Birgit (9/5): Gut - Die nette Begrüßung und die Lage. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Lag evtl. am WLAN. Das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer hatte einen Lattenrost, der nicht richtig gehalten hat. Man musste sich sehr vorsichtig setzen oder hinlegen.
Anne Dorothee (7/5): We had a very nice time with our family in Bad Tolz. - The apartment was very spacious and nice to hang out in for playing games. There were some things that weren't quite right and we had to reach out to the land lady. She responded right away and put things right. She was very friendly and helpful.
Holger (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist schön, zweckmäßig und hat einen schönen Balkon, den wir im Winter allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Kornelia war schnell und besonders freundlich. Sie empfing uns persönlich und es gab sogar zur Begrüßung kleine Aperiniflaschen und Süßigkeiten. Die Wohnung hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage, nah an der Stadt und zu unseren Freunden. Alles war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Besonders toll war, dass wir für unser Auto eine Garage hatten und diese sogar am Abfahrtstag bis 19 Uhr nutzen durften. Gerne würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Elfriede (9/5): Schöner Kurzaifenthalt - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnungsübergabe passte perfekt. Die Lage ist optimal. Man ist schnell im Kurbereich, genauso schnell im Zentrum und es ist sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Allerdings für ältere Gäste nicht so optimal, weil es in der Dusche sehr eng zu geht. Die Duschtasse hat einen hohen Einstieg hat und man kann sich nirgends festhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zum Empfang stand ein Secco bereit. Ein längerer Aufenthalt innerhalb der Wohnung würde mir nicht gefallen, dazu fehlt mir die Bequemlichkeit.

Claudia (8/5): Ein schöner Urlaub in Bad Tölz - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Bad Tölz. Alles ist gut zu erreichen, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den Auto. Superpluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin Kornelia ist äußerst freundlich und war obwohl wir zu früh da waren ,sofort zur Stelle. Die Wohnung selbst ist wie beschrieben. Einfach, aber günstig und sauber. Auch äußerst praktisch: Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenlos vor Ort benutzt werden. Wir waren wahrscheinlich in eine der heißesten Wochen des Jahres da. Trotz Rollos an den Fenstern ist die Temperatur in der Dachgeschosswohnung schnell ziemlich stickig. Dafür kann niemand was, wir hatten einen Ventilator dabei- fürs nächste Mal würde ich wahrscheinlich nur eine Etage tiefer buchen.

Svetlana (7/5): Großzügige zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen von Bad Tölz - Das gastfreundliche Willkommen! Kornelia war persönlich zur Begrüßung da. Es gab Kaffee und Filter für den ersten Tag. Sowie Salz und Pfeffere. Auf unsere Bitte wurde sofort der zweite Schlüssel gebracht und die Toper für die Betten. Die Lage ist einzigartig schön! Die Wohnung ist für drei Personen großzügig. Die Wohnung ist zwar zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber das Mobiliar ist stark abgewohnt. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren für uns leider nicht ideal. Es gab kein Lattenrost. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren super sauber, dagegen in der Küche war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Pfannen waren extrem verkratzt, so das sie nicht mehr benutzt werden konnten.

The unit was very clean, friendly and welcoming looking. There was mail for me in the mailbox; again the host didn’t respond to my question about getting it or a key.
Linda (10/5): Great stay! This is a large, comfortable, and convenient apartment. Would highly recommend. - This was a lovely property, situated on a quiet side street right in the heart of Bad Tölz, Germany, very close to the old town and easy to get to. It was all on one level (ground floor) and had two separate bedrooms, one huge bathroom with a shower and an oversized bathtub, a very large living room / dining room / kitchen open concept, and patio area in the back. The kitchen had all appliances, dishes, silverware. We also had use of the washer and dryer. The property was very clean and carefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. We were 7 people and there was plenty of sleeping room. Our hostess was extremely nice and very helpful during our stay. We had a great time. From here we were able to venture to Garmisch and Neuschwanstein Castle as days trips. Great stay!

Lisa (7/5): This vacation home is cosy with good amenities and very conveniently located. - Very good location - convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, local village within walking distance. Great parking! Gorgeous park across the road - very peaceful. Host was extremely lovely and helpful. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Heat system - did not work at all in the bathroom. The other units seemed to be on a timer or regulated - did not turn on when we wanted heat. Water leaked out of the shower - tried to wipe up the water off of the floor with the white bathmat - the bathroom floor was dirty. Television - could use a guide to channels rather than having to scroll through hundreds of them. Neighbours - upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants was living there. A different group had a large BBQ party on the weekend and took over the whole garden area - we were unable to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.

Ekachaiworasin (9/5): Superb - Everything is over expectation, especially the Host is very nice. We are three families, so we always had nice eveing times together at one of our rooms. Nothing ! Unfortunately, we did spend enough time to visit the Bad Tölz. I shall visit again.
