Pristup domacina,laz sve ono sto su rekli i naveli u prijavi nema veze sa istinom!Prvo su me ostavili da cekam sa dvoje djece u autu 45 min pred kapiju koju nisu mogli da otvore da bih se parkirao,nakon toga sam ja nekako uspio da uvezem vozilo u dvoriste zgrade,gdje su me docekale vidno uzrujane komsije,koje nisu dozvolile da se parkiram i prijetile da ce bi vozilo biti osteceno,dok taj covjek koji nas je docekao (neki Rus) uopste se nije mijesao iako sam ja to zahtijevao od njega,pozvao je vlasnicu tj valjda njegovu zenu koja je dosla i koja je odmah pobjegla kad je vidjela kakva je tenzija u dvoristu.Nekako sam uspio opet na svoju ruku da se parkiram uz veliki strah sta ce biti sa autom,ali kakda smo se popili u apartman tek je usledio blagi sok,od pavih garnitura,koje su bile vise crne od prljavstine,gdje sam sa djecom demonstrativno napuatio isti!Sve u svemu,uzasno,odvratno i nikom preporucio ne bih!

• Nikolaos (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Σε καινούργια περιοχή με στάση τραμ και λεωφορείου και με αρκετά μαγαζιά τριγύρω. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό. Λέει ότι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης, ωστόσο υπήρχαν πολλά αυτοκίνητα στο χώρο με αποτέλεσμα να μην βρίσκουμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε και καθημερινά βρίσκαμε το αυτοκίνητο με σηκωμένους τους υαλοκαθαριστήρες χωρίς να εμποδίζουμε…

• Анастасия2804 (8/5): - Местоположение отличное, классный район. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Достаточно спальных мест. состояние апартов было немного потрепанное, но если там долго не находится, то вполне приемлемо. Много пыли, потому что окна выходят на дорогу
• Georgi (7/5): Good location, good value for money. Old building - Good location, parking spot available. The landlord is supportive and helpful. If applicable - late check in is possible. Good tv and internet. Excellent kitchen. The street is very noisy at night. Motors, cars, even at closed windows it is hard to rest. The bathroom has strong smell of mold and sewage. Some of the furniture needs renovation. The building itself is totally neglected.

• Tamas (10/5): This apartment is truly a rare find. Has everything you need, plus private parking. - This apartment is a rare find and perfect for both short and long trips to Belgrade. It has everything you need, and the location is great (right near the public transport station, which btw, in Belgrade is free). It was impeccably clean, and the beautiful aesthetic is a big plus. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and it even has AC and a dishwasher. The private parking spot was a lifesaver. The host was incredibly kind and very easy & a pleasure to communicate with. I accidentally left something behind, and she went to a lot of trouble to send it back to me, for which I am eternally grateful. I would absolutely recommend staying at Fellini.

• Darko (9/5): A good apartment in a safe, quiet location not too far from the center. - The property is a great value for the money. It's in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Galerija mall, and around 30mins by foot to Knez Mihajlova/Skadarlija. The street is not very busy so we did not have problems with loud traffic whatsoever. There are markets, bakeries nearby, and the area seems very safe. The apartment has an AC, and a boiler big enough to have enough water for 4 people. The hostess was very very nice and let us have a late check out as well. The cleanliness can be improved, but is overall good. The building does not have an elevator. There were only two large towels available, but I am sure the hostess would have provided more had we requested that. But overall a very nice stay.

The apartment itself is very well-maintained, with a reliable hot water system and efficient heating, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. It was also spotless and very clean, which made it feel like home right away. The host was incredibly nice and friendly, always available to help and offer great local recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Belgrade!

• Martin (7/5): Good - Good location and nice apartment, fully sufficient for one night. The host was very friendly and helpful. It`s on the 5th floor and there is no elevator in the building. There is a huge construction site opposite to the building so you can forget a calm and longlasting sleep in the morning.

• Саша (10/5): Excellent location - The apartment was very close to the place of my errands, not more then 10 minutes by foot. It was clean and cosy. Very important for me - it had a free parking. It's on the 4th floor with no elevator. It can be a bit noisy as a major street goes by.
