• Michelangelo (7/5): - L'Appartamento è grande, ben suddiviso e dispone di ampie camere. La posizione è comoda, soprattutto se si ha un'auto per spostarsi. In zona trovi dai supermercati, alla più piccole botteghe alimentari di frutta e verdura. Bar e ristoranti a portata di mano. Lo staff è stato gentile, presente e disponibile. La pulizia della casa non impeccabile (poiché non erano stati svuotati del tutto i secchi , fuori sul balcone; vi era sporco e polvere nelle camere da letto, sotto il letto; pentolame con sporco incrostato..)

• Juraj (8/5): It was excellent trip. 👍🏻 - Location, comfort, apartment size, beds and kitchen excellent. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a bit cold when we arrived, maybe during winter time heating might be turned on prior to guests arriving.

L’appartamento risulta confortevole per chi come noi è in sei adulti, sistemazione comoda e servizi offerti più che sufficienti. Non saprei trovare lacune! Sia l’ospitalità che i servizi della struttura sono stati più che soddisfacenti.

• Roberto (10/5): ottimo appartamento. - appartamento grande, stanze grandi e silenzioso, piccolo condominio abitata da gente del posto e tranquilla, è una zona residenziale, in cucina c'era tutto il necessario, parcheggio in strada sotto casa in sicurezza. L'ingresso si fa con self check in. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i negozi che servono. Ho prenotato questo appartamento anche per la disposizione delle stanze e dei letti, due matrimoniali e due letti singoli, le mie figlie non dormono nei matrimoniali e nei divani letto, perciò ottimi i due letti singoli. Ottima esperienza, peccato una sola notte.

L'adresse indiquée sur le site n'est pas la bonne (le numéro de la rue est le 14 et non le 2 tel que indiqué), les draps et oreillers dans la première chambre étaient tachés.

Posizione appena fuori Padova in una zona molto tranquilla. Pulizia ottima, self check-in funzionale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. È stata un'ottima base per visitare Padova. Le tapparelle e le porte interne richiedono della manutenzione, per il resto l'appartamento è datato ma ben tenuto.

• Christoph (8/5): Very good - Very large apartment - 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Two balconies. Very clean. Parking was possible for free in the street in front of the house. Very good price for just staying overnight with 4 people. How the handing over of keys works wasn't clearly communicated in advance. This could be cleared up via WhatsApp with the host after a few minutes though. The host (with whom we only had chat contact) was very helpful then though. Separate AC units in each room would be nice.
• Lidia (8/5): A nice apartment - The apartment is really nice, the beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms which is a big plus if there is a large family or group. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket near by. The owners are prompt to solve any problems. There is only one air conditioning unit which is located on the hallway. This means that cool air only comes into the rooms from the hallway, therefore you cannot shut the door. If the door is closed it becomes very uncomfortable very quick. We were a group of friends not family, so we closed the doors at night and it was really hot.

All appliances were brand new There is knocking sound coming from somewhere in the night. Could be blinds knocking window. But it was okay.

So every bedroom door had to be wide open during the night to get a little cooler air. If it’s not a family, not everyone is comfortable with sleeping with wide open bedroom door.

Nice location, free parking on the street, bus station and supermarkets in a one-minute walking distance. Well equipped: kitchen machines and tools, bed linen, towels, everything you need for a stay. Easy and friendly communication with Ornella, who is a perfect host.

Thanks for wine and coffee :-) Only little things. Not a problem at all: An electric kettle to heat up water would have been nice, but maybe we just could not find it. Water pressure was a little weak.

The apartment is locatated A bit outside of Padova but if you have a car it is super easy to reach. There is free parking. Beds are comfortable. Two bathrooms.

We were really satisfied, thanks a lot.😊 There is a really nice retro dishwasher machine in the kitchen. But we did not how, how to use it. We stayed only for one night, minor problem for us.
