• Angie (8/5): Joli appartement - Très joli appartement et très propre. Le centre ville est rapidement accessible à pied. Je dirais que le seul point négatif est la route qui est assez bruyante avec le passage des voitures.

• Andreea (7/5): Ok - Spațios, curat, dotat cu toate cele necesare. Am avut problema cu centrala si s a rezolvat rapid. Am avut cateva întrebări, insa m am ales doar cu seen, mai multa comunicare din partea personalului nu ar strica.

• Nazarii (10/5): В самом ценоре старого города - Хорошее соотношение цена-качество, месторасположение в старом городе и в пешей доступности ко всем достопримечательностям, современный ремонт, огромная плазма где можно смотреть нетфликс. Простое заселение по кодовому замку Не понравилось постельное белье которое пора бы заменить и неработающий фен, но это мелочи которые легко устранить. Так же при заселении отопление работало на максимум и в квартире было 30 градусов, пришлось проветривать чтобы опустить до комфортной температуры

• Iasmina (10/5): - Location is excellent, in the heart of the old town. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. The host was very easy to reach throughout our stay and always responsive. They showed genuine care in making sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. It really made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

• Mario (7/5): - Buena ubicación, a pasos del centro histórico y cercano a supermercado y parada de bus. El control del climatizador no funcionaba adecuadamente y la temperatura era un poco alta. Solo tiene microondas y lavaplatos. Para comer, hay una mesa de centro un tanto baja y no cuenta con sillas, solo el sofá cama.

• Евгений (10/5): - Очень уютная, хорошо продуманная и обставленная квартира. Ничего лишнего, но при этом есть все необходимое. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Все очень приятно. Отличное месторасположение практически рядом со старым центром. Вокруг достаточно много заведений, где можно поесть и достопримечательностей чтобы погулять. -

• Ichim (9/5): - Aproape de aleea pietonala din centru. Casa este pe strada circulata intens de mașini și nu te poți odihni, nu are parcare proprie ,se parchează pe strada contra cost( asta dacă găsești liber).

• Simona (8/5): Centralissimo e comodissimo - Struttura centralissima e comodissima per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. L’appartamento era caldo in giorni veramente piovosi e freddi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel rispondermi alle richieste fatte. Appartamento pulito e con i vari accessori necessari per il soggiorno. A disposizione erano presenti bustine da te che sono sempre piacevoli da avere. Purtroppo mancavano lenzuola e federe per poter far dormire mia figlia sul divano letto ho fatto richiesta al proprietario ma senza aver avuto il giorno dopo quanto richiesto.

• Denisa Stefania (6/5): - Amplasarea foarte bună la 5 minute de centrul vechi, apartamentul arată foarte bine și este spațios Nu am avut căldură .. centrala nu a mers. Am stat de vineri până duminică și a fost foarte frig, într-o seară am dormit cu geaca pe mine .. am contactat proprietarul, mi-a spus ca este posibil să ajungă cineva pe seară, dar nu a ajuns nimeni și ulterior mi-a spus “ ca nu este așa frig, oricum vine căldura de la apartamentul de lângă” nu mă așteptam să primesc un așa răspuns … sejurul a fost la începutul lunii noiembrie, nu a fost în luna iulie ca să nu fie așa frig …..

• Livanov (7/5): - Apartamentul este situat in centru ceea ce este foarte greu de gasit parcare,ne-am plimbat chiar si jumatate de ora sa gasim un loc de parcare pentru ca este foarte aglomerata zona.In apartament se simtea un miros de inchis ,salteaua si pernele aveau miros de vechi...lenjeria cam micuta pt pat pentru ca ,cum te foiai putin se ridica de pe saltea...la geamuri nu exista perdele ,doar draperii si trebuia sa stai cu draperiile trase pt a nu te vedea din strada...

We had to choose between being too hot or being too noisy while sleeping. The coffee filter was not emptied. It would have been great to find coffee to make once

• Julien (3/5): - En rez de chaussée très bruyant avec la rue et les gens, pas de climatisation il faisait une chaleur étouffante et pas d’article de toilette
• Caroline (7/5): Une excellente localisation pour découvrir la ville à pied ! - L’accès facile, la localisation parfaite. Un équipement en vaisselle un peu juste ( pas de tasse à café , un seul bol ébréché , 3 verres en tout …). Très bruyant en journée car l’appartement donne sur la rue (mais calme le soir 😊) Une réactivité un peu faible de l’hôte ( nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude en J1, c’est le voisin qui nous a aidé à résoudre le problème en l’absence de réponse de la part de l’hôte )

But many thank to owner who allowed to stay 1 extra hour after the check in when we have stuck on the Telecabinei Maybe for some it would be not ok to live on the first floor. For me it was not the issue :)

• Alexandra (7/5): Good - Very good location, looked just like the pictures, easy check-in. It does not have an AC so it was extremely hot (we travelled mid August) even though we left the sheers so that they would block the sun. It did have an air fan which helped a bit during the day, but it was way too noisy to use during the night. As such, we had to keep the windows open and it was again very noisy from all the cars passing right by the window. As mentioned, it has sheers but no curtains, so during the day, if the sheers were moved, people passing right by the windows could very easily see inside. Overall it was clean, but the bathroom needed to be looked at more closely - for example the soap dispenser looked like it was never cleaned. The towels smelled fresh before use, but once used once they would have a very bad smell, I would suggest changing them. I would suggest using a bigger bed sheet, the one that was on the bed was too small and kept on moving each night.
