• Dagmar (8/5): Strandnahe Unterkunft mit freundlicher Besitzerin - Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, sehr entspannt, hilfsbereit, flexibel, was Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten angeht. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug da und hatten das Apartment wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen und zum Meer ausgesucht. Der Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, ruhige und freundliche Wohngegend.

The neighbor next door demands complete peace, even at 9 pm. Please influence your neighbor to show more tolerance for guests who do not throw parties but have the right to have a glass of wine with friends in the garden on vacation.

• Marijana (10/5): A truly special and relaxing stay in an excellent apartment that felt just like home. - Perfect family vacation, peaceful, beautiful, and full of kindness This was our first time in Neoi Epivates and at Getaway Apartment. We are a family with three kids, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area with a long sandy beach, shallow, clean water, and a lovely promenade for evening walks. The apartment is modern, beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Honestly, it is the best place we have ever stayed at, in Greece. Everything is brand new and well-maintained. There are mosquito nets, fans, air conditioning, and even a washing machine with high-quality gel capsules, which was a big plus for us as a family. The large shaded terrace and the peaceful garden made our stay even more relaxing. And what truly made this experience special were our hosts, Eliaj and Roula. Their presence was warm, thoughtful, and never intrusive. They surprised us with homemade Greek sweets, always had a helpful answer to our questions, and when our son injured his foot, they stayed with us for hours at the hospital on a Sunday, helping with translation and support. Their daughters even brought him games to cheer him up during recovery. We deeply appreciate everything they did for us. Their kindness and care made us feel truly welcome, safe, and at home. This was more than just a holiday. It was a beautiful, human experience that we will never forget. If you are booking a place in Greece and looking for a peaceful stay, wonderful hosts and a spotless modern apartment, this is the right place for you. We are already looking forward to coming back. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was even better than expected, and we felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.

Safe and friendly neighborhood. Coffee maker with capsules plus pack of water left by the owner was really nice. Very friendly, helpful and easy going owner.

• Milan (9/5): Perfect place for families - The apartment is close to the sea, really spacious, clean and on a quiet location, with a on site parking space, it has all the facilities that you need. The host is easy reachable and really responsive for anything you need. The property also has a yard, so it makes it ideal place for children as well.
