• Anil (1/5): The worst experience I have ever had in all my travels - The staff at the counter and in the restaurant were extremely friendly. Very disappointing stay. There was a lot of noise, including loud music from the restaurant in the morning/afternoon/evening, and the balcony view was poor, facing other apartments. The restaurant only offered instant coffee (no real coffee machine), the menu was limited, and the kitchen was not open all day. Everything was very noisy you could hear people talking, walking up and down the stairs, and even people playing billiards or table football upstairs. The mattress felt old and worn out, and the room smelled bad on arrival. There were also black stains on the pillow. For the price of the private room, the quality was unacceptable and absolutely not worth the money. I tried to get a refund so I could move to a better place, but the manager was rude and refused to cooperate, even when I offered to accept only 50% back. There are many cleaner and better places near the Ganges for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.

• Allana (7/5): Not Hostel vibes - Nice location, close of restaurants In the four-person dormitory where I stayed, next to the game room, the quiet hours were not respected. Therefore, there was noise after 10 PM and before 7 AM. In addition, people in the room used noisy electronic devices and ate inside the room.

• Reet (10/5): Great location. Ecofriendly hotel - It was plastic free. I loved that they had water filters on the floor with glass bottles in the room. Thank you for the eco friendly initiatives that you have in place to keep Rishikesh green! The hallways echo and create some noise in the rooms if people are being loud. Luckily we didn’t personally experience this for too long

• jsalexandre02 (10/5): Great stay, staff was amazing - We stayed at this hostel and had a great experience! The receptionists Anuj Thapa and Ajay were essential to making our stay so pleasant. The cook, Sanjay, was also extremely kind and helpful — especially because I was having some health issues at the time. Even though I love spicy food, I couldn’t eat any during that period, and he went out of his way to prepare special meals for me. I really appreciated that! The location would be even better if the bridge wasn’t under maintenance, but of course, that’s not the hostel’s fault. Our room was beautiful, decorated with a Van Gogh theme (which I personally love). The balcony was huge, the internet worked consistently, and everything functioned perfectly. The terrace view is also lovely, even though it doesn’t overlook the Ganga River. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay — highly recommended! Not the hostel problem (but affects the location): The closest bridge is closed for maintenance.
• Dr Surya (3/5): Nothing is appreciable apart from the staff. Worst experience. A hope atleast ventilation improves. - The staff were sincere and good. Helpful and decent. The three stars which I gave out of 10 are only and only for the staff. 1) Location wise, there are hostels and dorms on the ganga ghat with better views for the same price. 2) Attached cafe of the hotel is having limited timings because of staff shortage ! that should have been taken care of by the management specially during this festive season. 3) Rooms: a - Are very small for 6 and 4 sharing basis (There are better hostels with better area to person ratio). b - Very very poor ventilation in rooms. c - No natural light inside the rooms. d - There is not even a ceiling fan (room no 302) which made it very suffocating to stay in. (the room was small and already overcrowded with 4 people in it).

Nuestra habitación estaba justo debajo del billar que se caían las bolas y retumbaba la habitación. También jugaban de madrugada y no había control sobre el ruido en la zona Chill.

I stayed for 3 days. Not sure how the food was as didn't try anything. There is a social hub with books, games and cozy corners to chill. The access road is in a damaged condition, tough for big cars to get in.
