- Caroline (10/5): A great holiday, lovely cottage and perfect location - Lovely cottage, very clean and spacious. Very nice bathrooms. Well equipped if you need it. Nice touch of bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Very comfortable and homely TV in living room very small

- Sue (10/5): Pleasant stay in a beautiful village.location was great with good instructions provided to find the place. Fully equippe - Lovely location in a beautiful wee village. The furnishings were luxurious and had most things required. It really didn’t have any faults. The stairs were steep which may be an issue for some.
- Gwyne (9/5): Wonderful Windermere staying in Ambleside - Easy to locate with the instructions, everything there ,good kitted out kitchen, amazing bathrooms.comfortable in every way.
Loads of choice for eating out in Ambleside ,and of course amazing walks around the area.
No need to use our car for whole stay . We were a bit cold for two nights, the heating had to be boosted by the thermastat manually, and we expected it to come on.I messaged the booking .com email .never had a reply. Eventually we just turned it up and down as needed. It wasn't clear in the information.
- Caroline (9/5): A lovely cottage in a lovely small town. Much enjoyed by us all, including the doggies. Thank you. -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (9/5): So central, plus a bit of luxury - Wonderful location, right in the middle of Ambleside next door to a really good cafe. This was a great apartment and we had everything we needed for a week-long stay - four people and a small dog. Proper bonus: a roll-top bath in each of the two bathrooms meant we didn't need to compete to for a sudsy soak! Our third time to Ambleside - but this was the best place we've stayed so far. A couple of minor details that I only mention so the management are aware...
Door from kitchen to the back loo area was really hard to open. Definitely needs work done on it. And during heavy rain, we noticed a leak from ceiling in to ground floor loo room/outhouse area.
- Holly (9/5): Lovely cottage in central location - Love the layout of bedrooms and well equipped kitchen Beds were a bit hard but that’s just personal taste
