• Tracey (9/5): Comfortable unit, close to restaurants, supermarkets, free parking. - Comfortable unit, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, free parking. Communication with host was great, allowed us a later check out, due to late flight. Plenty of kitchen equipment for a small apartment. Great view of pool and beach. Would recommend. One very small thing, it would have been good to have a jug to fill and put in the fridge for cold water.

• Prenella (8/5): Great location - The location was excellent and the apartment was stocked with necessary items. There is a lot of noise coming from the elevator (next to apartment door) and the neighbors. Also, AC broke on the last day of my stay.
• Patrick (6/5): Séduit par la plage et les abords mais très déçu par le logement - Vue superbe - Localisation parfaite - Accès sécurisé Très peu de rangement : placard verrouillé pour moitié et pas d'étagère disponible dans la partie ouverte - Grand coffre dans la chambre verrouillé - Meuble haut de cuisine verrouillé pour moitié - Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pour déjeuner ou travailler : deux chaises et une seule table avec plateau circulaire de petite dimension non plan et instable. C'est très mal commode pour y déjeuner et très difficile à utiliser pour travailler. Environnement très bruyant à l'étage : plusieurs fois par nuit déclenchement et bruit intermittent d'un appareil dans le logement contigu.

• Navid (8/5): It was not my favorite - Location was central of Surface Paradise and close to all shops, great:) Host was very good and accommodating us on our request for earlier check-in :) Good view of ocean and pool. Property sound proofing is so bad. We were listening to the neighbor’s TV sound, their conversation and coughing, etc. same for people passing the front door, waking us up. Not happy about that :(

• Andrew (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a great location. - The location on the Surfers Paradise Esplanade was very convenient. Just up from Cavill Avenue, easy access to the walking tracks, restaurants, shops and markets. The unit was clean and well furnished even down to two powered recliner chairs. The owners were very helpful when we needed assistance.

• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has all the amenities. The view of the beach shoreline is incredible from sunrise all the way to sunset. The sound of waves is soothing and with windows wide open it felt like we're were not in the living room but on amazing terrace. Rainbow lorikeets visiting for breakfast was beautiful.

Proximity to the ocean, entertainment and shopping was fabulous. Small things - No dishwasher, lighting wasn’t great, no tv in the bedroom.

Compared to other properties we have stayed in, this wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, in particular the floor. Facilities were good but only two mugs for tea seemed a little low, especially given the number of glasses available.

• Alexander (7/5): Lovely location, but needs better guest care - Nice apartment with almost everything you need, and an incredible view of the ocean and the city! Downsides: 1. Internet: The internet technically existed, but it was so slow, practically useless. Even loading an email sometimes took ages, and social media just didn’t load. From the bed, the connection was nearly nonexistent. I asked the host to get in touch with the provider to sort it out, but the response was pretty much "the internet’s there, other guests haven’t complained, and it’s out of control". But really, whose responsibility was it then? My wife and I needed to connect for work, so we ended up buying an Australian mobile data plan. 2. Noise: The bed was positioned against the wall by the entry door and the hallway with the lifts. We got unlucky with noisy neighbors who could be loud until late at night. In the end, we kept the window wide open to cover the noise and enjoy more of the ocean sounds. 3. Late check-out: Since we had a late flight, we asked to stay a bit past 10 a.m., but they didn’t allow it. After we checked out on the dot at 10 a.m., we hung around the pool with a view of the apartment, and no one came to clean for the next two hours. In the end, the lack of any effort to help left a bit of a sour taste.

• Ian (7/5): It was great. We went to the airshow last year and had to carry chairs etc a long way. We almost never give the top scor - Easy access to air show opposite Difficult to find by car but then OK by foot as we were given the corner it was on and learned it was the Chateau building. We found the key that was unlocked. We asked how to open the car park gate. This is more about instructions given to us. We aren’t complaining but suggesting giving more details. We would have liked fresh air but the sliding glass door was locked. We can understand this is likely for security reasons. Finally, we expected a rooftop viewing area from the initial description in Booking.com (beachfront studio with rooftop). We might have misunderstood Booking.com
• Anmol (9/5): Great - The view and location were amazing. Close to beach and very relaxing with birds visiting every day. The hot tub and pool were a good addition. The property was clean and had all utensils and amenities like iron board. I would go again to this property anytime I visit Gold Coast. It was a studio apartment good for two people. The pool wasn't clean enough for swimming and I got severe flu infection after using steam room. Just take precautions with common amenities.

Couldn’t get comfortable. Some people might like a hard bed but we prefer medium to soft beds. Otherwise everything else was perfect

I felt so comfortable and it was lovely and quiet The light above the vanity in the bathroom I couldn’t get to turn on so it was a bit dark in there but I just used the mirror in the hall way.
