• Jezabel (8/5): - La ubicación es ideal, y aunque el apartamento esté en una planta baja y sí que es cierto que se escucha mucho el sonido de las casas de al lado, teniendo en cuenta que está en una zona muy de ocio, por las noches se puede dormir muy bien. Es pequeñito, pero para dos personas es muy acogedor y está muy bien decorado Como bien dicen otros huéspedes, al apartamento le falta iluminación. Es un bajo y entra muy poca luz, y la iluminación que tiene es muy escasa. También es cierto lo que se dice de la ducha del baño, se sale todo el agua, tanto por debajo, como por arriba, ya que de los grifos sale el agua disparada hacia todos los lados y resulta bastante incómodo, ya que se te moja todo lo que hay en el baño
• Krzysztof (8/5): Okey. - Podoba mi się lokalizacja. Generalnie apartament jest miły i wyposażony w podstawowe elementy. Nie jest to krytyka tylko konkluzja. Domy tego typu są domami budowanymi wg norm które obowiązywały kiedyś. W porównaniu do obecnych wymóg i potrzeb brakuje dobrej izolacji ścian przez co w całym budynku słychać co kto robi. Mieszkanie jest bardzo nieustawne i przez to mało funkcjonalne , jednakże to nie jest czymś bardzo uciążliwym gdyż jest to mieszkanie tymczasowe. Największą krytykę mam do faktu że przez cały miesiąc nikt z personelu nie przyszedł by zmienić pościel i w apartamencie nie było zapasowej by samemu to zrobić. Materac w łóżku jest bardzo wygodny.

• Paolo Francesco (4/5): Unica nota positiva la posizione - La posizione è buona, la maggior parte dei punti di interesse è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Le pulizie dell’appartamento sono risultate carenti: il pavimento era sporco e appiccicoso. Questo è stato particolarmente deludente considerando che l’host mi aveva contattato per richiedere nuovamente l’orario di check-in (informazione che avevo già fornito) al fine di coordinare le pulizie. L’appartamento risulta inoltre molto buio e non ben mantenuto. La porta-finestra che affaccia sul cortile non si chiudeva correttamente; il piatto doccia era rovinato e vi era presenza di ruggine alla base del lavandino del bagno. Anche l’isolamento acustico è scarso, eravamo continuamente disturbati dal rumore proveniente dall'esterno e dai vicini che entravano e uscivano. L’alloggio è inoltre poco fornito: mancava persino un panno di stoffa per asciugare i piatti. Infine, ho riscontrato una limitata disponibilità da parte dell’host nel venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti.

• Hans Joachim (10/5): Schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, um Sevilla zu erkunden. - Sehr ruhig in der Altstadt gelegen. Zu einem tollen Tapas Restaurant waren es nur 50m, zu den vielen kleinen Bars nur wenige Meter mehr. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren auch im Umkreis von einigen 100m bis 3km bequem durch die schönen Gassen von Sevilla zu Fuß zu erreichen.
• Giuliano (9/5): A Very Pleasant Stay - A really comfortable apartment, in a great location and with lots of facilities (kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, etc.). You could easily stay here for a long time! We also had constant support via WhatsApp, and the person who helped us was very attentive. We had no complaints, except for the pillow, which was too high and firm for our comfort. However, I'm sure that if we had requested it beforehand, they would have provided us with a different option.

• Lynn (8/5): Very nice apartment - Clean and comfortable. All facilities you could need were supplied. Close to shops, bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to most of the places you would want to visit I could have made use of a toaster
• Helen (10/5): A great city holiday - This place did have modest equipment, but it was well maintained and clean. The person who managed the property was very kind and kept answering all my messages quickly and helpfully. The central location in the historical quarter is perfect for sightseeing, even on foot. I didn't let it put me off, but the shower door needs to be looked at, it does not fit flush easily and water goes on the floor after a nice shower.
• Andrew (7/5): Nice apartment but a bit dark - Well equipped and comfortable apartment in the city centre. The room is dark with not much natural light. The outside space is a tiny enclosed yard with no view at all. The apartment felt and smelled a little damp.
