- Benedicta Tiwaa (1/5): £39 doesn’t worth it at all, total disguising - I couldn’t sleep all night, it feels like dirts and crawling animals on the bed, keeping on scratching and feels itchy all parts of my body, the room wasn’t smelling good, ooh gosh……. Infact I was very much disappointed and feels uncomfortable all night so I left early in the morning instead of leaving in the afternoon Everything

- Colby (9/5): - Check in very easy. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities available. Clean room with good storage space and power outlets. Other guests were loud - not the fault of the property though
- Dangra (9/5): - Good Good
- katie (5/5): -
- Zuzana Sage (8/5): Good for a short stay if you're not high maintenance - Good for a short stay. 30 min walk to city centre. Good price. Lock on main door seemed broken?
- taina (3/5): never again - Cheap and not so far my room didn’t have windows and the details said no smoking inside when my room was clearly used for smoking for probably a long time specially with no windows, the carpet and the walls and everything had a heavy smell of stuck smoke in it. it made me feel very uncomfortable i asked for a refund or a partial refund and nobody got back to me.
- Ashley (8/5): Would recommed - It was easy, peaceful and done what I needed. Very helpful owners when I needed to call. Was a bit basic in terms of the room but still fitted my needs as I had laptop anyway so was ok and would stay again
- Craig (1/5): -
- John (10/5): - Warm, comfortable & clean
- Shaun (6/5): - Clean, cheap, easy enough to get to. It's self.check in and I had trouble, but they gave me a number to call if there were any issues and they were very helpful. It's in a part of town which seems a bit run down. I don't know if I was able to control the radiator, but it was very warm in my room.

- Marta (8/5): -
- lydia (1/5): - Agreed to supply a travel cot and turns out they didn't have one so had to cancel my booking and request refund and book a different place to stay.
The little time I stayed the bed was really uncomfortable and the toilet had poo stains on it overall not great for the 45 mins I spent there.
- Tyla (1/5): -
- Jon (3/5): OK if you have no hearing or hygiene, otherwise don't bother! - The bedroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable. That's it! Access to the car park was blocked by cones that I had to move. The kitchen, bathroom and shower room were dirty, with remnants of food and shower gels/shampoos left by other people. There is no sound-proofing in the building. I was on the top floor and I could hear everything that was happening in the communal areas on the other floors. The floorboards & stairs were very creaky. And there was an extra step at the top that I tripped on because I didn't see it and there was no warning of it.
- John (8/5): - Towels provided The room too warm,- unless you open a window
- Dangra (9/5): - Good service
- Christiana abosede (6/5): Quiet - No breakfast No staff
- shashank (7/5): -
- Alison (5/5): - The room was clean and warm There were no cups in the kitchen, and the shared kitchen was quite dirty

- Stephen (6/5): - Price General poor state of the property
- Mohammed (10/5): Don’t drink too much and try to eat a Kabab after - The bed is really soft Just the location no fault of the property

- Diana (7/5): Basic .clean. comfortable. .No complaints. 21a would be more noticable im WHITE as difficult to see - Parking! Was great. Its usually an issue in Leeds.
The owner was polite and helpful...
Basic but all amenities were there for cooking as expected being an apartment..
Yes would stay again... The location was very littered.
- usman (3/5): Do not recommend especially for a family - Location was good and the room was quite big Hygiene problem, dirty sofa, no towels.
- Ethan (7/5): Good if your going for a rave nice and cheap for the night - was very close to mint wharehouse where i had the rave for the night also bunch of lads also was going so was very good room was abit small felt like a uni accommodation

- Small (9/5): Comfy and quiet - that it was easy to get into room was small but was enough to fit us in, the fact separate bathroom and shower room was a bonus the stairs were uncomfortable to walk on.
- Peter (10/5): -
- Michael (3/5): - The bathroom shower curtains hasn’t been changed for a very long time it seems and I don’t think that’s a good thing personally.
- Anjanique (6/5): -
- Markko (9/5): One night at the Bethel Apartments. - Clear and great communication with the hotel. A good night's peaceful sleep. I've stayed a few times before and will again. There is nothing to dislike.
- Perform Engineering Services (7/5): -
- Nnenna Perpetua (10/5): Excellent - I felt like I was in my house, so clean and staff is so welcoming. Nothing
- Abigail (8/5): Comfortable pleasant stay - Comfortable place to stay for a night or two. Located 20 minutes walk from the city centre, not the nicest area but I didn’t feel unsafe at all as a lone female. Good value for money. The bedroom & bathrooms were clean & well equipped. Messages from the host were informative & friendly. I’d stay there again. Feel like the negative reviews are from people expecting the Hilton for £30-40 a night. The kitchen was grubby. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking in the common areas. Could do with a few air fresheners dotted around.

- Anthony (3/5): NOT GOOD - The room was clean. This is not apartments, its rooms with common areas. From the moment I pulled up I was aware that this was not a great area to stay in; within 30 seconds of parking outside what looked like a derelict building, but turned out to be the 'apartments' a lady of dubious character knocked on my vehicle window and asked me if I wanted business! Great Start.
From a Health & Safety/Fire Safety point its atrocious. There was a single fire extinguisher at the entrance, this was out of date, had no pin in and had either lost pressure or been discharged, i could see no smoke detectors and no other fire safety appliances throughout the building.
There was a kitchen, but no cups, plates or cutlery.
This is at best a contractors stopover, but even then I would not be happy with leaving my vehicle on the roadside in that area.
- Byulyant (1/5): Not good? - Not good ? Not good?
- Miliete (9/5): - The house was clean great value for money I found it really good for some one looking to stay together us family and beds was nice nothing to complain I just want said thank you so much we had a great night.
