• Aida (9/5): Appartement propre et confortable😊 - J'ai tout aimé dans cet appartement. Oscar et Marta sont des hôtes gentils, attentionnés et disponibles. Ils ont répondu à chaque fois qu'on a eu une question pour trouver un endroit sur Benidorm ou autre. A notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus par Oscar, qui nous a expliqué dans les détails le fonctionnement des appareils de l'appartement. Il nous a expliqué tout ce dont nous avons besoin de savoir ou que nous aurons besoin de savoir en cas de besoin (il nous a même indiqué l'hôpital en cas de besoin vu qu'on voyageait avec nos enfants de bas âges). D'ailleurs, Marta leur avait gentiment acheté des cadeaux de bienvenue (ils étaient aux anges). Papiers toilettes, mouchoirs, café, thé, sucre, ils n'ont rien oublié pour nous permettre de passer nos premiers jours tranquilles sans courir dans les supermarchés. La piscine est propre et assez grande pour s'amuser en famille. Le miroir dans la chambre est un vrai plus... Que dire de la terrasse, elle est vraiment agréable et bien décorée. Encore merci à Oscar et Marta pour leur accueil et pour leur gentillesse Rien, tout était parfait

On some occasions the hot water for the shower wasn’t on, but wasn’t a major issue because who doesn’t like a cold shower in 30+ degree celcius heat?

• Lisa (9/5): would definitely book again if in benidorm - perfect hosts, great little apartment, good location, great bathroom lighting and soft beds. clean security main door entry and small but efficient lifts. key safe also handy for when going out or when checking out. only because I'm not good with heights being so high up on the 8th floor 🫣 could do with a small bedroom lamp and bathroom tap could do with tightening otherwise everything else was 👍
• Julie (9/5): Superb - Nothing not to like, Oscar, who is a lovely man, met us at the apartment, showed us where everything was, and where the supermarkets were. All in all, a good stay and ideally located for our needs that weekend. Close to lots of bars, shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

• Lorraine (9/5): Fantastic apartment in great location with parking - The parking onsite. The location was so central. Quiet area but walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach etc. supermarket next door. Comfortable beds and everything was supplied for our 4 night stay over Christmas. Decorations a nice touch. Good communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Any problems were resolved easily and the videos of entry system, heating etc were very clear. Would highly recommend this apartment for 2 people and will definitely stay again if we visit benidorm. . Problems getting the TV to work but eventually worked it out. The heating tripped the electricity after being on for 30 minutes which left us in the dark. We knew how to reset it but others might not so hopefully the owners will leave instructions for that and the TV in the apartment. No full length mirror. Smallest hairdryer I have ever seen 😁

• Animesh (10/5): Adorable place where you feel like home. - This is adorable place where you want to return. It has everything inside, even more, you do not think about it, but this apartment has this option. The view on the sea, but not much area, it is totally payed out but the evening view from balcony. The place itself is approx. 40 mins to go to the old town, but it has never-ending shops within 3-5 mins walk. Market is behind the corner, sea is 10 mins to go. Bus stop is on the corner, but be prepared- drivers do not speak English. Super helpful host for getting the keys. I would definitely stay more! We could not contact host to get know how to return the key and this was really confusing, because the host was extremely helpful and contacted to explain how to get the key just the day before arrival.
• Summer (10/5): Exceptional - If I could give 11 stars I would! Oscar and Marta were so accommodating, helpful, and generally good people. The apartment is in a perfect location. It was nice and quiet but very central! The apartment is modern and clean. The balcony is big and has lovely views. The pool was amazing! And mostly had it to ourselves. Beds were really comfortable, has a smart tv. This was the break we needed. I wish we could have stayed more days. We are so excited to come again and stay next year! Thank you so much Oscar and Marta. There is a big mirror in bathroom so you can do your hair and make up with good lighting. Everything was perfect. Just could do with a full length mirror in the bedroom, but this really didn’t bother us 😃
• Stephen (10/5): excellent relaxing break away. - Hosts were perfect, from original communication when booking to pick up/drop off of the keys, nothing is too much trouble, apartment is spotless a good size with a nice balcony and has all the amenities(toaster/microwave/coffee machine/washing machine and AC )also great WIFI and a residents pool. Location for us was a big plus point, it's in a quiet area so sleeping at night isn't an issue, but a very short walking distance to the bars, restaurant's, beach and local market, the supermarket is virtually next door, 2 min walk to local bus route which goes to the old town and altea and albir. Many thanks to Oscar and his wife for a great stay, we will be back. nothing,

Nothing. All the amenities available for our one week stay over the Christmas

Tea bags , coffee, wash liquid all available on arrival and cleaning products if needed also a washing machine and good size balcony with table and chairs . Excellent Wi-Fi and Tv . Great location and very safe building to stay . highly recommend nothing to dislike 😊

The air conditioning was perfect and the apartment has everything you could need. Location is excellent and use of the private pool without all the bustle of a hotel pool was just blissful! The wifi wasn’t working when we stayed, no big deal but sometimes I work when I’m away and therefore would’ve used a lot of data. streaming was available on the smart tv though and this certainly didn’t affect our stay in any way.
