- Dana (10/5): Fun, cultural and historic location.easy to soak in thene of Woodstock and Blenheim - Lovely location, wonderful full home. Really enjoy the second floor space. Nothing. It is great!

- suzanne (10/5): - The location was perfect and the property was clean and suited all our needs, would recommend this place to anyone.
- Stephanie (6/5): Good location for what we wanted. - The location was ideal though parking was a bit of an issue when we arrived. The stairs going up from the kitchen were challenging as you couldn’t hold the rail very well as it was up against the wall. The bathroom was small and you had to come down from bedrooms or go up from kitchen. It was impossible to get in the shower and close the door-not enough room for even a small adult. The hot water control was challenging. The cupboards in the kitchen were too high and the light switches were confusing.

- Rob (9/5): Excellent. Would definitely stay again - Great location for walking to Blenheim Palace
Excellent communication with the host. Although we were out most of the time, there was a very comfortable lounge available.
Good selections of pubs and coffee shops in very easy walking distance. Blenheim Palace in walking distance and possible to walk the dog on lead in the grounds.
- Richard (8/5): Great location and enough room for 3 people. - Quirky property in great location just off of Main Street. Compact property with lots of stairs spread over 3 floors. Had everything we needed and lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby . Very close to Blenheim Palace and about 30 minutes drive to Oxford.
- Soffia (9/5): Lovely property in excellent location - Lovely property in an excellent location. Really good communication with the owner. Had everything we needed. Stairs are steep, so may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. Would stay again:) Everything was good.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb -
- Sally (1/5): Do not go if you have kids, elderly or disabled - The place was so unwelcoming and cold
The stairs are a hazard
Do not go here if you have kids are elderly or disabled Everything I asked for a refund but was told no
- Brasslady (9/5): Superb - Perfect location close to everything. Had everything we needed, lovely Tiny shower, steep stairs
- Rachel (8/5): Very good - Great location, friendly helpful host and a lovely lounge room to sit in. Ground floor was cold and didn’t warm up despite us putting the heating on.
- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- Samuel (8/5): Very good -
- Clare (9/5): Great communication and customer service from the host Fiona - Loved the quaintness and quirkiness of the property which adds to the lovely experience of staying in the beautiful village Woodstock ..all
Amenities great 👍 loved it Nothing
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Very nice and pleasant town house - The location was perfect The stairs were a little hard to negotiate but not really a problem for us
- Kim (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location, it was great for Bleinham palace. The narrow stairs, this property is not great for anyone with mobility issues.
No parking available.
- Rían (9/5): Quirky and comfy in the heart of Woodstock - Centrally located in the beautiful town of Woodstock. A short stroll from Blenheim Palace with lots of nice local pubs and restaurants. The house is very comfortable, spread over three floors, well appointed, really clean and has everything you could need for your stay. Would highly recommend. Please note, with limited space, the shower is quite small. Paradoxically, the kitchen units are hard to reach for the vertically challenged. Not suited to people with poor mobility due to two flights of tricky stairs. P. S. Watch your head!
- Richard (6/5): Peaceful cottage in a quiet village - Quiet and peaceful It was cold most to the time. The stairs were very steep and a little difficult to negotiate. Being on 3 floors meant constant up and down via the stairway. The property seemed expensive compared to other accommodation in the region.
- Robert (7/5): It was ok but definitely short on beds, we were 3 separate people and one was on the sofa. - Locality Stairs
- Viorel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -

- Mrs (9/5): Wonderful home in a beautiful village - The house is in the middle of Woodstock and everything is within walking distance, the house was like a home and furnished to a very high standard. Paying for parking especially as the meter only allows 4 hours. The smaller room has the water tank and can be noisy when people use taps or toilet
- Louise (8/5): Location, location, location! - Location, location, location! Lovely to have been able to stay so centrally. House was comfortable and just right for a short stay in Woodstock with Blenheim park virtually on the doorstep (if you know where the town gate is!) and plenty of shops to poke around and superb restaurants and pubs. We had read that the stairs were steep, and they were! Good exercise, but needs a fair bit of caution. Kitchen cupboards were very high up. Fortunately, we are tall but anyone who isn't might struggle getting things out from them.
- Stephanie (8/5): Wonderful - Fabulous location within a few minutes walk to Blenheim Castle grounds , grocers, coffeeshop, restaurants and bus transport. Not much linen 1 towel for each of us - no washcloths. Thought there were 3 beds but the double was made up as 1 bed. Info on how to use washer/dryer, the wifi code, or garbage recycling etc would have made it a little easier for those of us from the States. The house has very steep stairs -difficult for one in our party but a clean, cute house with an incredible location which made up for the rest.
- Marion (9/5): Great “quirky” townhouse - Keys in lock box so able to get in to house as soon as we arrived also made leaving very easy No bottle opener fortunately we had a screw cap bottle with us too
- Dana (10/5): Lively location in a very historic community. - Wonderful location and very good amenities. We truly enjoyed it and will recommend it to friends. Nothing
- Gregory (9/5): A fantastic time, thank you! - Outstanding location, really well appointed property. The kitchen was really well equipped and we had a very happy time there. With very young children the staircases are very steep and narrow. We also found bath time tricky as there is only a shower.
- Ian (8/5): Fantastic townhouse in great location - Great location, comfortable & well kept Parking - would be great if a permit was available for use
- Joachim (10/5): Good Say -
- Debra (9/5): Great stay , good location - Good location , clean and tidy Sink got blocked
- Caroline (8/5): Very good - Great location. Parking was ok but not explained very clearly in the house description. Parking on the street opposite the house was restricted. Nearby parking was pay and display.
- Anonymous (10/5): great little cottage we loved it as were staying to go to a concert at Blenheim so close just a 10 min walk and we were - really clean great location not the properties fault but the parking per
it’s have been introduced so impossible to park outside house would suggest that owner gets a visitors permit so that any guest staying can park one car outside house
- Gerry (8/5): Great property and location for Blenheim Palace - location very close to centre of Woodstock, lots of pubs and restaurants and very easy access to Blenheim Palace. About 8 mins walk.
House very well appointed and furnished. no parking.
- Dorothy (10/5): Clean and comfy and a perfect location in a most charming town. Easy walk to everything. -
- Amy (8/5): Ideal for a two night stay in central Woodstock - Loved the quirkiness of the house. Comfortable, clean and great location. Could do with an info sheet for when you first arrive- I wasn’t sure where to find anything.
- Miranda (8/5): Quirky house in great location. Be aware of the flights of narrow stairs! -
- Lesley (9/5): Superb - Interesting old cottage. Kitchen amenities Very steep stairs. Tiny cloakroom.
- Anita (9/5): Superb - Great location, quiet. Very comfy bed and soft towels. Good instructions and communication from the owner. Would stay again. It would have been nice to have had soap left in the bathroom for washing our hands and perhaps an extra toilet roll. The biscuits in the fridge were a nice touch but personally we'd have preferred some tea and coffee for the mornings. (a very small amount was left - not enough for two adults over 3 nights).
A note for some that the stairs in the property are quite steep/narrow around a corner. Not a problem for us but might be for some.
- Karen (8/5): Cosy, comfy accommodation. - very well equipped kitchen for self catering.
cosy & warm - heaters & fire place.
very comfortable beds.
bathroom & shower are tiny but serviceable.
convenient location
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dan (9/5): lovely location - lovely location, great for the dogs there was lots of dark hair in the bed and on the towels, there was also no glasses or a bin in the kitchen everything else was great.
- Simon (10/5): Very well presented, with a premium finish. - Very well presented and premium finished town house with plenty of character, in the middle of Woodstock.
Everything supplied for self catering and in ‘like new’ condition.
The supply of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and more made a pleasant addition on arrival.
- Stephen (8/5): excellent comfortable property for a long weekend - Excellent location and ideal for a short break. well appointed and clean throughout The stairs were steep and could prove tricky for the less able bodied visitor. Parking outside was limited
- Richard (10/5): perfect property for a visit to the area - Fantastic location in the centre of Woodstock . Lovely property, super communication from owner. faultless. short walk to the pubs, restaurants and Blenheim Palace if I really had to say something I’m a tall , big chap and the shower was a squeeze for me.
- Joanne (9/5): Superb - Fantastic accommodation, very clean and comfortable and everything you need on hand. We really enjoyed staying at Central Townhouse, it was in an excellent location to explore Woodstock and Oxford. Loved the little touch of milk and cookies in the fridge on our arrival! Access to a kitchen bin
- Ben (10/5): Short Break in the Cotswolds - Excellent stay in a lovely location. Plenty of parking nearby, and every facility that you could require.
- Hayley (10/5): Beautiful, quirky period property. With modern decor & fittings - Key safe
