It is near the Central Train station and eateries. Although perfectly located, comfortable and clean, I suggest you do not advertise it as an apartment as it does not have all the amenities of an apartment.

• Roger (8/5): Die gesamt Aussage "Sehr gut" passt wohl genau zu diesem Angebot. - Die Lage ist direkt beim Bahnhof. Absolut ideal. Auch war es erstaunlich Ruhig Abends und auch in der Nacht. Der Zugang zum Haus war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Tür wird durch klicken auf einen Link in einem Mail - welches man erhält - geöffnet. Das hat zwar alles funktioniert, könnte aber für andere Personen schwierig werden. Ich denke da z.B an meine Eltern. Die wären wohl überfordert. Auch war der Registrierungsprozess eher mühsam mit dem Einscannen der ID usw. Tja, ist aber wohl nun per Gesetz so vorgegeben.

It was absolutely spotless - super clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. • Micke (8/5): - The room is in a great location, close to the train station. It's well planned and og good sice. I'm not a big fan of doors that you need to open from a website. There are too many things that can go wrong. We were lucky and it worked but we saw others who were struggling. The included breakfast is a joke really. A coffee and a croissant at a local bar. This is what italians eat for breakfast so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Ero preoccupata per l'ingresso, invece è stato facilissimo entrare e uscire. Il letto comodo, il bagno pulito e organizzato bene, con abbondanza di asciugamani. Perfetto per una notte. Assistenza tramite whatsapp presente e cortese. I cuscini sono troppo soffici e "vuoti". Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate, si sente qualche rumore dalle camere accanto, però devo dire che, essendo tutti viaggiatori, dopo una cert'ora non si è più sentita volare una mosca. Trovare il bollitore è bello, sarebbe ancora più bello trovarlo almeno con qualche bustina di caffè solubile ;)

• Ornela (7/5): Good location - The location was perfect and there were plenty of private parkings nearby. The bed was not conformable. I booked a double room with one large double bed but, the bed was higher in the middle and it felt like you were falling on the sides.

Suggestion for travellers: take a coffee, eat & drink at Carpe Diem, the restaurant near the property. Avoid by any means to stop at Bar Centrale at the exit of the train station!
• Artemii (7/5): Great connect with host, yet decent experience - Thanks to the host which we were contacting remotely, I was able to receive a jacket that I had left in the room before check-out. The flat itself included all needed things. A close location to train station. The reason I forgot the jacket could be an arguably early check-out, which is not really convenient :) Also, you can hear scrappy floors and chatting of neighbors. Shower doors didn't close fully. The system with locks fully dependent on the phone is not flawless, since one may run out of battery on the phone.

De deuren open en op slot doen was even uitzoeken maar daarna werkte het perfect. Beetje dunne muren, we konden de bovenburen horen wandelen en doorspoelen.

Since there is no reception or people around it was difficult in the beginning but the property caretakers helped us via call. Atendimento da limpeza impecável ! - A Sra. da limpeza (acho que o nome dela era Rafaela) nos recebeu muito bem e nos ajudou a subir com as malas. Muito atenciosa e simpática ! Os apartamentos são bem aconchegantes, confortáveis e modernos. O prédio tem uma escada na entrada que dificulta a entrada com malas. O elevador é bem antigo e pequeno, subindo poucas malas e pessoas de cada vez. A anfitriã nos passou uma link para abrir as portas do prédio, do andar e do apartamento. Achamos meio confuso e não estávamos conseguindo abrir a porta do prédio pois era preciso ter conexão com a Internet para acessar o link e eu estava com problemas na Internet ao chegar. Contudo, a Sra. da limpeza nos atendeu muito bem, nos recebeu, nos ajudou e nos orientou quanto ao uso. Seria mais simples disponibilizar chaves ou alguma forma mais simples e ágil de abrir as portas.

• GEORGIOS (7/5): Solid option if you want to catch an early train from Milano Centrale - Binario Verticale is a good option if you need to catch a train from Station Milano Centrale, as we did. The owner is responsive on WhatsApp (all the check in experience is automated) and the arrangement with the breakfast at the diner next door is very good. The price was high for 1 night for what you actually get, but overall the property matched expectations and would recommend it for certain type of travels (e.g. if Milan is not your main stop). There's not really much space for 3 people and the room could use some refurbishment to justify the high rental price. I would also say that the "so much" automated check in with codes everywhere is not for everybody - too impersonal, although for me it worked just fine. That being said, the property is next to Milano Centrale, so I would recommend it if someone wishes to travel early in the morning.

Complex phone only digital entry requirements. A 9 digit door code, seriously. Inflexible owner seeking huge extra booking payments for early notice one day date change and for a single to double occupancy change (booking mistake): extra 120 euro for a 3 day 400 euro stay. Extremely noisy, hearing other guests talking and all bathroom noises. No inclusions: no coffee, tea or sugar packets. No tea spoons. Cups without saucers. No drink glasses. No linen change in 3 days. No suitcase racks or space. 3 mismatched clothes hangers for 2 people.

• Guest (9/5): A very nice stay! - It is conveniently located near to Milano Centrale.Very cleanly maintained.Had a very secure and safe access system which was also made easy to use by way of detailed instructions The windows were shuttered making us a bit claustrophobic!
