• Stefan (9/5): Felt like home. We're coming back again! - The host, Mr. Kostas, is an incredible person. His humility, hospitality, and kindness are out of this world. When we arrived, we found a whole plate full of home-grown vegetables (cucumbers and tomatoes), a coffee, home-made olive oil, and a bottle of fresh cold water. Besides, Mr. Kostas was bringing us almost every day something fresh from his garden - the cherry tomatoes were our favorite. This was an absolute highlight of our stay! We also loved the location, a 7-8-minute drive from Falasarna beach, the sea from the terrace was incredible - on one side the sea, on the other side the mountains. The spaciousness of the house was great, especially the living room and the kitchen. Also, we loved the traditional 30-year-old Mouraki tavern, which is a few dozen meters away and where you can try various local dishes. This is one of the places that I've felt like I'm home. We are definitely coming back! There are a few minor things that can be improved, such as the toilet lid (it's a little bit clunky, you need to be careful when sitting), the right part of the sink is broken (the left part is fully functional and can be used with no problem without the right part), and the shower holder on the wall is missing.

• claudio (4/5): - Le dimensioni dell'alloggio La difficoltà di comunicazione con l'host (abbiamo comunicato l'orario di arrivo alla struttura e ci é stato detto che andava bene. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la casa ancora non pulita dopo che i precedenti affittuari erano partiti. Ci è stato detto di tornare dopo 2 ore, ma quando l'abbiamo fatto abbiamo trovato ancora le pulizie in corso. L'host ha risposto sgarbatamente quando abbiamo fatto presente la situazione). Alla fine del soggiorno ci è stato chiesto di lasciare valutazioni positive su booking e di comunicare eventuali disagi direttamente a loro (al fine di migliorare il loro servizio) La casa in sé per sé ha tante potenzialità ma anche tanti problemi (zanzariere rotte, lavabo della cucina bucato e sfondato, wc con tavoletta e pulsante dello sciacquone improvvisati, divano vecchio con cuscini usurati... ). Inoltre quando abbiamo richiesto informazioni sull'orario del check out non abbiamo ricevuto risposta.

• Todor (9/5): - Huge area(the whole second floor - 2 bedrooms, enormous living room and a big, nice terrace with beautiful view towards the sea), also the bed in our bedroom is very comfortable and big. Very kind and friendly host as well, who gifted us with home-grown vegetables upon our arrival. The best part was that although there were some drawbacks(mentioned in the "doesn't like" section below), our overall rating is close to perfect, mainly because of the very affordable price for us for the accomodation compared to other options around the Phalassarna beach and because of the big size of the property The house is located just at a busy(in the summer) crossroad in the village on the road to the gorgeous Phalassarna beach, so most of the rooms and the terrace are very noisy, less so if you fully close the doors/windows. Also at the time we were there there were strong winds, which limited our stay at the balcony. But both these downsides are not up to the owners or the house itself. The bathroom needs a little attention - e.g. a hanger for the shower to be mounted in order not to hold it with one hand when you take a shower. Also new nets against moscitos are required, because some of them were missing or were torn. Finally, the sink in the living-room/kitchen was a bit collapsed and needs to be repaired a bit too.

• Bugeja (9/5): It was a nice stay and i reccomend it especially to those who will be renting a rental car. - Location is very close to Falassarna beach, one of the best beaches on the island, it is also very close to Kissamos Centre and 45 minutes away from Chania. Apartment was amazing in a tranquile location. Highly recommended. Cleanliness was not perfect, it wasnt dirty, but it could have been cleaner. Will definitely go again though.
