• Lizzie (9/5): - A nice apartment with basic kitchenette for meals. The lady host helped with laundry supplies and was very friendly, even in our different languages. Easy walk to restaurants and markets, but there is a good hill to the room! The shower was leaky, so you might just need to ask for additional towls to help, especially since they supplied mini towels 🙂

• Terry (10/5): - A lovely, very clean studio apartment. Great views and a short walk by the sea to get into Old Town. A good restaurant, bakery and grocery store (FYI grocery stores are not open on Sundays) were very close by. The host was amazing, very helpful, We really enjoyed our stay. An electric kettle and sheet for the bed would have been nice.

• Judith (9/5): - I enjoyed my stay. Apartment was comfortable. The host and family are wonderful people. Location is perfect, peaceful and close to the bay. A mere walk down the hill, across the road down some steps, a couple more meters and you at the waters edge. Wonderful resturants to the left and right. Kotor Old Town is about 17 minutes walk from the apartment. All was good.

• Katerina (9/5): - Wonderful apartment! Extremely, extremely clean! I really appreciated the slippers (such a nice touch) and the warm blanket. The balcony offers a beautiful, romantic view of the bay. The area is quiet, and it was very comfortable to sleep. There’s a small grocery store and pastry shop about a 5-minute walk away (it’s even open on Sundays). The Idea supermarket is 7–10 minutes away. The city center is about a 15–20 minute walk. The climb up to the apartment is indeed quite steep (as it is almost everywhere in Montenegro), but that wasn’t a problem for me)))

Très propre bien aménagé. la promenade le long de la plage pour arriver au centre de Kpotor les indications pour arriver à l'adresse. Nous n'avions pas d'adresse , le GPS ne pouvait pas nous guider, nous avons passé plus d'une heure et demi à trouver. il y a une côte importante pour y arriver, c'est faisable en prenant son temps

• Zorbey (8/5): It was nice and it was as described. - Everything as it is described. Extremely simple and basic room with basic facilities, which what we expected to be.

L'alloggio anche se si trova poco più di 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kotor è in una posizione ottimale per le spiagge e per prendere i vari tour turistici disponibili.

Also the sweet lady (host) recommended us a good (cheap) place down the street where to eat. Definitely recommend! The hill

I would recommend that owner changes the bed mattress, it’s of a bad quality and was not comfortable at all. Me and my friend used to wake up with sore body every day. They also could have left any welcoming drink such as coffee or tea, it would have been nice.

This was not a problem for us, but important to notice for others with specific needs.

• Tatyana (7/5): Room with a view - Amazing view from the appartment. We had a room with balcony overlooking to the bay, mountains and cruise ships. Stuffed with everything you need: washing machine, hair dryer, iron, plates, glasses etc. Clean and nice, easy check in It’s up on the hill, look for ulitza Studenteska - not for people with limited mobility. But it’s only about 3 mins up from main road and about 7-10 mins from the beach. Very close to shops, bakery and it’s a lot of restaurants down next to the sea.

The guy who took care of the process was very helpful and warned us about some details especially the city tax. Hand guide inside the place can also be very helpful for the guests. The place has a cute garden and you can park your vehicle in front of it. Towels for guests would be good.

• Sonja (10/5): A pleasant stay and wonderful hosts - Wonderful helpful hosts and beautiful, clean room with towels and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is about 20 min. walk from the Kotor Old Town. Maybe the bed could be moved a bit so it is not so close to the bathroom door. The path to the apartment is very steep in case you are going on foot.
• Muhammad (8/5): Nice studio apartment - I and my wife stayed for one night. There is a free private parking place at the entrance of guest house, which is really important for me. A lady welcomed us nicely and his husband helped me parking the car. Checkin was smooth. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It was like a studio apartment which we really liked because we did not want to share kitchen. Wifi was good. We enjoyed our stay. Washroom door handle was very squeaky. The street uphill to the guest house is slightly steep but thats not a big issue.

• Mohammed (10/5): Repeat Visitor! - Upon arrival, I was taken a back by the serenity of the home and it's surroundings, not to mention the incredible views. Waking up here is like something out of a dream. The walk into the old town is super enjoyable, right along the water. The host is extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean, tidy and we'll equipped. I immediately extended my stay upon arrival with 0 hassle simply due to how nice it was here (both Kotor and the accommodation). I then came back the next week once again and booked Dionis with no hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend. I will be back
