- Fajeria (6/5): Pleasant - Host sent instructions which was easy to access. We had a problem with the gas stove , one of the switches was faulty so gas was not shutting off. They got someone out the next day to have a look n that was it did not hear from for the entire stay when it wud be sorted. Apart from that average stay. No chairs in the bedrooms. Pictures on the site showed a fair amount of animals roaming around. My grandson extremely disappointed only seen 2 deers.

Would have been nice to find geyser on than to arrive and wait for it to heat up. Booking.com does not advise about the holding deposit of R1,500 as I only got to know about from the owner while enroute.

- Franco (9/5): We went diving at needed a place close by for the weekend. The place exceeded all our expectation. - It was very easy to find and get into the unit. It was centrally located and very secure. Nothing it was amazing

- Nomhle (9/5): Tranquil House - The house, newly built and had all that was portrayed in the photos but its actually for 6 people not 8 because the sleeper couches were worn out so 2 people could actually not have good night rest we even had to alternate The outside relaxing room can actually be turned into another bedroom to accommodate those who were using sleeper couches and they put real bed in there The garden was👌👌 The kitchen and the utensils all were No1 We could reach areas of interest easy, so that was a bonus as well Besides the sleeping horror we had our good time in Harries and enjoyed ourselves The sleeper couches There were no sheets to change the bed, we had to go to pep store to get our own bedding as we couldn't sleep 4 nights on the same sheets and we were sharing so it was just impossible Again for the rest of the stay there were no cleaners we found 2 when we arrived who did a shabby job and when we were about to leave other 2 came to clean We literally cleaned our space every day as we would not stay in uncleaned rooms The property is very good built at a very secure place, they can do better by correcting the sleeper couches, bedding as well as cleaning during people's stay at their property We are not there to clean but to relax and enjoy our time off

A curtain/blinds in the kitchen window to prevent sunburn of items on kitchen counter and to have at least 2 extra rolls of toilet paper in the storage cupboards in each bathroom especially for large groups

Parking cars outside our house with all their strobe lights on from just after 21:00 to sit and wait for a noise complain It’s really bad that such a nice house is in such an estate this will hurt the tourism for this estate if they carry on with this group of security

We didn't like our agents behavior and attitude. Her name is Ann Klopper, when we asked for assistance on the logistics of the estate, she responded negatively by error on our Whatsapp Chat as she thought she was sending a message "calling us Stupids" with disrespectful imojis which totally disappointed us and made us to regret using her services. She is so unprofessional.

- Leonslabbert (10/5): Two words, Tranquil Daydream. - Everything, Ann was so friendly and helpful. The house is amazing, clean, fully kitted and perfect to relax and unwind. It's very safe and secure, we never felt unsafe. The estate has a nice dock against the dam with braai facilities, a huge pool and it's just a Tranquil Daydream. The have solar installed, so no loadshedding. Bathrooms are HUGE, such a great place. Thanks Ann, me and my wife loved it.
