- Susana (6/5): Well located but apartment needs more love. Felt underfurnished and hazardous with the electrics - The location was good. Walking distance to main places. Communication with owner was good. Views were amazing. And the lounge was much bigger than the photos show. The 2 main bedrooms were big and comfortable. When we arrived, the lift wasn’t working and we were on a 5th floor! I understand this wasn’t the owner’s fault. This was sorted the next day. The entrance to the building was really dirty (I don’t think the stairs have seen a cleaner in about a year). The property was pretty dated. I can see why there were no external shots of the building. Some of the fittings in the property were not great with some plugs hanging off the wall and exposed wiring. The main reason we chose this place was the outside terrace and the hot tub…. The hot tub was not ready, the terrace was pretty dirty and has not been arranged as the pictures. We were able to use the hot tub but we had to fill it ourselves. It also took a long time to heat as whenever we left the apartment the electricity shuts down! The third bedroom was more like a cupboard as per Harry Potter. I knew it would be small but not that small!
