- Xavier (1/5): L'enfer, a fuir. - Rien ! Nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement 601 vers 19h15 et avons été immédiatement saisis par la vétusté du logement et surtout par le bruit provenant de l'extérieur. On aurait cru se trouver sur le bord d'un circuit de course automobile. On a pensé qu'une fenêtre était restée ouverte, mais pas du tout, ce sont des fenêtres coulissantes à simple vitrage, alors que l'appartement est juste en face d'une autoroute surélevée et le balcon fait caisse de raisonnance. Le propriétaire est bien conscient de la situation car il fournit bien en évidence sur la seule et toute petite table basse ovale plusieurs bouchons d'oreille. De surcroît, après un rapide tour du logement, nous avons constaté des équipements vieillots, en mauvais état (cuisine, salle de bain) avec une odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain et carrelage dégradé. Les couvertures sur les lits étaient tachées et trouées. Nous avons alerté le propriétaire de cette situation Innaceptable et demandé un relogement dans un autre appartement, ce qui nous a été refusé. Nous avions loué pour 5 nuits mais nous avons immédiatement décidé de ne pas rester dans cet enfer. Nous avons trouvé un autre logement disponible et avons quitté celui ci vers 20h30. Nous avons engagé une négociation avec le propriétaire pour obtenir un dédommagement, mais il n'a rien voulu entendre. Concernant les photos non conforme sur le site booking, il a prétexté que que les photos dataient de l'ouverture à la location. Concernant le bruit , il estime que c'est normal puisque l'immeuble est en centre ville... Même les frais de ménage nous ont été facturés. De plus, le propriétaire exige le paiement en liquide d'une taxe de séjour, ce que nous n'avons vu nulle part ailleurs au Japon, y compris à Osaka. En conclusion, ne vous laissez pas éblouir par les belles photos et par la proximité du centre, tout n'est qu'arnaque.
- Guest (10/5): Ideal for families! Fantastic location for vegetarian travelers and easy commuting. - Our 4-night stay in Osaka was excellent, largely due to the unbeatable location of this building. As a family, we found the apartment much more spacious than a standard hotel, and the functional kitchenette was a huge plus for preparing quick breakfasts. The Location: The absolute highlight is the proximity to Shama, a 100% Indian vegetarian restaurant just one block away—perfect for Jain travelers. For shopping and food, Dotonbori is only a 5-minute walk (300 meters) away, and there are numerous local shops nearby. Convenience is great with a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart just 2–3 blocks (5 minutes) away. Transport: The Yotsubashi Metro Station is located right at the back of the building, making city travel effortless. For regional trips, Osaka Namba Station is a walkable distance (about 12–15 minutes with luggage), providing direct access to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, and Tokyo. Service: On our checkout day, we struggled to be ready by the 10:00 AM deadline. The cleaning lady arrived exactly on time but was very kind and allowed us an extra 20 minutes to finish packing and settle our luggage. Highly recommended for families with 2–3 kids! While the apartment is modern and spacious, the ceiling height is just enough for someone who is 6 feet tall. If you are exceptionally tall, you might find the clearance a little low.

- Jacklyn (5/5): Affordable option for a group of 5. - Great location - near a train station and a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori. Enjoyed the kitchen area (large fridge with a freezer and a microwave). The living room had a table to play games/cards after a long day of walking. The price was reasonable for two separate bedrooms. The air conditioner works great. The washer works well. Great communication from the host. The information they sent out was easy to understand. They provide pocket wifi for the space. The washroom needs to be updated. There is black mold in the shower, and the fan does not work. The entire apartment has an awful smell from the mold. The space is not very clean. There is dust all over, and the floors feel sticky in spots - wear the slippers provided. You can not sleep through the LOUD road noise. I read reviews before booking, and I thought people were overreacting - they are NOT overreacting. The noise with the windows closed is very loud - sounds like you are sleeping on the road! The washing machine works; however, there is no dryer, and the clothes took 2 days to dry.

- Jenny Anne (7/5): Great location, comfortable and clean - The location is in the area of America Mura which is quite a modern part of town, with heaps of youth culture, pre loved clothing stores, cool bars, lots of food options. If you are into the JDM car scene, cars gather in this area on a Friday and Saturday night to hang out. Handy to the blue train line Yotsubashi station, walking distance of about 800m to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and train station. WIFI was limited to 10GB a day. No humidifier, this was passed onto the hosts upon departure. The winter air is very dry with the heating and outside temperature being dry and cold. A humidifier would have made the stay more comfortable.

It was very easy to find and central to everything we wanted to do. The apartment itself had everything we needed. The beddings were stained a bit, but they were clean. The filters throughout the place could’ve been cleaned better. My allergies were really bad because of the dust.

- Kiara (8/5): Nice room and great hosts, location can be 50/50. - The room was nice and clean, good space for luggage and enough beds for the 5 of us (with the pull out couch). The host was very nice and informative, very easy to reach. Was very helpful regarding my luggage being transported to the room. The neighbourhood was a little sketchy in some areas and there were constantly, what it sounded like to be car races going on in the middle of the night? That and none of the locks worked in the bathroom.

It is also located close by the metro and train stations, so commute to other places for visit is convenient. Appartamento molto sempllice ma spazioso, con tre camere da letto e un piccolo salotto, difficile trovare così tanto spazio nelle strutture giapponesi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La sera, nonostante fossimo al 6 piano, si sentiva un pó il rumore delle macchine e delle moto, ma per fortuna non durava molto.

Just be mindful that due to being in city it is very noisy which wasn’t a huge issue for us a - Location was awesome very close to shops & restaurants but it is very noisy at night. There are drag racers that seem to race below all night- lots of sirens. We didn’t really mind the noise as it’s what you expect with the location. Not a huge criticism but it was a bit run down in comparison to the 4 other places we have stayed at in Tokyo & Hiroshima. The bathroom was a bit tired & old looking

- Pandu (6/5): Excellent location but very noisy… - Location was brilliant and very close to metro, Amerika Mura district and short walk to main shopping street. It was very noisy as freeway is 10 metres from the windows and had no sound proofing. Windows have gaps and glass is thin so sound came through easily. Hosts knew of this as they provided ear plugs for sleeping. Fix the windows and it would be a 9 out of 10 place.

If the hot water in the bathroom of the bathhouse runs low, remember to press the red button on the - During my stay, whenever I encountered minor issues, the staff patiently helped resolve them, and their response time was very fast. There’s really nothing to complain about. For this price, it’s already excellent. As for the occasional power outage, I hope everyone can be understanding at this price, you can’t expect too much.

- Bee (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. Easy access to train stations, food outlets and convenient stores. The building entrances and the lift is accessible to anyone. It is quite noisy (cars) through the night.
