- Guest cannot smoke inside the property but is allowed to smoke outside.
- Payment before arrival via Credit Card is required. Initial 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
- Reservations received less than 15 days before check-in must be totally paid (100%) after the reservation is made.
- Please note that once 100% of the amount has been paid and there are less than 15 days until check-in, no refund will be made.
- Guests must sign the property T&C/rental contract prior to check in.
- The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
- Any damages or loss to the property caused by guest, including smoking outside designated areas or the breach of any of the rules, will incure a charge that will be shared and agreed on during the check-in of 400€. Damages will be charged the debit/credit card, or use the security deposit provided at the time of booking or the check-in.
Any breach of house rules or damage to the property may result in the use of deposit money for its repair, as stipulated in the contract with the property.

- Moni (8/5): - El alojamiento es muy amplio y dispone de casi todos los utensilios de cocina. Está apartado para quienes buscan tranquilidad de la zona céntrica. La ducha tenía muchos cambios de temperatura repentinos, (de muy fría a muy caliente en segundos). Las sábanas estaría bien actualizarlas ya que raspan un poco. Las vistas son muy bonitas exceptuando la zona donde hay una casa en ruinas. La ducha es bastante pequeña y con el espacio que tiene el baño podrían haberlo aprovechado mejor.

Todo estaba muy limpio y las indicaciones tanto para check in como para check out son muy claras. Está completamente equipado y la atención fue increíble. Todo nos encantó.

- Wim (6/5): Super mooi eiland - minder goed appartement. - La Graciosa is een prachtig eiland, dit appartement ligt aan de rand van Caleta de Sebo, dus het verst af van alle winkels en restaurants, maar ondanks dit, is alles nog perfect te bewandelen. Het appartement is een deel van een appartementencomplex, het appartement dat wij hadden was het eerste van de rij, een terras is er niet (tenzij je graag op de zeer tochtige binnenplaats zit, met zicht op andere appartementen), en het zicht op de zee wordt volledig belemmert door een pand dat ieder moment kan instorten. Het raam van de slaapkamer dek je het best af met de gordijnen, passerende mensen, kijken recht je bed binnen... Bij aankomst krijg je enorm veel regeltjes, zodanig veel dat je die eigenlijk niet meer leest en daardoor de opmerkingen die wel nuttig zijn, over het hoofd ziet. Bij aankomst wordt je door de uitbaters wel gezegd dat je het best een taxi neemt om tot aan het appartement te gaan, maar er rijden (volgens ons toch) helemaal geen taxi's naar dat huis, de taxi's die er zijn, doen enkel de stranden op het eiland aan. Het bed is super slecht. Het uitzicht stelt dus ook niet veel voor en communicatie kan stukken beter. Wij deden zes plaatsen op vier eilanden, dit was de minst goede accommodatie. Om af te sluiten... de vensters mogen al eens gepoetst worden :-)

- John (8/5): - Schoon. Groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Alles op loopafstand ondanks dat het aan de verste rand van dorpje ligt ten opzichte van de haven. Veel leuke barretjes en restaurants in het dorp. Ik miste peper, zout en olie in de keuken. Anders kun je eigenlijk niet bakken/koken.

Quiet, residential part of the settlement. Close to the port, medical clinic and stores. A little moldy smell in one of the bedrooms - probably need to be aired or maybe windows to be adjusted. Everything else pretty good. We liked our stay quite a lot. Nice, accommodating owner. Thanks.

- Peter (9/5): Good apartment, but ... - Nice apartments just outside Calete del Sebo, a short 10 minute walk from the port. Good kitchen, comfortable sofa and a nice comfortable bed. Communicating with the host was difficult as her English is not very good and in case your boat is cancelled due to strong winds, there is no chance to get an extra night because the apartment must be cleaned and prepared for the next guest, so you end up looking for other options.

Ve vnitřním dvoře je umístěno zařízení, které téměř neustále vydává opakující se zvuky (vrčení, bouchání). Po pár dnech jsem si celkem zvykla, ale pokud jste citlivější na tento typ hluku, je dobré to vědět.

- Samantha (7/5): - Posizione perfetta per delle ottime passeggiate a piedi o in bici. Luogo magico. La signora Sonia è stata molto gentile e rapidissima! La vista dalla finestra della cucina era un po' disturbata da un fatiscente rudere, non era come poteva sembrare dalla foto su Booking. Niente di grave, comunque.

Die Vermieterin schob das auf Booking.com, das war aber nicht der Fall. Unbedingt vorher nachdrücklich anfragen, wenn das wichtig ist. Denn der sogenannte "Bergblick", ist die Aussicht auf eine Brachfläche. Es war stürmisch, dadurch hat es ziemlich gezogen.

- Andrea (1/5): Mai trovato posto peggiore sullisola - direi nulla visto che conosco l'isola da 29 anni e questo appartamento non ha nulla di rilevante. la casa ha molti problemi, vista su una baracca distrutta, non sul mare, pompa dell'acqua accanto alla camera da letto, molto rumorosa che ti sveglia tutta la notte, doccia con acqua prima bollente poi fredda ma come molte, e ci si accontenta. Il problema e' chi la gestisce, secondo una modalità inaccettabile: il mio collega e' scappato dopo 4 giorni, io bloccato per lavoro, ho chiesto se potevo ospitare un figlio in più per tre giorni e mi ha chiesto una cifra inaccettabile che ho gentilmente declinato, trovando alloggio presso amici nell'isola, successivamente al mio diniego, tale maleducata gestora mi ha bombardato di minaccie, persecuzioni, mobbing inaccettabile. 63 messaggi pieni di minaccie in due giorni, una follia! Il giorno di natale i miei figli sono passati a scambiare regali e fare breakfast insieme quando la gestora Flor ha ripreso a bomardarci di messaggi che sostenevano che siccome non avevo accettato la sua richiesta i miei figli non potevano mettere piede nel mio alloggio. Sia chiaro che io affittato un appartamento, non una stanza di hotel, quindi mai una pulizia, mai un cambio di lenzuola, ne asciugamani, in 11 giorni, questo non e' un hotel. Un incubo, denuncero' la gestora Flor alla guardia civile per molestie e mobbing, e farò rapporto a Booking per comportamento inaccettabile, prima volta da quando mi servo da più di 10 anni senza mai problemi. L'isola e' bella, ma la mia permanenza e' stata completamente guastata da questa persecuzione inaccettabile. Altre persone sull'isola, che hanno lavorato presso questa struttura, mi hanno confermato che io non sono il primo caso di molestia,da parte di questa gestora, e non stento a crederlo. Se potete andate negli altri appartamenti, o hotel, ma evitati il più possibile gli appartamenti Flor, finche' sono gestiti così! auguri.

En primer lugar el mal entendido con las vistas, no me quedó claro al hacer la reserva que había que pedir con antelación si querías vistas al mar . Al comentárselo el día que llegamos te dicen que debías pedirlo al hacer la reserva en sugerencias,no lo hice pq en el anuncio dice vistas montaña y playa , pensé que tendríamos las dos vistas. Obviamente al estar llenos no volví hablar del tema con la dueña aunque me llevé una decepción únicamente intenté respirar y pasar unos días tranquila en esa preciosa isla, les aconsejo que lo expliquen mejor a futuros viajeros . Estuvimos en el apartamento E , básico y prácticamente nada de decoración . Puerta de entrada no abría totalmente , ventana de la cocina medio rota, TV pequeña , al haber bastantes distancia entre los sillones y la TV los tuvimos que mover y pegar para poder verla. Ducha pequeña imposible 2 personas .Terraza poco privada ya que colinda con otra terraza delante . Wifi dentro del apartamento cero , tu internet si funciona . Mi consejo para futuros viajeros pidan en SUGERENCIAS el apartamento A es el único que no tienes vecinos delante con lo cual puedes estar en tu terraza interior más privada y con vistas al mar . Para acabar el trato hostil de la dueña por Whatssap al ver una mala reseña de mi pareja en Google el día que salimos del apartamento (en ningún momento faltando el respeto ni siendo mal educado) únicamente dando nuestra opinión del apartamento guste más o menos no puedes tratar a un “cliente” de esa forma deja mucho que desear. No se toma bien las críticas.

- Catherine (7/5): Grand appartement sans charme - L’espace, le calme, les equipements Le code d’entrée communiqué était faux. Si nous étions arrivés dans la nuit nous ne pouvions pas entrer !!! Le wi fi est vraiment très mauvais et impossible d’avoir un teams dans l’appartement même avec mon propre wifi Logement tout à côté de la mer mais quasi pas de vue de l’appartement. Salon pas assez lumineux. Les vitres bleues de la porte fenêtre, enlèvent beaucoup de lumière et mettent une lumière bleue bien froide
- Ana (1/5): - Aunque en la descripción se indique que si, ninguno de los apartamentos tienen terraza con vistas al mar. Los que tienen terraza (que no son todos) dan al interior del complejo de apartamentos, por lo que no hay vistas ni intimidad. Además algunos de los apartamentos no tienen vistas ni al mar ni a la montaña, si no al interior del complejo o a otras construcciones. El dia antes de llegar y con muchas prisas para que lo firmes - a pesar de haber reservado el apartamento con mas de un mes de antelación- y cuando el apartamento lleva días siendo no reembolsable, te mandan un contrato con unas concidiciones completamente fuera de lugar (sanciones desproporcionadas y amenazas con echarte del apartamento por todo) que hay que firmar si o si si quieres alojarte allí. Los téminos del contrato NO estan informados a la hora de hacer la reserva, por lo que supone una sorpresa a solo unas horas de entrar en el apartamento. Ademas de todo esto: La entrada a los apartamentos parece estar a medio terminar, entrando a los mismos a través de un pallet en el suelo a modo de escalón. En el salon teníamos la mesa y sillas de terraza apiladas. Pero al no tener terraza si queríamos sacarlas de allí las tendríamos que dejar en el pasillo el "complejo" de apartamentos, pasillo por el que tienen que pasar todos los huéspedes. Un desastre

- Juan (6/5): - En booking aparecía que tenía una terraza pero no era así. Había un pasillo exterior que comunicaba con otras viviendas con una mesa de plástico, pero eso no es una terraza independiente

No había papel servilletas .. pero eso va a gustos de propietarios claro.

- Dolores (7/5): El alojamiento no está mal, es cerca del centro, solo que las fotos son bastante confusas en el sentido de que no muestr - Cómoda para ir en grupo. Las fotos muestran apartamentos con vista al mar, y no todos lo tienen.. creíamos tener vista al mar y resulta que no la tuvimos, puede ser un mal entendido pero nos tomó por sorpresa.

- Selena (10/5): Trato y estancia inmejorable - Estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Además Itahisa fue muy amable por teléfono con nosotras. Si tuviera que decir algo diría que quizás las almohadas eran algo finas. Pero es que realmente el resto estaba genial todo.

- Maria del Mar (7/5): Comodidad y tranquilidad. - El apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, con todas las comodidades. Algo alejado del centro pero le da su encanto esa ubicación tan espectacular. Pues está confuso el tipo de apartamento que seleccionas. Hasta que no lo reservas en booking, no te dicen que hay una cosa que está mal indicada. Después nos pusieron un apartamento de dos habitaciones, que es lo que reservamos en booking, aunque luego nos dijeron que eso era para 4 personas y no para dos, que si queríamos había que pagar un suplemento. Al final como no quedaban otros apartamentos, nos dieron uno de dos habitaciones y nos cerraron con llave una habitación, lo que me parece un detalle feo.
- Jovita (8/5): La Graciosa en Octubre es maravillosa - La ubicación es buena, y entiendo que habitualmente es tranquila. En este caso hubo un grupo grande que acudió por la fiesta y hubo un poco más de ruido de lo habitual. Tuvimos que hacer el registro de entrada un día antes de la fecha del viaje. Al ser un grupo numeroso hubiera agradecido que esas indicaciones fueran más explícitas días antes. Aunque el anfitrión nos lo envió en el momento de la reserva, se especificó que era imprescindible completarlo el día antes previo a las 23 horas el mismo día.

- sara (10/5): Ideal desconexión - El alojamiento está correcto, cocina con nevera y camadas cómodas Está lejos del centro, justo al final del pueblo, echamos de menos una terraza con vistas, pero desde la cocina se ve el mar y es precioso

Muy tranquilo en la fecha en la estuvimos disfrutando de la isla.El baño deberían modernizarlo al menos el plato de ducha y mamparas. Algún ventilador estaría bien.

- Rayco (10/5): Muchas Gracias Por Todo - Pues nos gustó mucho todo. Mi esposa, mis hij@s y yo, nos sentimos muy cómodos y tranquilos en los apartamentos. Todo muy limpio, ordenado y bonito. La dueña atenta, meticulosa y maravillosa. Y mención especial a la Señora Sonia, una ser de luz, los días que coincidimos con ella, estuvo mas que atenta y cariñosa. Mis hij@s la adoran, que hasta dicen de ir a verla otra vez antes del próximo verano jejeje. Solo darles las gracias a ambas x hacer las vacaciones de mi familia maravillosa De los apartamentos no hubo nada que no nos gustara. Sinceramente todo fue fantástico.
