Ralf (7/5): Unterm Strich war es für uns in Ordnung. - Die Unterkunft entspricht der Ausschreibung. Sie ist modern ausgestattet. Schön, dass es einen Kaminofen gibt. Er hat geholfen, Schwächen der Elektroheizung auszugleichen. Es entstand der Eindruck der elektronischen Überwachung. Wiederholt kamen per Mail Anfragen, beispielsweise ob wir on- oder offline sind. In den Schreiben vermissten wir Grundformen der Höflichkeit, wie Anrede und Unterschrift. Gern hätten wir gewusst, mit wem wir kommunizieren.

Johannes187 (9/5): Příjemný pobyt ve Františkových lázní - Apartmán je velmi čistý a komfortní lokalita klidná, přes hlavní ulici je dostupný hned supermarket za rohem skvělá zmrzlinárna a dostupnost na kolonádou potažmo do centra Františkových lázní je taktéž naprosto v pořádku. Předání klíčů probíhá velmi komfortně, :-) jelikož žádný klíč není dostanete kód na dveře jak k vstupním do domu tak k apartmánu to probíhá všechno bez problému, jediné co bych zde možná lehce vytknul je že některá čísla u vstupních dveřích jsou dost vymačkaná a kód lze někdy hůře zadat, respektive klávesnice nezareaguje že mačkáte dané číslo. Ale Podtrženo sečteno velmi příjemný pobyt který splnil co měl. Děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme.
