• María (10/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, a apenas 2 minutos de la playa de las canteras. Aunque es un estudio pequeño, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en la capital, además, la cama era muy cómoda.
• Sini (9/5): Perfect cosy studio to explore the city! - The location is best, so close to everything, cafes, restaurants, beach and Santa Catalina bus station. The apartment was well equipped and we slept well, the window was to quiet inner yard. Everything was great, thank you! Only small suggestion would be to use little less perfumed washing liquids in the sheets and blankets if some guests are sensitive for that. Even of course it smells nice but for the possible allergies. But this is only small improvement idea.
• Tomislav (9/5): It was nice and apartment provided everything I needed. - Great location, modernly decorated apartment with new household appliances. I received all the information about entering the building (code, key box) a few days before. The neighborhood is great to walk around, full of restaurants, and the city beach is right next to it. There is a public garage very close to the apartment with very reasonable prices.After a full day of exploring the island, this apartment and the amenities around it provided everything I needed - comfort, shops and restaurants nearby. It's a shame that the window looks out to the back and onto similar apartments, so you actually need to keep the curtains closed the whole time.

• Enrique Fernando (9/5): - El estudio está muy bien equipado. Las camas fueron muy cómodas para dormir. Y siendo pleno centro turístico, al ser un estudio interior y en un 5to. piso, no había ningún ruido exterior, así que dormimos placenteramente. El administrador, Ricardo, siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros para todo lo que se nos ofreciera. No tiene nada que ver con el Estudio, en la zona es super difícil aparcar y los parking cercanos son bastante caros e incómodos. El más económico es el parking Casa Elder, muy cerca, fácil de acceder y con bastantes plazas, aunque llega a llenarse en algún momento.

• José Maria (9/5): Ubicación y equipamiento perfectos - La ubicación es absolutamente fantástica, a medio camino entre el Parque de Santa Catalina y la Playa de las Canteras, en una zona peatonal. El apartamento tiene todo el equipamiento necesario y está absolutamente bien amueblado y es muy confortable. Este ya es un tema personal, pero el no tener una vista a la calle, y sabía que era así, me ha condicionado un poco mi actividad diaria. Quiero decir que al no tener un balcón o terraza exterior y dar a un patio de vecinos, te obliga a permanecer un pelín enclaustrado cuando estás dentro. Pero, repito, es una percepción personal. Habrá gente a la que no le moleste este apartado.
