Location good around £15 for taxi into town
Perfect
- Neil (9/5): The perfect base for a visit to Belfast. - This is our second time staying at the Bellevue bungalow and we can’t fault it. It is spotless and a fantastic location with lovely views over Belfast Lough. The house was also very warm and cozy and has everything you need. Grainne was very helpful in dealing with any queries we had Nothing.
- Norma (10/5): Lovely house in a lovely location.Would definitely book again - Very comfortable and well maintained Nothing I didn’t like
- Noel (7/5): comfortable stay, great location, the host was excellent with communication. Lovely home. - location No welcome pack on arrival
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was in a lovely quiet area with amazing views of the ships coming in and out of Belfast. The house had everything we needed!

- Eibhlin (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Celia (9/5): Superb -
- Fagan (8/5): Beautiful cozy home - Very warm cosy feeling. Beds were comfortable house was clean. Location was excellent. Close enough to get to Belfast City centre but far away enough that it was nice and peaceful. Not much at all. The rain ha ha but nothing the host could do about that.
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): A lovely house and a beautiful view - The view. It’s always the view the captures me. There was nothing that comes to mind.
- Nalini (9/5): Superb -
- Lorraine (7/5): Very good communication but property could do with a little TLC - Very well provided for within the property, access was easy and communication great throughout. Toys and books for children and good provisions in the kitchen. Towels and bedding provided for. Toilet did break during stay but owner quickly addressed and resolved. Couldn't get hot water working but again owner responded very quickly which was great. Although toys were provided a few were broken so could do with being removed. Few pillows were lumpy. Stain on our base sheet which looks like it was bleached out so could do with replacing. Could do with darker curtains on front and middle bedroom as guests found it hard to sleep. For the price, we were hoping for higher quality home and it seemed dated and in need of a little care and attention.
- Alison (9/5): Superb - Location was beautiful. Lovely house. Not in amazing condition but very comfortable. View was amazing. Living room was really comfy. Bed very comfy. Wasn't very clean but not bad. Fridge was broken. Not sure the price reflects the condition of the property. Shower pressure wasn't great
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (10/5): Fantastic - Booking & info from owner prompt & straight forward. Location, comfort, & views. Child friendly & relaxing. Nothing we didn't like .

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelley (10/5): Wonderful family holiday - The location and view were amazing. The owner popped by to check everything was OK which was a lovely touch.
Kids loved the games and books available.
- Chelle (10/5): Great location, stunning views, fantastic host, brilliant holiday - The location was good for travelling about. House was homely and well equipped. The owner was fantastic in helping with finding our way around. We all felt relaxed and had a fab holiday. The only thing I didn't like was the wooden floors which made my feet cold. The house was warm but floors were cold, so my advice would be to pack slippers. Only a small thing, everything eles was perfect and I will be recommending to friends and family.
- Bolger (10/5): Absolutely fabulous - Spotlessly clean, near everything, quiet area. Lovely views. House had everything you needed. We will be back and will recommend to family and friends. Nothing ! It was perfect.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent. House and beds were very comfortable.
- Fri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robinson (9/5): A lovely view over the Belfast Lough, handy for Belfast Castle. Good amenities. - Good location, good view, well equipped, easy to find, clear instructions. Soft beds suited some of our party of five but not others.
- Noel (8/5): This is a lovely spacious property of the edge of Belfast, close to the zoo with a great view. - The location was perfect for sightseeing and visiting Belfast. The view from the front of the house was great. The bed was a little smaller than what we are used to, but it was no hardship.
- Badmaeva (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place, good location, clean 👍.Kids loved everything rooms board games
- Edlyn (8/5): Very good -
- Phil (4/5): Disappointing - Good view Unfortunately, the property was not of the quality we normally get through booking.com using our filters. The photos show our disappointment really. The photos on the site are realistic but chosen carefully. We felt it needed a deep clean (lots of long, dark hairs on some surfaces and loads of bits under the settee cushions), better beds (firmer) and bedding (one dirty sheet and one bobbly brushed cotton sheet, stained pillows and a ripped protector) and attention to detail (no hand wash in the bathroom). We had to wash up crockery and cutlery before use. The frying pans/wok were not useable. Some items we just avoided using. Jam and tomato sauce had been left in a cupboard. This cupboard needed a clean too as something had dripped through. You needed to switch on hot water when needed which is unusual. The toilet cistern took ages to refill. The back of the property looked neglected with rain damaged furniture and old footballs scattered around. Mould and damp in one bedroom and the washing machine.
- Catherine (9/5): fantastic property - excellent host - would book again - location and view were fantastic Slight drain smell in the Kitchen - washing machine could do with a clean
- Kieran (9/5): Superb - The location was great, lovely and clean inside, and excellent communication from the host Water flow was very low, meaning the toilet took ages to refill the cistern, but this was the only "issue" and wasn't really a major problem.
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Location is amazing, perfect for families as zoo is only 5 mins away.
- Suresh (9/5): Superb -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous accomodation that suited our family perfectly. Great value and comms were excellent, with the owner going beyond to reunite us with some forgotten items! Highly recommended.
- Stephen (8/5): A great place to stay for business or leisure - The view is amazing. The facilities were good, but the view steals the show. The location is convenient for many attractions in the area, but THAT view It was a bit of a strain on the car to park on the steep angled drive. But the angle helps to get the view.
- Jessica (9/5): Clean & comfy stay in Belfast - The property was extremely clean The shower was a little awkward. The inside of the tub was higher than the outside of the tub so stepping out seemed a little scary at times.
- Paul (8/5): Lovely house away from hustle of the city - nice quiet location. 3 decent sized bedrooms. lots of toys, board games, etc for kids to play.
the location suited us as we had friends nearby and it’s close to the zoo. not too far to drive to city centre anyway.
the house is very well equipped, nicely decorated, and has nice views across Belfast Lough. the power in the shower isn’t great but it’s only a minor gripe. everything else was perfect.
- Soltys69 (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, very clean house. Beautiful view.
- Jacob (7/5): 3 rooms, plenty of board games and toys for the kids, comfortable beds and bedding, spacious, garden and trampoline for - 3 rooms, plenty of board games and toys for the kids, comfortable beds and bedding, spacious, garden and trampoline for the kids A bit of dusting required under furniture
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Bellevue Bungalow was a perfect stay for our trip. It is easy to get to and close to everything that we wanted to do. The house is on a quiet road with space for parking.
Inside is spacious and decorated beautifully with a full kitchen available for use. The house is cosy in the evenings with an exceptionally comfortable sofa!
The view of Belfast from the front window is also very beautiful.
I'd definitely book again.
- Shashank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - it was spacious and clean. the view was beautiful and was perfect for our little family
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - There was a beautiful view out of the sittingroom and it was very fairly priced for its location We found the shower didn’t work the first night we stayed. it would go extremely hot and then extremely cold a few seconds later on the second day, we played around with the settings a bit and got it to stay one temperature. Although I would recommend having a look at it just Incase
- John (7/5): Good - Location. house lovely Heating needs to be on full time when guests are there. Freezing in night.. gutter leaking on back of house nearly broke neck coming out in morning as water had frozen leaving sheet of ice. Shower goes from really hot to freezing.again the heating
- Neil (8/5): Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return - We really enjoyed our stay at the Belleview Bungalow. The house is very comfortable and well appointed and a fabulous location in a quiet cul de sac with lovely views of Belfast lough and easy access to the city by bus or car. It is great to find somewhere so welcoming of dogs also with toys for them in the garden and the nearby park at Belfast castle also a great location for a dog walk! Grainne was very responsive and very helpful in her instructions and messages. Nothing
- Grace (10/5): we would 100% book again - it was very clean and welcoming, felt very homely ❤️ nothing we enjoyed everything bout it
