• Gabriele (9/5): Very comfortable apartment, central and quiet (in September) - The apartment Suite Palmette is spacious and comfortable. Good bed, Kitchen with table as well as a comfortable sofa. There are large windows facing Via St. Eulalia, which is a narrow pedestrian street with no traffic. In September, it was very quiet at night and we had the windows open. We loved the central location in the Marina quarter. We did not meet the owner in person, however he was kind and helped us find another place when we wanted to extend the visit (because we liked it so) but it was already booked. The only thing is that the kitchen is not very well-equipped. There is no water kettle, no tea pot and little cutlery and pots. So if you want to cook your own meals, it is not ideal. If you have heavy suitcases, the narrow staircase is a bit of a hurdle. But once you are up, it is great.

• Maria (10/5): Friendly, clean and Great location - I enjoyed Paradise apartment for its wonderful location close to the waterfront and all the restaurants around it was very lively - we park for free with a very short walk and if you continue to explore just behind you will find the city center . Such a lovely place for starters :)

• BernardoPA (6/5): Spacious place with a great location in Cagliari - Location was right in the middle of Cagliari! Spacious room. Room skylight did not have shutters which meant light would come in very early. Front door would make a lot of noise when closing.

• Martina (5/5): Great location, no window! - Perfect location in the pedestrian zone, right in the city center. Despite what the listing says, there’s no parking – the nearest lot is at the train station, 5 minutes away. Room had no proper window – one faced an inner shaft, the other was a high skylight. No fresh air, very humid. Tiny, poorly equipped kitchen. Dirty dishes. Okay for one night if you’re not picky. Wouldn’t stay longer.

• Maria (7/5): I’m sorry but I wouldn’t stay there again. - Location We should be told it has many stairs and no elevator. It is not easy to carry luggage down many flights. One roll of toilet paper not sufficient. Water in the fridge, at least one per person would be nice. Renovations to the place should have been thought out better, no fan in the bathroom or a window is needed. The air conditioning is blowing air only to the person in the sofa bed. We re should bey told where poo raking is available do we don’t drive around and around.

• Daniella (8/5): Very clean in great location! Amazing wifi and great host. Too small for longer stays. - - Super clean and fresh. - Great location. - Very good AC. Easy to control, effective at keeping heat and humidity at bay. - Very good WiFi! - Friendly and helpful host. Please keep in mind we were there for an intensive one-week-long sports event, so physical rest and recovery were a priority. We stayed in the smaller room. The below may not be relevant for a regular holiday in Cagliari. - Shower ran out of hot water quickly. Difficult to wash long hair, for example. - Third floor room, after several very steep flights of stairs. It was fine but would have preferred to have known upfront when booking, within the listing. If you have mobility limitations this may not be the right place for you. - Uncomfortable to get in and out of bed due to narrow space (but host was upfront in pictures and videos). - Found the pillows unsupportive, but the host was super kind and brought extra pillows upon request. - Found the mattress uncomfortable, though of course that’s quite a personal preference.

• Nataliia (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent room, modern, spacious and bright. The furniture is new, the beds are comfortable. Excellent location, next to the train station, from where the train goes to the airport, there are also many cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops around. Opposite there is a minimarket with water and fruit. A nice compliment - coffee. The owner was in touch, polite and friendly. Everyone was very pleased. If we return to Cagliari, we will definitely stay here. Thanks a lot

Air conditioning directly above the bed made me sick the entire week. - The apartment entrance door is shared with the neighboring room. If the neighbor accidentally locks the deadbolt from the inside, you cannot get in...had to knock for 1 hour.
