Al menos cobrar por un depósito cuando el apto esté en buenas condiciones, también se demora en la devolución del dinero, se entrega el apto en buen estado y se solicita la devolución y responde que no tiene tiempo que lo devuelve en el tiempo que él tenga.Me pareció de muy mal gusto.

- JÚLIA (10/5): Everything was perfect! - The apartment was really nice and the views were amazing. There were enough facilities and the location was perfect. We could go by foot everywhere because everything was really close. All the rooms were clean. Also, the woman was so nice and helpful when we had problems getting the key for the apartment. The apartment was so worth it.

Было очень много пыли ,полы были грязные.У ребенка аллергия на пыль, пришлось искать аптеку.Пришлось понервничать из за депозита, хотя отправляли платежки о том что он внесен.

- Benas (10/5): Affordable choice to stay in the centre of Warsaw. - We booked two apartments for our friend group, and we loved every bit of it. Great location, easy to find the apartments themselves and the keys for them, comfortable beds, lovely views - everything was wonderful.

- Maria (8/5): Good apartment in a great location - The location is great, we went walking everywhere, only moved the car when we left. The apartment was comfortable, but a bit small for us (we are a family of five). The kitchen needed a good clean. The rest of the apartment was very clean, the washroom was spotless. Parking is a bit tricky, we couldn’t get a private spot because we didn’t know yet the car plates (we were renting a car at Modlin Airport, just before driving to the place). We circled around until we found paid street parking.

- Olena (3/5): I wouldn't recommend to book apartment of this host. Save your nerve and money. The host is rude. - The host suppose to give instructions for the check-in in 24 hours ahead. No instructions were sent, I left several messages for the host and none of it were answered. I finally was able to reach the host by phone call in the evening and she basically shouted at me because it was late and I should not bother her (it was 9:15 pm, and I wouldn't bother her if she would answer my messages). All that time I was worried that we are going to stay without apartment, because I wasn't sure that I will get any instructions. In the end instructions for check-in were sent in 1 hour before check-in time. The appartment is terribly small and nothing similar with the photos and very overpriced.
