• Pavel (9/5): Good, but not perfect. - Very cool well thought out apartment with a nice double bed, cozy living room design and a cool balcony And, unfortunately, the shower head was very small, there were also not enough guest slippers, robes and after the shower there was not enough foot mat. The sofa in the living room was too hard for the child to sleep on.
• Десислав (1/5): Dirty killed the Beauty - We like only the photos on booking and they doesn't respond on the reality. Upon arrival, we had to wait for someone to greet us, even though we had warned about the time. We waited about 20 minutes in the middle of the road because there was no parking. We were greeted by a man who was not the owner and did not speak English. Five days before the reservation date, they called us to try to move us to a place we had not even seen for a smaller amount, but we refused. The apartment was extremely dirty, only the sheets were clean. The children had to sleep on the sofa, which was full of hair, crumbs and smelled terrible. Instead of resting, we had to clean. There was a coffee machine, but there were no capsules. The tiles in the kitchen were dirty, including the cabinets. The bathroom walls were greasy and slippery. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the bedside tables were dirty. The corridor was muddy. When we called the owner, he didn't object and even apologized, but made us feel guilty that we were with two children. When you make a reservation on Booking, the price automatically increases according to the number of people. We had reserved for two adults and two children, and we paid 81 euros. He told us that we should have notified him personally. Nowhere, no one is obliged to notify in private messages, since they use a platform and everything is legal. He offered us a refund of 30 euros, as compensation, he even took our bill, but to this day he hasn't returned our money. In addition to not meeting our expectations, we paid an amount that is not worth a quarter of the money for our stay. The owner blatantly lied to us, and instead of resting, we wasted time explaining and slept in the dirtiest apartment we have ever come across. It's a shame about the beauty of the photos, because the dirty ruined everything.
• Pavlovic (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is phenomenal. I enjoyed it. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. Nemanja is a great person and he hosted us phenomenally. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. If I am here again, I will definitely stay in this apartment again and I would once again praise the staff. Thank you!
