schöner und angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Dabei war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Sofia immer einfach und sie persönlich ist sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Der nächste gelegene Strand ist fußläufig ca. 5 entfernt erreichbar und selbst in den Sommermonaten nicht überfüllt und sehr privat. Wir würden gerne immer wieder kommen. Das WLAN war etwas schwach und es gab nur ein einziges Kochfeld

• Gustė (10/5): It was perfect, lovely staff! - Amazing staff, quick communication, was here with foot injury so they made sure I got everything I needed! Also the check in and check out was really easy and quick! A true dream.
• Makulka (10/5): Nejlepší místo v Kavosu - Ubytování předčilo má očekávání, protože jsem měla z Kavosu již jednu velice špatnou zkušenost. Vybavení a celý pokoj je čistý, postele velice pohodlné. Kuchyňka má základní kuchyňské náčiní, příjemný bonus je kávovar na kapsle, toustovač a rychlovarná konvice. Každý den jsme měli uklizený pokoj s nějakou dobrotou (croissant, nektarinky atp.) Ubytování se nachází v opravdu klidné části Kavosu. Hostitelka poskytla veškeré informace k ubytování i tipy na výlety po ostrově či doporučila restaurace. Ráda se vrátím. Pomalá wifi, to je asi jediné mínus, které mě omezovalo, protože jsem občas musela vzdáleně pracovat.

• Fridl (10/5): - Sofia je zelo prijazna, nasmejana in gostoljubna. Soba in terasa je čudovita. Do plaže 5 minut hoje in do glavne ulice z bari in restavracijami 10 minut hoje. Vsak dan naju je pričakala lepo urejena, čista soba. En dan so naju na pultu pričakali piškoti in sporočilo naj imava lep dan. Prav tako je dovolila, da jeva nektarine in limone iz njenega vrta. Z veseljem se še vrneva🥰 Vse je bilo perfektno.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und in einem absolut sauberen Zustand. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, war da. Besonders begeistert war ich von der schönen Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Ein großes Highlight war aber auch die Gästebetreuung: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft Gastgeber sind. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
• MARIUS (10/5): Highly recommend - We liked everything about our accommodation. It was a clean, comfortable and friendly environment. The host was very nice and always ready to help with our demands. All in all it's a small family business that deserves to be taken into consideration for vacation plans. There was nothing that we didn't like.
• Diana (10/5): Všechno super :) - Všechno úplně v pořádku pro delší pobyt, máte zde všechno, co budete potřebovat. Nádobí, ledničku, terásku s místem na pověšení mokrých věcí, sociální zařízení. Do pěti minut je obchod se základními surovinami a pláž do deseti minut. Sophia se o vás bude starat a když je cokoli potřeba, stačí jí napsat na whatsapp :). Určitě doporučujeme Rose Tree na pozdní oběd nebo večeři. Jediná nevýhoda, ale to není nevýhoda ubytování, je trošku zdlouhavější cesta z letiště busem a následně na ubytování.

• Kam (10/5): Easy 10 out of 10 - modern clean room close to the sea - Easy 10 out of 10. A really comfy, spaceous clean and modern room with all you need. I really appreciate the coffee, tea and water (mainly) waiting for us, as we got in pretty late and counldn’t buy anything. Location also perfect, close by the sea (250 m), just far enough from the party town of Kavos for a quite vacation but close enough if you also want to check it out :-)

• Geannine S (10/5): - I absolutely loved the accommodation. It was spotless, and we had our towels and sheets changed every two days. The trash cans were emptied daily, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils for cooking, and there was a small fridge. Additionally, there was a coffee maker along with a few coffee pods. Sofia was very kind and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit on the island. The location is ideal, as it is away from the chaos of the resort; however, there is a nearby supermarket and several excellent restaurants within easy reach.

Le couchage est très confortable et l'appartement très propre et bien équipé. Le climatiseur date un peu, et un rideau sur la porte serait le bienvenu.

• Ei-Ho (10/5): Eine unglaublich gepflegte Anlage die Sofia und Mama betreuen👏🏼 - Alles war einfach perfekt. Sofia ist eine sehr umsichtige Managerin, und versucht alles um alle glücklich zu machen. Die Anlage ist einfach topp, im Gegensatz zur Umgebung der Stadt Kavos. Ein Foto vom Reisepass würde ich nie vorweg online übersenden, auch nicht über WhatsApp.

• Ostap (10/5): Рекомендую тепер дану студію всім своїм друзям та знайомим! - Якщо ви плануєте відпочинок на півдні Корфу, то як на мене це найкращий варіант по відношенню ціни та якості студії. На кухні було все необхідне, працює кондиціонер, що дуже важливо при такій високій температурі, гарне широке ліжко, є телевізор, є інтернет, тепла вода у душі була завжди. При якихось проблемах одразу швидке рішення їх, оскільки власниця апартаментів дуже хороша жінка і вона завжди на зв’язку. Ми були задоволені тим, що прибирання було щоденно. Це дуже велике має значення. Змінювалась постіль і рушники. На вулиці столик для двох де можна снідати та вечеряти, приємний сад, спокій. Близько до моря. Дуже гарне розташування студії , оскільки знаходиться вона в спокійному районі, не в центрі Кавоса, бо місто живе нічним життям. Справді рекомендую! Це був найкращий відпочинок в такій студії. Все сподобалось, можливо б хотілось щоб був якийсь кавовий автомат, то було б ідеально👌

• Ivanna (10/5): - Bardzo pomocny i miły host Sofia. Mieszkanie jest blisko plaży, dosłownie 5 min. Blisko też jest sklep i atrakcje wodne. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja. Bardzo przytulny taras pozwala odpocząć wieczorem.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen: Toaster, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und sämtliche Utensilien, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Zimmer war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Terrasse war ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Sofia, die uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit begeistert hat. Sie hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und eine unvergessliche Überraschung organisiert, als mein Freund mir einen Heiratsantrag gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit Blumen, Kerzen und Champagner dekoriert – ein unvergesslicher Moment! Der frühzeitige Check-in war problemlos und Sofia war jederzeit gut erreichbar. • Anna-Sophia (9/5): Super sauber. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. - Sofia, die Gastgeberin ist toll, die Zimmer sind super sauber und mit dem Wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren etwas hart.

• Levente (10/5): Nagyon ajánlom, jó ár-érték arány, tiszta, rendezett. - Nagyon ízlésesen kialakított szálláshely, beltér-kert, kedves tulajdonos :)! Változó volt a víznyomás de ez a környékre jellemző.
• James (10/5): Quiet, idyllic and perfect for some R&R. Not too far from the main strip. - Property was lovely, well kept in a nice location and private. LITTERALLY 5 mins away from the most beautiful private beach. Ample sized rooms and amazing value for money! If I was being REALLY picky my only comment was the bathroom felt abit cramped but honestly I can’t think of anything else
• Ιωάννα (10/5): - Περιποιημένος χώρος, άνετη πρόσβαση, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και κατατοπιστικότατοι! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !
• Milena (10/5): - La cucina e il patio con un tavolino e delle sedie per poter mangiare all’aria aperta. La posizione a 4 minuti dalla spiaggia e da 16 dal centro di kavos. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Unica cosa è la serranda che non si può chiudere e quindi già dal mattino presto c’è la luce. Però non é così grave come pecca
