• Anna (10/5): Невероятная удача - остановиться на Палатинском холме! - Идеальное расположение! Тихий район, но в то же время рядом потрясающие смотровые площадки на Форум, интереснейшие церкви , Капитолийский музей, Тибр, Авентинский холм с невероятными видами на Рим и много- много всего, от чего захватывает дух! Буквально во дворе маленький магазин с самыми необходимыми продуктами, небольшой ресторанчик, где можно поужинать. Сама квартира очень стильная и удобная! Есть все необходимое. Вечером и ночью абсолютная тишина! Замечательные хозяева, которые на связи в любое время и готовы помочь. Спасибо за ваше гостеприимство!
• Gabriela (9/5): - The property was gorgeous. Police station right behind so we always felt safe. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the main attractions. The beds weren’t supper comfy. Also, fridge wasn’t staying cold so we weren’t able to use it.

• Porciello Maria (6/5): Fororomano ok ma Luxury non proprio - La posizione piuttosto comoda, la pulizia in generale di tutta la casa, la dotazione di prodotti da bagno nonché set di asciugamani, la cortesia e gentilezza della persona che ci ha accolti Aria condizionata che funzionava poco, doccia con erogatore acqua troppo piccolo, frigorifero che non refrigerava, funzionava bene solo la parte del congelatore, appartamento poco illuminato in generale in tutti i locali ma soprattutto, cosa indispensabile per noi, sul lato tavolo sala da pranzo, in camera da letto luce per uso notturno presente solo da un lato, televisione mancante dei segnali TV reti nazionali

Spacious bedroom and lounge area and great it had two sofa beds as we were travelling as a family but with two adult sons who need own beds All good. Shower could be improved but only minor detail

• A.stanescu (8/5): Good for a couple of days spent in Rome - The apartment is very spacious, well organized and it was clean It has blow dryer, clothes iron, coffee maker, microwaves, dish washer machine The host is friendly and answered very quick on my messages The location is close to the city center and bus station The shower has some problems with the water- sometimes it comes cold, sometimes hot. You must set it to make sure you get warm water continuously Both beds squeak very badly It is not the warmest interior
• Örs (10/5): Great location in the historical centre of Rome. Clean and huge room for my family. - We texted eachother before my travel, and everything went well. We got all information in advance. The apartment was fresh, cleaned and prepared.

• Daniel (10/5): Beautiful apartment, superb location - A beautiful, spacious apartment, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The location is superb: steps from Capitoline Hill, two blocks from the Circus Maximus, a 5-7 minute walk to the Jewish Ghetto with plenty of restaurants. The upscale neighborhood is very quiet, as is the building. There's a nice cafe right across the street, though the nearest grocery is a good 10-minute walk away. The kitchen is small but very clean, and perfectly adequate for basic cooking. The living room has a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair, both of which were quite comfortable, and the apartment did not feel crowded even when they were both open. Our host was exceedingly helpful, meeting us at the apartment when we wanted to check in early, providing an extra set of keys, arranging for clean towels to be dropped off within a few hours, ordering us a cab to the airport when we couldn't find one ourselves. The apartment is off a courtyard that is one (long) flight up from the ground floor, and the stairs are wide but uneven. The building does have a small elevator, but even getting to the elevator requires going up a short flight of stairs. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for those with limited mobility. There is no separate air conditioning unit for the bedroom. We did not have a problem with this, even though we were there in August, but it might bother some people.

• Carole (1/5): Sexist and scam (one bedroom missing) DO NOT GO - Nothing - This place is a scam - it says 2 BEDROOMS in the ads, clearly bedroom 1: one double bed, bedroom 2: one single bed and there’s just one room. There’s a sofa bed in the living room (also mentioned in the ad) but there’s literally ONE BEDROOM missing. For the price it’s unacceptable . The people who welcomed us was very hands on. It’s like #metoo never happened in Italy !! The host was grabbing us by the waist and mentioned he had a key to our place, which left us very anxious for the duration of the stay since he lives in the next flat. It’s 2023 please, men NEED to understand that when you travel as a group of female friends you don’t care to hear you’re cute and good looking and just need to check in and be left the f*** alone.
