• Nicolas (10/5): Appartement confortable et idéalement situé à Athènes - L’appartement a été conçu pour que les voyageurs se sentent bien et passent un agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé, très confortable et idéalement placé à proximité des sites touristiques. L’hôte est joignable rapidement et a répondu à toutes nos questions sans soucis. Appartement propre et fidèle à l’annonce. La rue est un petit peu bruyante mais c’est négligeable.

• Rania (7/5): A fair stay in the heart of Athens - Perfect location. Seemed recently renovated. Nice bed. Walking distance to Acropolis. The couch was not very comfortable as a second bed. The bathroom definitely needs more work. It wasn’t very clean and there was mold in some areas.

Bulunduğu sokak genel itibarıyla çok sesli. Cuma günü evin önünde pazar kuruluyor sabahın erken saatlerinde bu sesle uyandırıldık. Araba ile gelenler için otopark sıkıntısı var. Metrekare olarak baya küçük. Zaman geçirmek için uygun değil.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Fantastyczny pobyt w sercu Aten z widokiem na historię i w zasięgu kilku minut spaceru od największych atrakcji. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja u podnóża Akropolu, wszędzie było blisko, a jednocześnie mieszkanie było ciche, klimatyczne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń, wszystko było zgodne z opisem i spełniło nasze oczekiwania.
• Χάρης (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα άνετο για μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων. Έχει τα πάντα μεσα. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι κοντά σε στάση Μετρό και η Ακρόπολη 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τριγύρω έχει πολλά μαγαζιά για πρωινο ή για να ψωνισεις. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στους ιδιοκτήτες. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, μας έδωσαν πληροφορίες για ότι χρειαζομασταν. Όταν ξανά πάμε Αθήνα σίγουρα θα το ξανά πρωτιμησουμε.

• Mary (10/5): Comfortable stay in Koukaki neighborhood - This beautiful apartment is in the Koukaki neighborhood, an easy walk to the Plaka district and Acropolis. It was quiet and I felt safe. Several restaurants around the area as well as pharmacies and shops. Comfortable bed, air conditioning was great, secure double entry and nice furnishings. Easy self-check in and keyless entry (entry with keypad code). I can't think of anything.

• Kirsten (8/5): - Great local restaurant recommendations from host, walking distance from most major tourist attractions. Excellent modern facilities, wifi worked well and room was quiet despite being on street level. Would recommend for a short stay in Athens Very basic cooking utensils would make it difficult to prepare meals here, however we ate out most of the time so not an issue for us. Hot water does take a while to heat up, not a big deal but just something to remember

• Shannon (8/5): This was a spacious, affordable base for exploring Athens, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. - Well stocked, clean and spacious. It had nice decor, good a/c and the host was helpful and communicative. The location was safe and was near to everything. It needed curtains on the inner windows for some privacy, had hardly any windows to outside, the beds were a little hard and pillows were too thick especially for our kids. One tv did not work properly. The street and buildings outside were run-down.

Location is perfect for sightseeing around the Acropolis and Plaka with lots of great places to eat all within walking distance. Nice modern apartment. Compact for two adults and two teens on the sofa bed but totally fine for a few nights. Better for a couple on their own but depends on the length of stay. Loved the local area. Easy to get to from the airport on the metro. 30 minutes from Piraeus in a taxi. Nothing.

• ROBIN LLOYD BELLEZA (8/5): Perfect location to stay in Athens if you want to be close to the acropolis but away from the tourists - Modern apartment You can hear the noise from outside. Night time was fine as there were few or no cars. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
• Chiara Andrea (8/5): Gut für Kurztrip - Super Lage in der Nähe zur Akropolis, rundherum viele nette Lokale, Cafes und Supermärkte. Einfacher Checkin. Gute Ausstattung mir Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine etc. Einziger Minuspunkt: sehr hellhörig und da ebenerdig hört man den Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Außerdem ist am Samstag (?) Markt, sodass ab 4 Uhr Früh die Markstände direkt vor der Tür aufgebaut wurden und an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war.

• Marina_31 (10/5): Great stay in Athens - We had great stay at Mandevilia Suites. Location was perfect for us - in close vicinity of Acropolis and all sites we wanted to see. Metro is also close. Apartment was very clean. Beds are comfortable..also there is a funcional kitchen if you want to cook. Neighborhood is great with lot of nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Host is very nice and helpful. The price-quality ratio is excellent!
• Brigitta (10/5): Great accomodation in the center of Athen - Great appartment only 10 minutes walk from the Acropolis. The accommodation was clean and equipped with everything (coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, kettle, even guest slippers) for a short or long stay. Checking in to the property was smooth with an access code we received before our arrival along with some very good restaurant recommendations. Although the staff is not present they were always available by phone and would help with anything. We had a small problem upon arrival but it was resolved within 15 minutes. Maybe the bed mattress could be firmer.
• Balák (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean and close by the city center. Behaving of the owner. From the begining was everything fine but then we could not find a knife in the kitchen to prepare the food what we bought already. The owner told me that I have to go and buy my own. I suppose that whether you are offering an appartment wjth "fully furnished kitchen" than you also have to deliver a knife to the kitchen. Its like buy a ticket for football match and all 22 players are missing the ball.
• Frank (10/5): A beautiful property in a brilliant location with a fantastic host - The property is truly impressive. It's beautifully presented, and in a fantastic location for exploring historic Athens. The apartment has everything you could need or wish for; it feels like everything has been put in place with thoughtfulness and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble for the host - Popi responded immediately to any communications ahead of my visit, and made it clear that she was always contactable throughout my stay. The Koukaki district itself isn't overly touristy (which was a big plus) and is packed with brilliant restaurants, bars and shops - Popi kindly provided me with a list of local recommendations, and had some great advice on how to make the most of the area. Nothing at all - I can't recommend it highly enough, and started planning a return visit before I left!

Walked up to Acropolis and around the surrounding districts. Close to metro station, Syngrou Fix, so good access to Airport as well. I had some problems finding apartment as location pinpointed from website when trying to walk from Metro not accurate, took me about half a mile from actual location. Owner of apartment very helpful and directed me to correct destination by messaging!

The owner is not very flexible after booking.. if you can not make it or something happens unexpected, know you lose all your money. Location not the best for tourism unless you are driving. I won't book them again. Better say Greece in general is not me vacation destination anymore. Santorini and everywhere in Greece, is very expensive and don't know how to make business. Most people are racist, rude, etc if you are darl skin. Simple!

• Alana (7/5): Convienent but could be better - The apartment is walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Athens so we hardly used any public transport apart from the airport transfer. The air con was really poor so meant the apartment was always really warm so we never felt we got any relief from the heat of Athens. It could have been cleaner but for the time we spent in the apartment it was OK. The sofa bed my son slept on was very firm so he didn’t sleep very well while we there.

The owner, Popi, was very helpful right from confirmation of my booking. Allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time. Came to meet us in the apartment. There was an issue with the internet connection, but she had it fixed within a short time. Provided us a list of good restaurants we could go to. We had to visit Santorini Island so we spent only two nights in this apartment. My family was happy with the apartment and service and will stay there again next time. N/A

There are plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and we appreciated having coffee and tea facilities provided. Our host was very helpful and gavecgood recommendations for local eating.

Location is also very central and close to bars / restaurants, but still on a pretty quiet street. Access was bery easy with codes, and communication with thge host was smooth. The area is being regenerated so bits do look run down, (it is Athens!), but we felt very safe.

• Yuxuan (9/5): It is a great choice for a short stay in Athens. - Location is great, walking distance to metro, tourism places and good restaurants. We have to close the windows all the time so the air circulation is not good. But AC helps.

• Charles (10/5): Great host in a comfortable apartment - The location was ideal. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Popi was exceptionally helpful and provided everything we needed. The premises were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and if in Athens again we would hope to stay here. nothing

• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Popi was extremely communicative and accommodating! We ended up missing our ferry and she was able to give us a very late check out and we are so grateful. Our room was very comfortable, everything was clean and worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Athens.

It is very clean, well equipped and offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay even for longer periods. It is easy to find and the check-in/check-out procedure is very convenient. Another huge plus is the fact that the host is kind, discreet and very helpful!
• Vinodh (10/5): Stay in Athens - The location 10/10 at a walkable distance to most of the attractions. The metro is 6 minutes away and the public transport/bus is a street away. The host was very helpful and very responsive. On Friday there is also a vegetable market Infront of the house where you can get fresh fruits.:-) will definitely visit again and highly recommend.
• Arkadiusz (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very clean and cozy. Location great as well. Host responded very quickly. Would book again if in Athens.
