• Vibhu (10/5): It was nice and completely value for money - You had all the basic amenities you could expect for so they have a restraunt for your fooding related needs, room service and staff response was also very quick. Value for money compared to what you for the stay Overall value for money. You get what you are paying for. If you have doubt related to your stay in Ranchi you can go for this hotel undoubtedly.

• Soumava (8/5): Very good - The location of the hotel is very convenient to access, nearby to both Railway and Airport. Rooms are good and spacious, cleanliness is maintained well. The breakfast provided is charged and not with much options.
• Sandeep (10/5): Lovely staying - Staff were warm and welcoming ,rooms were cozy and clean ,and the food is delicious,u can order any thing what u want to eat like vegetable spinach greens as home made.we loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.we would definitely recommend this hotel to married couple for relaxing and for home food. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

It would be unfair if I don’t mention the day time front office executive . She was always there to come to your assistance, whenever any need arise . Food is spicy and needs attention. Food was spicy.

In facilities, It is shown free airport shuttle from hotel. upon asking, Hotel staff says they even don't have Car. so no free Airport shuttle. I have booked hotel by seeing this only. Rooms are very tiny and bathroom you can imagine. no hangers in bathroom. water leakage from flush. too much tiny room as compare to what it looks in pictures shown on Booking.com. please have a look of room before paying money. location is far from restaurants and market places.

Room facilities were incomplete- proper basic toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush were not included. 2. Room cleaning atleast should be there everyday. 3. Toilet stinked. 4. No space in the bathroom to hang clothes.Door hangger should be installed behind the doors in the bathroom.

The amenities are a bit old and could use some modernization, with minor issues like the toilet flush not working properly. However, the hotel does have a lift and a nice restaurant, although the breakfast is not buffet style but ala carte. The food taste is good overall. • Sreyansh (1/5): Bad - Nothing. I was visiting India after 1.5 years and chose this hotel but it was the biggest mistake of my travel. The food wasn't good. Bathroom had leaks. Wifi wasn't working. Staff was very rude and insulted my partner.

Room and washroom both are very compact although luxurious bath ware facility avl there.T. V. was not working properly. Very small washroom. TV not working. After many request,They people had replied that 'cable is not working'.So for that--Who has responsible?

• Richard (1/5): Don’t go anywhere near the place - The Exit door It was appalling. The room stunk. Waifer thin mattress on hardboard base, occasional hot water, no fridge of Electicean kettle. The worse thing was the incessant noise all day and night. Apart from that it was great!

My room was on the stairs and it was very loud when people arrived back at the hotel. The rooms could do with some maintenance. My fan looked like it was about to fall down.
