• Ernestas (7/5): Not the best experience but for this price okay - Location is close to the station and easily accessible When we arrived we were listening to the prayers for hours, kids are loud and playing around. We couldn’t go inside the building for a while and after trying to call the property it didn’t response for a while (eventually we got inside, the door was very hard to open). The apartment is very cold and beds are not comfortable, I mean you can sleep here for few days but not more. Also the bathroom shower is too small. And it’s not enough sockets inside the apartment, was hard to charge my phone.

• Michael (9/5): Top appartement. - Appartement très bien, spacieux, confortable et un bon emplacement. Il manque pour moi un peu de vaisselle (verre à vin ou champagne car boire du mousseux dans des verres à soda ce n est pas top) . Et surtout le manque de clé pour la salle de bain et les WC surtout pour un appartement de plus de 8 personnes ça peut poser problèmes.

Mooi uitzicht vanop het (kleine) terrasje. Sommige bedden waren er goed heel veel sigarettepeuken onderaan het terras. Beddegoed kon iets beter

• Olga (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment and overall I would definitely recommend it. The location is great – it’s within walking distance of the city center, which made getting around very easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very clean upon arrival, which I really appreciated. The equipment is quite basic, but it includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay, so we didn’t miss anything essential. Check-in was very simple and straightforward. The host, Tanya, was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all questions quickly and making the whole experience smooth. The two rooms face a backyard, which could be a nice feature, although it would benefit from a bit more attention and maintenance. One small downside was that the apartment is on the ground floor right next to the entrance door, which is a bit difficult to close and therefore quite loud at times. This could be slightly disturbing. Despite these minor issues, we was very satisfied overall and would happily stay here again.

• Julian Boers (9/5): Grote aanrader als je een prima prijs & kwaliteit verhouding zoekt op een rustige locatie in Antwerp - Locatie, de grote kamers van het appartement, schoon, prima bedden, mooi uitzicht over de groene tuin. Via een Uber naar het centrum doe je er pakweg 10 minuten over. Lopen is ook een optie: 20/30 minuten. Geen olie om te koken, geen vaatdoekje om alles schoon te maken. Gezamelijk gang beneden stonk erg naar plas.

Sem aviso prévio uma pessoa que não tenha dinheiro para caução perde o dinheiro e não tem onde dormir!!! É uma falta de respeito a necessidade de caução após feita a reserva sem aviso prévio

• Rosrlyne (5/5): - Logement propre, assez bien placé et très spacieux. Manque de vaisselle, mais surtout cette caution de 100€ exigée alors que le paiement sur booking est fait. La veille de notre séjour, on a fait le virement de 109€ ( caution + taxes de séjour pour 3 personnes). Le jour de notre arrivée, elle n'avait rien reçu. Donc elle ne voulait pas nous donner les codes d'accès au logement. Heureusement qu'un jeune nous a aidés à lui envoyer une preuve du virement. Ça nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps En plus les appartements sont très mal isolés et à l'étage au dessus du nôtre ça été la fiesta. Nous sommes intervenus ( au moins une vingtaine de personnes) et on a eu un calme relatif jusqu'à 3h du matin , heure à laquelle ils se sont mis à ranger. Voilà, dommage!

• Kirsty (5/5): Disappointing with a dingy, smelly stairwell, overly strict, unfair rules of stay! - Pleasant enough once inside but the stairwell stank and was dark. The rules about noise etc are very strict. We were charged a deposit which we would lose if we made too much noise or made contact with the neighbours, yet we had to put up with the neighbour's noise! We left the apartment tidy but still haven't heard anything about when we will get our deposit back.

Je moet na het reserveren €3 per pers. Toeristenbelasting betalen en €100 voor een waarborg. Maar ik kreeg dit meteen terug. Dus oké maar dit mocht beter vermeld staan.

• Karen (6/5): Schoon appartement - Schoon appartement, ruim. Veel bedden. De straat was rustig. Het is praktisch, maar niet heel gezellig ingericht. Het is gehorig maar onze bovenburen waren stil, dus daar hebben we geen last van gehad.

• Danila (3/5): - Viene richiesta una caparra (che viene restituita totalmente in assenza di danni), ma non c'è la possibilità di avere un check in ed un check out con persone fisiche. Non si tratta di una prassi esistente in molte altri appartamenti. L'appartamento dove siamo stati noi è al quarto piano, raggiungibile.con una scala stretta e scomoda. La porta ha una chiusura leggerissima e non completa (col vento sbatte). Non c'è la doccia, ma una piccola vasca da bagno sbrecciata da utilizzare come doccia. Non ci sono letti matrimoniali, ma solo singoli e a castello. In una stanza erano stesi biancheria e lenzuola, con tanta umidità. Nelle indicazioni di emergenza si fa riferimento a estintori lungo le scale ma sono completamente assenti

Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Wenn ich als Gast mit mehreren Verboten empfangen werde, fühlt sich das nicht gut an. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel und die Tür schloss nicht gut, bzw. nur mit Schlüssel. Die Betten waren mäßig komfortabel.

• Amalie Wang (3/5): Sad, impersonal apartment - The apartment had a sad and impersonal feeling to it. The window and the door to the backyard had been closed with wire and the garden had been left to rod. The apartment was extremely poorly insulated so you could hear all sounds from the neighbors. There has been left laundry in the apartment that was drying on two rags. Two of the beds were not clean. The so called house rules that I received just a day before check in was formulated in a rude manner and because of the poor insulation we were afraid of noises from the TV could disturb the neighbors leading to us not getting our deposit back. Also disturbing that you are not allowed to touch beds that you don’t use - suggests that they are not cleaned after every booking. The apartment was not especially comfortable and very poorly decorated.

• Federico (8/5): - -ottima posizione -appartamento molto grande fornito di tutto -ottima pulizia -non è particolarmente gradevole ricevere tutta una serie di messaggi con regole da rispettare, che comunque riguardano il buon senso e l'educazione di chi soggiorna -bisogna lasciare una caparra, ma questo si viene a sapere solo dopo aver prenotato: la caparra viene poi prontamente restituita a valle del check out, ma comunque non è una prassi che ho riscontrato in molte altre prenotazioni di appartamenti.
