All was clean and fresh. Comfortable bed sizes with orthopedic mattress! Wonderfull decoration, elegant and modern.

• Simona (10/5): Oază de relaxare - La Milion Residences am avut parte de un apartament curat, confortabil și modern, amplasat într-o zonă liniștită lângă o livadă de măslini. Pe jos, până la strada principală se ajunge în aproximativ 9-10 minute, iar până în centrul localității sunt circa 30 de minute. Accesul este mai ușor cu mașina, drumul până la proprietate fiind în pantă. Am apreciat foarte mult șederea aici și ne-am simțit extrem de bine. Drumul de acces nu este asfaltat în totalitate și este pe alocuri îngust, potrivit pentru o singură mașină.

• Dimitrina (10/5): Уют на върха на Парга - Модерен и стилен интериор, много чисто и поддържано. Локацията предлага страхотна гледка и спокойствие далеч от шума на центъра. Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. Хотелът е на върха – идеално за тези, които обичат приключения по пътя. За останалите – препоръчвам джип или по-висока кола, за да стигнете без да се чувствате като участник в рали.

• jurilda (10/5): - The apartment was complete with everything you need. I liked the comfort it offered. It was spacious and very clean. The road leading to the apartment was broken and you had to be very careful. I hope it gets fixed so I can make the same choice again.

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was there at any time to offer help and advice about what to do while in Parga. It is very steep uphill, so walking back from the city centre can be very tiring, especially during daytime. If you don't mind driving to the city centre, this place is amazing for you!

The sheets, mattress, pillows were super comfy. The apartment was spotless and every 3rd day it was cleaned. Location was great but you need a car. Big thank you to Alex and Jenny for everything! Highly recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect.

• VASILEIOS (10/5): - Παντρεψαμε την κόρη μας και το επιλέξαμε για την προετοιμασία της νύφης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άψογο και πλήρες εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Η φιλοξενία ήταν μοναδική και ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα και άλλη φορά!

• Marilena (3/5): Low value for money place - The apartment was spacious and the on-site was convenient. The road up to the property is very bad and small cars will find it difficult to go all the way up to the hill where the property is located. Also, most taxis are not going up there because of the bad road. The bedsheets and kitchenware were dirty. Found hair and old stains on the bed sheets and stains of food on the cutlery. The shower head was also broken and on the second day of our stay we woke up to no water in the apartment at all. Apparently there was a water cut and the owners of the property did not install a water tank upon constructing the property for water management/storage.

• Nik (6/5): - It was clean and everything modern. It’s location. Hard to get to. Very steep hill going up and down. Need a car to venture out even for a walk. New buildings being built in front and blocks any view. Especially lower level.

Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι προβληματικός καθώς δεν είναι επαρκής και ακριβώς μπροστά από την βεράντα που σημαίνει ότι αυτή δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί.

• Dimitrios (9/5): - The apartment is very functional and very modern. It has two bathrooms, a proper fridge and a washing machine. It's excellent for long-term stays. The location is not so good. Even though the apartment is very close to Parga, it's located at the end of a narrow and steep road without proper asphalt on it. One must thus use a car for everything.
• Βασιλική (9/5): - Πανέμορφο δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές. Το προσωπικό φιλικοτατο. Μακριά από θόρυβο. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες. Το μοναδικό αρνητικό του καταλύματος είναι ο δρόμος που οδηγεί σε αυτο. Βρίσκεται στην κορυφή του λόφου και ο δρόμος για το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ασφαλτοστρωθει ακόμη, είναι γεμάτος λακούβες, πετρες και αρκετά απότομος. Καθώς όμως φαίνεται πως η περιοχή γύρω του είναι ακόμη υπό κατασκευή, φαντάζομαι το πρόβλημα θα διευθετηθεί στις επόμενες σεζόν.

• Yuliia (10/5): Дуже сподобился апартаменти - Дуже сподобались апартаменти. Знаходиться окремо від міста. Тихо і спокійно, повний релакс. Ремонт свіжий, все чисто і гарно. Є кавомашина, пральна машина, посудомийка, також є і порошок, миючі засоби. Кімнати маленькі, але комфортні. В номері дві душові кімнати. Нас було четверо, то місця вистачає. Є 2 тераси, де можна поснідати або ввечері посидіти за келихом вина і любуватися оливковим садом. Є парковка, потрібно мати свій транспорт, щоб добиратися в місто або пляж. Дорога до апартаментів має сильний нахил. Дуже приємно, що по приїзду в холодильнику були дві пляшки холодної води. Дякую Немає зворотнього зв’язку. Трішки не зрозуміли які наші апартаменти, а телефони не відповідають
• Jennifer (9/5): Milion Residence 3 is a great place to stay with all the amenities of a home to enjoy some relaxation and good location - The property was very comfortable and nicely designed. There were nice amount of outdoor spaces/balconies. Gene was very hospitable and friendly upon check in and through check out. She provided us assurance of anything we needed she could accommodate. She was very kind. Having 2 car parking spaces for a property that holds 6 people would have been even more convenient. The internet was spotty at times.

Στην περίπτωση που έχετε σπορ χαμηλό αυτοκίνητο τελευταία 30 μέτρα από τον δρόμο που ανήκει στον δήμο, λακκούβες. Ο ιδιοκτητος δρόμος του καταλύματος είναι μια χαρά.

• Evdokia (10/5): Μια υπέροχη διαμονή - Έγινε από τον οικοδεσπότη αναβάθμιση δωματίου, προκειμένου να έχουμε ακόμη καλύτερη διαμονή. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πάρα πολύ όμορφο και άνετο. Σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, μέσα στη φύση και σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Πάργας. Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• Zoran Milosevic SRB (10/5): - This accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished, as depicted in the attached images. In the apartment is everything you might need including hair dryers, a coffee espresso machine, and everything is brand new. The service is at the highest level, on all our questions the host responded immediately and resolved the potential issue. The accommodation is located 15 mins walk distance from the center of Parga. The road to this accommodation is quite narrow and steep so it would be recommended only for experienced drivers.

I letti sono molto comodi e la cucina è quasi completa di tuttol il necessario, suggerirei qualche stoviglia in più e una tovaglia o delle tovagliette per apparecchiare la tavola. Per il resto c e tutto. L' host è stato disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell' appartamento è abbastanza buona, vicino al centro e a due super market.
