• Eriko (7/5): Cozy apartment in the rather quiet part of Tokyo - Shimokitazawa is an interesting part of Tokyo. We liked the surroundings where we can easily go to restaurants and take trains. It’s good enough but the bathroom could be updated. I would leave more plates and bowels, salt, coffee powder, if I were an host.
• eiko (5/5): 安宿なら許容範囲だが、料金にサービスが見合わない - 防犯ロック シーツ、タオルが清潔 ・全体的に設備が古い ・シャワーがぬるい ・無人なのに滞在中の案内が不親切（タブレットが置いてあっても使えなかった） ・海外旅行者向けなのだろうけれど、日本語の案内がなかった ・掃除が行き届いていない（前回利用者のメモが残っていたり、バスタブに滑りがあったり）

• peter (10/5): An affordable stay in Shimokitazawa - Excellent location. It's about 100 meters or so from the train station, there are bars and restaurants even closer. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It's a small, compact studio with all of the important amenities. Last December the heater worked, and in late June the AC worked-it was hot. What I liked the most was that I got to 'live like a local' without a lot of other tourists nearby. I can't think of anything. The place met my needs and price point.

• Susan (7/5): Good - Location was fantastic with grocery, convenience store and secondhand clothing stores nearby. Train station was also close by. Contacting the staff was also easy, they were quick to respond to queries. Price was reasonable. The apartment was not very clean. The bathroom had mould and dirt in different parts. The curtains in the main room also had mould. The extra futon bed was extremely uncomfortable, I would not recommend requesting it. The main bed is only suitable for one person comfortably. There is only one key, and is only collected and returned to the nearest train station. It made it awkward to coordinate between us as we could not easily come and go if we were doing seperate activities.

• Yung (10/5): It was a great experience - I love location. It’s very convenient and close to Shinjuku and Shibuya. There is no elevator.
• Peter (10/5): Immerse yourself in one of Tokyo's hippest neighborhoods at a great rate. - No detail was overlooked, from getting the keys to getting into a super clean apartment. All conveniences at hand, within steps of the place, including the iconic vending machines. Nothing, and I'm a picky type. I'm reluctant to nitpick, it all went well.
