• suzanne (1/5): Property Cancelled on day of booking. - N/a We arrived Sunday lunchtime after a 24 hour long haul flight from Australia and received a message to say the accommodation could no longer accommodate our family of six. 😖 we thought it was a joke or a scam so attended the property anyhow and saw that people were in residence at the property. Tried to call the proprietor but only received a text message apologising for any inconvenience. We were left stranded having to find alternative accommodation during Wimbledon. Thankfully Booking.com were able to support us to find alternative accommodation. I had spoken via text message to the proprietor on the Friday before arriving to confirm check in time and all seemed fine.

• Helga (10/5): So tipically London - In Fulham it's typical London house, renovated and with tasteful and designer furnishings. The interior details are taken care of and it is complete with every comfort. Bus stops right outside the house and the underground is a 10-minute walk away None

• Insiya (8/5): Very good - Home was spacious(for London), clean and well equipped. Was in good area. Owner was very helpful and fulfilled all our requests. Home was next to bus stop. Also had a few restaurants, multiple grocery stores and multiple coffee shops within 5 mins walk. Shops both directions of home. Train station about 15-20 mins walk and took 40-50 mins to commute to city center. Also home was three stories, one room per floor. Became a bit tiring for us as we had two small kids
• Grazia (10/5): Excellent stay in a beautiful and comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor of a typical English house. - We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our family of six. Very cosy and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There were even cleaning products, toilet paper, spices, cereals and trash bags available. We felt like at home. The host is very nice and responsive. The location is great. Fulham is a very nice residential neighbourhood with parks with football and basketball courts for children to play and many nice restaurants, cafés and nice shops. People are very friendly. We even took our daughter on a "trick and treat" tour from door to door on Halloween night. Many people had decorated their homes and were giving candies to children. Fulham is only half hour from central London by bus or tube and buses are frequent. We loved it there and hope to be back one day!
• Octavian (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful house in a safe area of London. It is very close to public transport and supermarkets. The host is very responsive and helped us with any issue we had. Overall it was a pleasant stay, will definitely come back!

• Ebony (5/5): It was ok but I wouldn’t be staying there again to stay for my birthday the price is ridiculously high for the small sp - Nice location and comfy beds So much smaller than I thought and in a house with another house which has a weird smell throughout the apartment , also has heating issues not working and the cooker not working properly either so was unable to cook which made my stay much more expensive , also had been asked for a larger amount of a deposit which didn’t align to the one on booking.com

Beds are not very big but comfortable The house has all the kitchen equipment you need to stay One bedroom has no plugs at all so we were not able to heat it. No bedroom has a small light for the night even though there were sidetables.

• Chris (8/5): Generally we felt the property was good, but a little expensive. - Good location, close to the supermarket and Fulham broadway tube station (20min walk) Good heating in the winter. Plenty of hot water for a family of 4. The hosts communicated to us very well. Beds were comfortable. Good quality pillows, bedsheets and towels. Decent TV and streaming services. Good to have a three bed, three toilet property in the area. Wifi was fast. As the property is quite expensive, we were expecting a little bit more than it delivered. The photos make the apartment seem a lot larger than it actually is. The bed arrangement is a bit confusing. The largest bed is in one of the smaller rooms and smaller bed in the master bedroom. Bathrooms and showers are quite small if you’re on the larger size. You may wish to bring your own toilet paper if you’re planning to stay a while! We stayed and cooked most days. Whilst the kitchen is well equipped, cooking utensils are limited so you may wish to bring your own. Kitchen is a bit cramped with the size of dining chairs.

In the apartment was everything what we needed and even more. Communication with our host was great and he was really helpful. Thank you for that. Hope on our next trip to London it will be free because it will be our first choice!

• Peterson (9/5): A very lovely place ✨ - It was a lovely place! Rooms are very quiet. The kitchen has all the devices required to cook every days if needs. 3 WC, 1 bathroom 1 shower : just perfect ✨ There is enough Rooms and space for 4 kids 2 adults + a baby. A housekeeper is super helpful and the owner replies back very promptly! We def would come back in this place if we get back in London ! It would have been great to know well before the staying date that the deposit should be given in cash… A bit annoying when you came in UK only with a credit card and you need to withdraw with huge local fees (then change back in Euros the Pounds in France). Even if I do understand why the deposit is very required because the flat is very very beautiful!!
• Jingyuan (3/5): The room hardware was good, but the overall stay was very unpleasant - The room was very clean and well equipped. There are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, even the spices like oil, salt, vinegar and so on, so you can do your laundry and cook comfortably! When I booked I clearly listed the number of people staying and their ages, booking does a great job of categorising this and giving me the right price. I had successfully paid in full before my stay. However, two hours before my arrival, the landlord told me that there was a problem with the number of people I had booked and that I needed to pay an extra £258 or I would not be allowed to stay. I produced my reservation list but he still insisted I pay, the website said I only needed to pay a £300 deposit, but on the day of check-in, I was charged £258 + £500. In addition, the landlord refused to provide receipts or invoices and finally, at my strong request, produced a screenshot to fool me and even mistyped the date as August. The attitude was rude and unreasonable which made me feel very angry.
• Samantha (1/5): Bad - Convenient store a few steps away The flat is very small and tiny we couldn't pass with the luggages. The steps from a room to another are very inconvenient. . The third bathroom is composed of a toilet only. We found the towels folded but still wet. The housekeeper took 500 euro deposit which I was informed by the owner before but was not able to return them back in a decent time. She came at 11pm the day before we departed. Fire alarm will go on very easily even if we do a simple toast. Outside in the entrance is very very dirty. The photos doesn't show the reality.. ongoing works next to the place. We never choose this place again. The rooms are very small. We couldn't wash our hair properly as the head room of the shower is so low that you cannot place the shower head further up. We took this place because on the website it says sleeps 6. However in the kitchen there were only 4 plates , we couldn't eat together. To cut a long story short this place was not as we expected.
