• Ahmed (1/5): DON’T book this its not the same crystal hotel - I thing there are nothing to be like This is not a hotel its apartment and will deal with greedy women. The owner is scamming people and very disrespectful person. When I arrived to the location I discovered that this is not what I booked this is not what the pictures showed it is not “Crystal Hotel & spa” its some apartment inside a building named “crystal resort” it was a neighbor to the famous hotel (crystal hotel & spa) and when i informed her that this not what the pictures showed and she started to yelling and even denied that the breakfast is included with my reservation and with a lot of negotiation she accepted to pay to the reception. I really was very nervous and frustrated she even told me if i wont take the room its ok with her since booking is already will take the full money from my credit card if I cancel. i even tried to go to the real Crystal hotel and didn’t got a reservation and with my family was with me i had to take the room and it was really BAD smelling and the view was on another building. It was really nightmare for two nights. I paid 335$ for no thing
