Guest Reviews
- Barbara (4/5): Nice property which was a huge let down for sleep due to boiler noise and light!!! - Access to the room was easy and the room was clean and presentable. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and the basic kitchen caters all your needs for an overnight stay. The bathroom albeit small was functional and nicely decorated. The location to local supermarket, pubs and Fareham town centre are all in easy walking distance (be mindful the property is on a hillside) The purpose of our stay was to travel and have a restful night before going out to our planned local trip however it was a particularly unrestful night, defeating the object, due to the boiler kicking in and out all night and a constant droning hum right next to the bed! To add to our woes there is a sensor light as bright as floodlights in a football stadium which also kept coming on - most likely animals i.e. foxes or cats - and with curtains that are not blackout or flush to the wall alongside the front door which has a basic blind neither of them keep light out. Although it is November, the garden is just a garden table in a small space outside the door with a flimsy separation between the owners personal space and yours. Upon returning home, in hindsight, we checked reviews and this is not the first time these issues have been mentioned! The owner replies that they would deal with the issues however after at least a year of on/off mentions are yet to be resolved. Sadly we will most likely not return or recommend :(

- Guest (10/5): Comfortable place with gorgeous views - The host made us very welcome by leaving little special little touches in the property, a pint of milk in the fridge and bottles of water. Communication was excellent between the host and guests. The property is situated in a lovely location overlooking some beautiful views. It was very clean and cosy ,the bed was comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Nothing
- Stuart John (10/5): - This is a lovely property just out of Fareham. It's handy for exploring southern Hampshire.
- Tamzin218 (10/5): 1 night stay - Beautiful, quiet location close to amenities. Incredibly clean and comfortable studio with modern fittings. Perfect for our break, thank you! Nothing!
- Michiel (9/5): - Mooie studio met alle nodige voorzieningen. Het vinden van de studio was moeilijk, betere instructies zouden helpend zijn.
- mark (9/5): A nice, relaxing location - A lovely location with great views of the fields and nice facilities
- Shari (10/5): This will be our first choice should we come back to this area again; it truly was exceptional. - Of our 14 nights traveling, this was the place that felt most like home—classy, quiet, comfortable, sparkling clean, well-equipped, and beautifully surrounded by green.
- Jamie (10/5): Great stay - What’s not to like great outlook and spotlessly clean. Owner very accommodating as I turned up early and let me check in. Nothing

- Ronald (10/5): A great way to end our month away. - It was very comfortable and we made use of the patio to dine with some local friends
- Richard (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Very comfortable - Comfortable and good parking. A bit tricky to find. Long winding access in the dark. Need instructions as well as satnav.
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paulene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dave (8/5): Great for a short stay of up to five days, after that I think it would be a struggle given the size of the property - The location was perfect for walking into the town, and Sainsbury’s is very close by for shopping needs The garden was a disappointment considering photographs of the patio area are used as part of the promotional aspect. It needs a new outside airer ,also in the kitchen a serrated bread knife would have been most helpful
- David (8/5): We only stayed for one night but it was clean, tidy, comfortable and a very good location. I would recommend this place. - It was clean, comfortable and as expected. Very good location for Portsmouth Ferries Almost inaccessible on motorcycles. Very very steep road to the property and the driveway was very badly broken.
- Henri (6/5): Mixed. - Good location, quiet area, clean and well-presented. Shower worked well. Studio was a good temperature. Poor WiFi that only worked intermittently. Boiler right next to bed was very loud and would come on at random intervals during the night. Curtains were not black-out lined, and we were woken up by outside security light turning on during the night, and by sunrise. Slept poorly due to light and sound disturbances. We feel most of these problems could easily be fixed with a bit of effort (maybe apart from the boiler).
- Deacon (10/5): Exceptional - The selection of tea and coffee. The added extra of a pint of milk and 2 water bottles on the fridge. A decent size tv, recliner sofa and the size of the bed Didn't realise the hob, extractor fan and fridge were connected to the same plug. So the whole lot turned off when turning the hob off
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Cristina (10/5): I recomend , all was like in description -
- Philip (10/5): It was a "Cuprinol" visit... - Thank you to Asha for the tea, coffee & fresh milk in fridge

- Allison (9/5): For our purposes it was absolutely brilliant - It was very light and airy with good facilities We couldn’t connect to the internet although we could connect to the network. Didn’t really matter though.
- Mia (10/5): Peaceful gem of a place; left feeling very refreshed. - Beautifully designed and decorated. Extremely peaceful; enjoyed sitting in the garden and on the sofa soaking in the view. Extras of milk, water and fruit were just what we needed. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Perfect for what we required.
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (10/5): We only stayed one night, but it was extremely comfortable. - It's clear that a good deal of thought and preparation went into this property.
Bottled water and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge to compliment the tea and coffee making facilites.
We only stayed one night, but it was extremely comfortable.
Just perfect - A big thank you to the hosts. N/A
- Callum (8/5): I really enjoyed my stay here and will look to book again when travelling to the local office. - Had a very homely feel to it. Easy check-in and check-out process. Only having the blind on the door let in a fair bit of light in the morning (will only be a problem in the summer months).
- Lee (9/5): Cosy private apartment space - Room was cosy and convenient, tucked away and quiet. Nothing all good
- Louise (9/5): Good place to stay clean and good facilities - Coffee machine, milk and bottled water in the fridge. Very clean and well looked after. Nice and quiet. Could of had a sofa bed

- Brian (9/5): The studio was everything we required for our short stay. - The studio apartment was exceptionally clean. It was centrally located with lovely views and was extremely well equipped. The host was helpful and the milk, fruit and after were a nice touch. Nothing
- Nigel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joyce (10/5): Peaceful and private - Quiet, nice view, clean and comfortable place with an efficient layout to maximise the space. Great night sleep here, clean bathroom, fully functional kitchen The only negative was the bright automatic light outside even with the blinds closed and maybe the fact that there was no toilet roll holder
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
