• Aleksei (10/5): Perfect lodge for family holidays - The apartment is perfectly equipped and all the facilities are super clean and in good condition. The furniture is comfortable and suits well for family staying. The kitchenware is fully equipped including all types of dishes, cups, etc., even small nice moka pot and espresso cups. The location is awesome because everything that you need is in about 5 minutes walking distance from the house: Kolovare and Karma beaches, supermarkets, and central bus station. One can reach the bus station by bus in 20 minutes from the airport. The old town with plenty of ancient ruins and attractions is about in 20 minutes walking distance away. The landlord is super friendly, hospitable, and cute, always ready to help and treated us to homemade wine and tomatoes. Check in and check out time is flexible and the landlord is ready to move forward with your wishes. We would give it 100 points out of 10 and would be happy to get back to this facility once again!

• morena (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno! - Ci è piaciuto tutto e ci siamo trovati benissimo ,l’appartamento molto pulito e completo di tutto il necessario con a disposizione una zona ombreggiata all’esterno dove abbiamo potuto cenare in tranquillità ,situato in una zona comoda non trafficata sia per raggiungere il mare sia il centro con una passeggiata,negozi e ristoranti vicini,inoltre molto simpatico ed accogliente il proprietario,veramente soddisfatti magari poterci ritornare!

• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment and a great terrace with plenty of shade, we were very lucky to stay here at close proximity to the bus station and Kolovare Beach which is very nice. Very good idea for breakfast to have a sandwich maker in the apartment. We had a great time at Apartment Nevenka. I don't have any complaints.
• Lottie (9/5): Superb - amazing location, only 5 mins from the beach and had everything we needed :) the only thing was there wasnt a holder for the shower head so you had to hold it as you washed but this wasnt really a problem for us and we didn’t mind at all.
• Mariel (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was even better than what the pictures show! It really had everything we needed- from towels, cooking stuff, bedding items, everything. The garden was lovely. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, very easy to access. The best beach of Zadar (in my opinion) was walking distance from this location! The owner was nice and gave us privacy. I would definitely recommend, fair price and perfect conditions. Would come back :D
• Viktoras (9/5): Nice place to stay - Really nice and well-equipped apartment. Close to bus station, airport is easily accessible by bus. The beach is nearby, short walking distance. In the kitchen you have all you need for cooking. Good WiFi. Very friendly and helpful hosts. At arrival we had a modest welcome package - fruits and rakia (strong enough local drink, worth to taste).

• Juan (9/5): Superb - Very friendly hosts. Comfortable, fully-equipped apartment just a 3 minute walk from the main bus station, which makes it ideal for travelers, and not far from the center. Some garden space. Also a big supermarket nearby (next to the bus station), so overall a really ideal location! There are many houses with the same number, so it was initially a bit difficult to be sure which one was the right place, but not a big issue!

• Anca (10/5): Exceptional - Best host! I highly recommend it! We arrived quite late in the night and had a request of a bottle of water cause all shops around were closed that time. The father of the host was there waiting for us with a big cold bottle of water. For those of you who arrive on the night the number is 25 A on Dura Marusica street. As you go around you will see 25 A, 25 B...etc. and this can be confusing. We stood a while outside looking around the property cause we had no roaming or internet. For this I want to say thank you to the neighbor just across the fence who saw as outside and call the owner local number and he was waiting for us just around the corner. Inside the house all is clean and good...nice bedroom with twin beds..room ceiling is high and plenty of air...an open living room with nice couch, TV and kitchen, the bathroom has washing machine, hair dryer and a lovely terrace where you can sit outside. In the cold evenings you can find the blankets under TV drawer. We also get a bottle of rose wine made on the own vineyards as a present form the owner. The location is great also cause is few minutes walk from the airport bus transfer. So..once you arrive on Zadar airport....take the bus (5 euro) and they will drop you to the bus station near MC Donald's. Is 5 minutes walk to the property. No need to take taxi and the bus schedule is available on internet. Busses run from the airport to the property almost non stop both ways. From the property you have access to Kolovare or Karma beach in like 10 minutes walk. The old town is also not far...half an hour easy walk.
• Zhi (10/5): Clean, convenient and a friendly host - Very close to the bus station, spacious enough to fit 2 people easily with room to spare. Nice outdoor seating area for lunch, and there's a bakery and supermarket close by in the bus station. The hot water tank was pretty small, might not be enough for 2 consecutive showers, especially for females washing their hair.

• Meline (9/5): Confortable and close to the city center on foot - The location is very convenient: outside the city center so it's quiet, but yet very close to it on foot. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The owner is very responsive and willing to help. The apartment is really confortable and I strongly recommend it. If you need to work from there, the wifi if not very speed though. You also have to bring your own shampoo and body soap as it is not included.
